Everyone knows how much I love my dog and SPOIL him... well, after going to 10 different groomers, I found the least expensive folks at Petsmart (near Rosecrans) were the kindest, caring, best groomers. Plus, it is well stocked with everything. Aways has plenty of parking spaces and easy to scoot in about and out.

I’ve been taking my dog to Courtney since she was a little pup. Courtney always does a great job and is really gentle and patient with my dog. I love picking up my dog and seeing how comfortable she is and the pep in her step after being groomed and feeling pretty. 10/10 recommend

Made a fast stop by to check out the doggie Halloween costumes and pick up a friend a bag of cat food....I do wish they carried som more affordable options when it comes to pet food but will always be our favorite pet store by far.... The staff always go above and beyond for any questions or concerns that you may have

Just moved here and had been used to very nice groomers and pet services before. BUT, Icould NOT find a good groomer in Pacific Beach or anywhere and so began trying to groom our maltipoo myself :( At least she was happy and safe.Finally, a neighbor suggested the Petsmart on Garnet. I spied and watched them for a while and found them to be so sweet, patient, and incredibly kind to all their dog babies and owners (!) Our 15 month girl is NOT afraid to go in and everyone greets her like she's a queen. She behaves too cute when she's done - she prances around all proud and everybody dotes on her!! Best Grooming ever!

Very friendly and pleasant staff, they're open later than most pet stores which is a big plus and their prices are lower in comparison. However they seem to have an issue with incorrect pricing or price tag placement, nothing to cry home about but I'm usually leaving disappointed when the real price suddenly appears during checkout and generally return the reputed item, I find a little sloppy in terms of business management but definitely on the very bottom of my things to be concerned about in 2021 list.

The place is large enough to offer a large variety of choices of food for your pets as well as toys, clothing, etc. They have a pet adoption area in the front which helps expose the animals to potential adoptive parents. I had a question about the food for my dogs I wanted to buy but could not find any staff to help me out. Check out service was polite and efficient.

Love the grooming salon here! My pup is super comfortable with the staff and she tends to have a timid personality since she's a rescue. They always make her feel welcome and she comes out looking beautiful and clean. Also big shoutout to Bailey O. for being an THE BEST groomer! My dog loves her!!

Great selection. We use them for grooming and while most places are booked out a month+, we can find same week availability for full grooming.Great staff and my GoldenDoodles are looking great

Took my doggy for grooming. As soon as we arrived they asked a series of questions on how I preferred his cut. The staff was very friendly and polite taking their time to greet our doggy making him feel welcomed. Omar was our groomer today, he did a great job. Thank you!

The manager here was great helped us with adopting two kittens and made sure we were taken care of and even made sure we got a good deal on all the products. I would highly recommend this petsmart. I'm big on customer service and the entire experience was exceptional.

They never followed instructions.My dog showed up with a cut on his neck for 3 times in a roll.My bill always comes strange amounts, even tho i always use(d) the same services. One of their managers are nasty and charged 35 dollars because i was late 10 minutes on the pick up time and it was not even their time to close..anyways, I will look and i recommend you to look elsewhere.

While walking my dog through petsmart I purchased a new collar for my dog and I also got her some treats. Everything seemed to be stocked and clean. I'd go back if I were in the area again and needed something.

PetSmart PB was as accommodating as usual. One current deal I used was the buy more price knock-off for Friskies canned cat food. I love the place when rabbits are available for adoption. And the fish selection is wonderful and soothing to watch. Very young children love wandering along the tanks at the back of this store.

PetSmart cares for the littke creatures there. I met a representative who was at my vet's with a little parakeet. The vet brought the bird back to health, and now he's mine! Thank you, Pet Smart!

I needed a big amount of cat litter for a small price for my 4 cats. I found a sale for 35 lbs. of Great Choice scoopable litter for $10 at Pet Smart in Pacific Beach!! It IS a Great Choice! I need a 2nd 35 lb. tub! Hope sale still on! So close to home, too.

Me, my son, and my dad went to this petsmart on 8/11/19 around 5pm to adopt a kitten and we had the best service and such an easy process ever!! We adopted a kitten named kristoff and we love and adore him!! I would definitely reccomend this place for kitten adoption if you were looking to adopt a cat or kitten!! I had such a nice cashier that help with the whole thing I hate I dont remember her name! But she was really nice!!
