This Petsmart’s grooming center provided the worst experience for my dog and I. I brought my dog, which is a small Maltipoo, to get a haircut and what was supposed to be a 3-4 hour haircut turned into an 8 hour fiasco. I received a call that my dog had been cut and lacerated when being groomed. When spoken to on the phone, the groomer, Erika, told me it was a small laceration and that they were going to have her seen by the on-site vet but ensured me it was something small and would be okay. However I ended up getting a call from the Veterinary saying that my dog had to get stitches because of how deep the cut was?! The fact that I was lied to by the groomer of how bad the laceration really was made my blood boil. I’ve gone to so many other petsmart grooming centers and this has never happened.If anyone ever wants to come get their pet groomed at this location DO NOT PICK THIS LOCATION NOR THE GROOMER ERIKA. I have been seeing a lot of complaints about her on the reviews and hate to say this but they are right. The most incompetent and negligent grooming salon I have been to. Will definitely not come back.In terms of the Vet that’s onsite, I appreciate all the things you’ve done to ensure that my pup was okay. However please train your nurses to properly read the paperwork and ensure they are providing the correct at home treatment steps. On the paper It states that my dog would need to take medication for her wound, however the nurse was confused and said that it was medicine that was “already given to her”. I asked her if she was sure that were was no medication needed and she said there wasn’t. However I received a call from another nurse that my dog did have medication prescribed and that the nurse “read” the notes wrong. This place is a circus and it is does not have properly trained employees.I normally am someone who does not leave reviews but after today, I want to be heard and acknowledge how terrible the services at this location are

Had an unpleasant experience today at the grooming salon. We had an appointment for a nail trim and upon arrival we were not greeted. Said we had a 2:30 appointment and the worker at the computer did not even look at or acknowledge us. After a couple minutes, another girl came out to help us. She didn’t seem to be in the best mood either. Once she took him back I let her know that I would need to run home to grab my debit card. Mind you I live about 5 mins away. Came home and right back as fast as I could. Upon my arrival once again the front desk lady (a different one this time) was very hostile and condescending and said that they have a strict policy about tardiness. I apologized, however I was extremely caught off guard by her tone of voice because I went home and came back asap! It is not like I left my dog there for hours. As I previously stated, I told the girl that initially took him back that I would have to run home quickly. I am assuming the girl I told this to initially did not relay this information to the lady that was yelling at me. The lady reiterated to me 3 times about their policy, as if I did not hear the first time, and I once again apologized. I mean what could I have done? I had to go home and grab my card. I will say they did only charge me $10 of the $30 late fee which I appreciate, however, I do not like the way I was spoken to/treated.

The worst grooming experience ever. The grooming lady, Suzanne was extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. They charged me $20 for extra brushing but I received my mini maltipoo almost bald. I was waiting to speak to a manager to address my concerns with the overall piss poor service but there was already someone else complaining too! DO NOT GO HERE FOR GROOMING!!

The groomers take an interest in the full care of my dog. They offer suggestions and helpful tips. They even pointed out things about my senior dog so that I am aware. I appreciate this partnership. The care shown is appreciated and my dog loves coming here.

I brought my 3 year old Pitty here to get groomed by Erica and she was the sweetest! All the girls loved my big boy and he was very happy when he was picked up. I will definitely be coming back here!

Love this place for pets. Prices are good and store is well kept. Employees are attentive and do approach you to offer help which I love. Only downside which is a problem with most stores like this. Is the small section for birds, wish there was a larger section. With more bird safe products. Also cages don’t seem appropriate for parakeets. Wish there was warnings for new bird owners as they do sell parakeets there. I’d recommend checking other stores for parakeet supplies even if you can get parakeets here.

My pup needed grooming service as brushing her teeth was challenging. She is white so dirt was very visible. When I got her she was calm and her overall appearance was great. Too bad it rained days after but her teeth is bright white!

