Sweetest young lady helped me at Deli a week ago AND at Bakery today! Funny thing? I wanted to tell a manager how delightful it is to have someone with such a great attitude and amazing customer care helping customers. It's rare these days to have someone go out of their way to help you. But Angela did it twice! And I know she does it for others too! What an incredible employee. Thank you...the world needs more like her!

Warning -- sale prices may not be reflected at the register!I've been shopping here occasionally over a dozen years, and used to trust this Ralph's store.Very recently, in a single trip, had two different sale items ring up at (meaningfully higher) regular prices during checkout. A store attendant eventually did make things right (but could not confirm that other customers would get the correct prices or offer compensation for the erroneous charges at the register)...

I was just at Ralph's (1:06 pm) and had such a bad experience. I've lived here for two decades, and I think the management should be aware of this. I was with cashier Brittany B. and bagperson Alex. I requested double paper bags and twice mentioned it to Alex. Not only did this not happen for all of my items, but a bottle of vodka was almost broken, as Alex struggled through fits of coughing to do his job. Does Ralph's not offer sick days? Do they not have better concern for their customers' health - especially at the checkout?

I love this Ralph's & the people who work there, however the corporation really needs to STOP the Digital coupons. Its difficult for many especially the elderly to use the app. Many don't even realize the sale price is only w the digital app. They're really taking advantage (& money) from a good pctge% of the customers. Plus the employees have to continuously help customers to use the app.They need to abolish the program.More & more articles off the internet such as this one:"A coalition of national consumer organizations is urging leading supermarket chains to stop discriminating against senior citizens and low income shoppers who cannot take advantage of a new wave of advertised in-store digital-only discounts because millions of them do not have internet access or smartphones."

Lousy store. They have a monopoly on the area, for shopping , no competition, per say. The Bakery is even worst. They lie about what you can order, they get your order wrong. Will do my orders from now on at VONS.

Just brought a large 5.70 lbs young chicken and after removing 3 big heavy absorbant pads, the chicken looks kind of small. So I decided to weight it and it came out to only 4.11 lbs, 72% of what's printed on the label. I feel cheated ... been coming here off and on for over 20 years.

I usually go here because is the near by my home. But they have really bad costumer services. I went to buy on Thursday at 6:15 pm . No body was in the deli and bakery to dispatch. I asked a guy who was behind the deli if he can help us ( because there were more people than us trying to get something from deli. ) He said , he couldn't help go to the front to ask for someone to help. I went to the front and I asked to the manager (Wayne) who can help us. He said no one because no one was available. I said ok if the manager is like that , I understand why the guy behind the deli is like that.

Ralph's is my favorite. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and they have a great organic selection. The store is divided up into specialty sections. The deli and bakery is great - with a Starbucks in the store too. The wine and liquor section is vast.

Today, near the meat section, someone took away my basket of groceries while I was choosing meat. I asked the staff for help, but my basket of selected products was never found. Because of this, I wasted an hour of time.

Some horrible rush employees including manager. I thought they were too busy. But they should be polite. They actually were very rude, not professional. Complicated digital stupid coupons applied. Many Mistake made when you check out. Because you can’t get the correct sale price. Never come back again.

I finally found PIMENTO Cheese! Woohooo! I've looked everywhere, it's the store brand Private Selection. Can you believe we got the last Hot deli Barbecue ribs at half price too? Love this place!

Clean Ralph’s with enormous deli and fresh food section. They have a large selection of fruits. Lots of self-service check out lines (they have self-service on both sides). Really good cheese section and an enormous alcohol section.

This might be a great place to shop but their employees are treated horribly. They are forced and bullied to work overtime, past their scheduled shift, into late hours of the night, and then expected to arrive very early for their next shift. The managers dont care if employees have families, medical appts, or other priorities.

Former employee here. Don't buy the Rotisserie Chicken or Ribs at the deli. Junior is the one who cooks them most of the time and he is very unhygienic and smells god awful. This store seriously needs to do something about that guy.

This has the best produce aisle and what keeps me coming back and dealing with the awful parking lot. I debated going down to 4 stars because of the parking, but they have a large parking structure for the theater. My only other gripe is that there’s no place to put your cart in the lot so you need to walk it back to the store. But heck, that’s one more spot in the parking lot so I’m not going to complain too loudly.

I went to purchase an item that had a sale sticker on it, and the checker ripped it off. I asked about it, and he said it wasn't for that item. When I told him about weights and measures policy about if its incorrect price, they should honor it he told me that is not true. He was very rude. The item clearly had a sale sticker on it, and he tried hiding it. 5/7/23 7:20 am

Fresh selection of fruits and veggies, great sales and super helpful people at checkout. I don't remember a bad experience ever at this location despite some busy times...I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the wel-lit aisles. Items are easy to find, great energy abounds.

I stepped into this location and first thing I thought was "wow it is very clean and spacious."Overall I enjoyed coming here because of the great variety of vegetables fruit snacks meats and wines. I find their wine collection to be very well organized and contain a wide variety of enjoyable Liquors. It is very reasonably priced if you take advantage of the 30% off when you buy 6 or more bottles. I recommend this location because of the great customer service as well.

The curbside pick up is great and free! Most items are in stock. I have done pick up at least 20 times and I had only 2 items that were damaged. Both items we're fully refunded and I didn't need to bring them back to the store. I usually wait only 5 or 10 minutes for them to bring out my groceries.

This store has outstanding customer service! There are many staff who have been there for years, and are very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my pickup order, and Chad, one of the managers, was very patient and worked hard to rectify it. I’m so grateful to all of the staff here, who are working extra hard right now!

Don't bother shopping here if you want access to sanitized carts. Been to the store twice in the last week and absolutely no sanitized carts available. Staff not a help either. I was told to find a cart in the lot. My husband used a wipe to sanitize his own.

I just had the best experience at this store. If you ever need flowers and you're in the Del Mar area, please use this store! The floral manager's name is Kourosh and I've never met anybody as customer service oriented as he is! He came to the United States from Iran in 1973 and what a happy soul! Kudos Ralphs!

This is the best Ralphs around. Their produce department is what keeps me coming back. Produce is always well stocked, clean, and fresh. Joe Carcioni would be proud!

On 2 separate occasions, I have employees go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Both of these experiences were unexpected and a true reflection of employees whom genuinely care about great customer service. 5 stars to those employees!!!That being said... there is one Front of Store Manager who needs to go. I have been waiting in line at the deli on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions he has made eye contact with me, walked around from the deli counter and literally walked in circles around the refrigerated section while leaving his employees with a growing line of customers. I find this to be opposite of the leadership a manager should reflect.
