Everytime my parents and I take our dog here to be groomed, she gets an ear infection and we have to then spend a couple hundred dollars to get her treatment. When we bring it up to them they promise it won’t happen again and yet it does and they offer nothing in compensation. We have been customers for years and have brought many dogs here but no longer. If you don’t want to fork out hundreds of dollars after each visit I suggest going elsewhere. No to mention each time our dogs gets a hair cut it looks like a 5 years old did it. And when we bring it up they tell us that a trainee was cutting our dogs hair but we still have to pay full price.