The store and banfield are great, this review is for the grooming salon. I took my dog, a miniature poodle, to get groomed. My dog is very well behaved, I’ve had her groomed at many places before, this was my first time at this Petsmart and I am beyond disappointed. It is hard to believe that trained groomers working for a widely known company would exhibit this level of lack of skill. It is a good thing my dog will grow her hair in about 4 months, because the way she was groomed is unacceptable.

My dog was considered too old to get a grooming session even though the vet cleared it. Was told it was because they cared about the dog. Will never use their service's again in the future. My dog really needed a trim, toe nails clipped and wash before the holidays.

Associates were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself was very well kept the day we visited the store, found our items with ease and left saving some money after investing in the puppy coupon booklet! Our pup is very pleased so far!

She was so sick wouldn't eat, vomited 3 times, I was nervous thus being my first pet. I found her by my trash cans when she was 3 weeks old. I called Petsmart and in my area the wait was a month 😳so I called Murphy Canyon and they got me in the same day. Banfield Hospital had a first time exam at no cost. She is so healthy and full of energy..we love her..Rosie. Thank you Banfield Hospital

This place left our German Shepard in the cage FOR AN HOUR!! While she was stressed out and did not call me until almost an hour and a half when I asked how long they left her in the cage for the lady Erika lied to me and said she left her in the cage for 30 minutes which was a lie because I dropped her off at 3:00 and they called me around 4:15 so when I asked her again she said yes she was in the cage for an hour with an attitude then proceeded to tell me my dog was aggressive which in fact is a lie because she’s never ever bitten anyone nor has she bitten another dog they called her aggressive because of her bark they should try being locked up in a cage for an hour and half and see how they like it. Nothing was done no apologies for traumatizing our dog nothing we ended up taking her somewhere else and they took her right away she was so calm and the employees said she is the sweetest dog ever. Do better.

Mister loves getting groomed here. He may not be the biggest fan of the dryers however Hemp products have him shiney and smelling great for days. He is always relaxed, I can tell by hos ears and they always make a big fuss. Just to boost his ego Im sure! I mean look at this guy, I trust Misters grooming to PetSmart!

My pet received an eye infection from Pet Smart. She was healthy before and this happened. I'm shocked at their lack of care, requiring two trips to VCA Vet Hospital. Please beware. Check with their groomers' experience.

I was directed to the store by another store who said they could fill prescriptions. I called in and said hey. I want to fill this prescription today, is there anything I need to do ahead of time? Should I send in the paperwork and they said no just come on in and grab the product and bring it to the counter with your prescription and they will type in the numbers and fill the prescription. So I come into the store, it's on a Sunday and they said no we don't fill prescriptions, you have to go to the pet hospital which is closed on sundays. I drove 20 mins to get here. Horrible customer service, I did everything to communicate and told them I was coming today, on a sunday

They have a good amount of pet supplies. Some of it is a good price and some of it is overpriced, however they do price match so that's a benefit.My main complaint is that the husbandry of the reptiles can be greatly improved, the cages are far under the recommended sizes. Improve the living conditions/husbandry of your live animals and I'd happily update my review to 5 stars.

It was "beginning to feel a lot like Christmas..." with long lines, cranky shoppers and exhausted sales folks - that was until we came to PetSmart and was greeted by the most patient, professional employee ("Derek") who not only took the time to look, but found the right bone for our dog and a perfect fit for a leash/halter for our pup. His friendliness and energy seemed natural and effortless as he went from helping in the aisles, taking a quick pic, to then ringing us up at the register. Derek made our day in the best kind of way!

Their website said this was the only store in stock with the fish I wanted. I drove for 40 minutes only to be told I couldn't buy the fish that day and would have to come back another time because it was "shipment day". It is rather ridiculous to say available in store only and in stock but then not make the sale. Considering my gas from this trip was more than the fish I wanted I won't be returning to go through this charade again.

Great place to shop. I can find everything that I want and the prices are good and the Staff always helpful. Macy started beginner class here and now in intermediate class with Katie she is great. She gives weekly tasks for us to work on at home.
