This Petco is very conveniently located and very organized! They take great care of the animals that are for sale aswell!! The fish tanks are clean, and the enclosures clean as well! The staff are always very nice, and it's super easy to find stuff in this store with the signs they have placed above each section! Thank you, PetSmart, for the awesome service!

It is a great place to start when looking for all your pets' needs with multiple stores and ample in-house and online stock items. Staff were friendly and proactive, sadly couldnt find what I was looking for.

Accessibility: disabled parking in front of the store and multiple ramps to get onto the sidewalk. They also have curbside pick up on the side of the building. Coming into the store there are motion-activated doors and regular, blue shopping carts inside the front entrance.Experience: the store is nice and organized as soon as you come inside. It looks clean and the employees were all super nice, especially two women I spoke to (one stocking shelves and another at the check out counter). I was worried they might not have the dog food brand I needed but they did! Incredible! Thanks PetSmart!

I really enjoy coming here for my Chihuahua. She is calm even when upto the moments leading to her nail trim then goes nuts (notes by staff must have 2 technicians handle for appointments) and as soon the trim is complete she is calm again. The staff are the best when dealing with, even when short staffed, pets who require their services. I have never made a scheduled appointment here (my own laziness I guess) but even when short in staff, never have been turned away (hopefully with this posting I'm not jinxed - fingers crossed) and they're as efficient as they are experienced and quickly handle difficulties with my little one. To the staff: thank you so much for all the dedication to this profession and loyalty to this store I love the location and the condition plus convenience of travel time. Store is always clean and impeccable and you all make a great effort to be available for questions or concerns. Thank you for your help and hard work! Hope you stay put among your competitors.

We just started getting our dog groomed at Pet Smart in MV - before we had only had his nails shortened. These last two times we have had a full wash and cut and are very happy with "Andrea's" gentle expertise with our 'fur-baby' - we will be back for more!

Terrible care for the betta fish they have I went to buy some things for my betta but immediately put it all back when I saw the condition they had these fish in. Murky water w bubbles on the top , poop all in the water the water was basically yellow in all the bowls and the fish looked extremely sick. Needless to say I won't ever be shopping at a petsmart again the fact that they can't even care for a simple fish in a bowl means they can't care for other things . I refuse to give this business my money. It's not hard to give fish fresh water especially not bettas .. This petsmart I had issues with specifically was 3396 Murphy Canyon RdSan Diego, CA 92123United StatesThese photos do no justice to how bad it looked in person.

I had an appt for my dog with Michelle T. My dog has a cherry eye which causes his eye to be dry and therefore he gets a little white mucus which is not an infection. My vet has done an exam and says it’s just dry eye that comes naturally with dogs that have cherry eye. This lady did not allow me to check in my dog and I have brought him here plenty times before with no issues. Zero stars for her on this. Shame on her. Good thing karma exists.

I really love taking my adorable little Diva girl to get groomed here. Let me tell you, my groomer is absolutely the best! She knows exactly how to make my precious fur baby look absolutely fabulous. After she's done, my little one's hair is bouncing and blowing in the wind. It's just perfect!

Oh Mission Valley Petsmart - we love you!!! Not only did we adopt both our cats from the Smittens rescue at this location, but also have always had the best experiences here. I was looking for a betta fish and had gone to a few pet stores. This PetSmart was so clean! All the bettas looked healthy and happy. Their little cups were clean and it looked like each had just been fed. It made me feel like the associates working here really took the time to care for the animals.

Same day delivery sounds amazing. Too good to be true. Never ever do this. I selected a time frame to have my products dropped off and it said they would send me a confirmation receipt via email as well as status updates on my delivery. I got no emails and my delivery never showed up but they still charged my credit card. This was all 24 hours ago. Where is my order? Don’t offer services that you can not follow through on. Send an email that tells me my order is delayed at the very least. Someone please explain to me please why there was such a lack of respectful customer service.

I recently used their grooming services and I was very happy with their customer service! I used to live in east county so trying a new salon was a mild concern but I left with my pup so happy not only because of the quality and prices of the services but because of how happy my girl was too! Love to shop at petsmart!!! Only issue is with the unregulated adoption events were phony rescues scam customers hundreds of dollars for dogs that are not healthy and worst part they dont pay for dogs vetbill, charging hefty fees to adopters ( 501 woofs & wags kathleen orozco )should be checked out by corporate office and removed for scamming customers

Leaving a review for the manager Jessica. Someone stold my account information and I had to stop all credit card transactions. I asked if I could enter my card manually as Bank of America gave me a virtual card for now. Long story short, she gave me a hard time, finally let me use the manual entry WHICH WORKED. She then threw my receipt at me! I've been going here since 2020 when I moved here. This woman was extremely rude and lacked sympathy during my situation. Meanwhile, my dogs are trying to come to me after their Grooming appointment. That being said, I don't plan on going back. I love Liz in the Grooming saloon but this manager Jessica ruined my experience. Quite unfortunate.

Great Adoption Center! I had given up finding my forever friends at Petsmart in my area. They were making adoption a very complicated process. I worked with Anna and Nancy who run Cat Adoption Service through the Mission Valley Petsmart and the whole experience was just wonderful!!! I have two new BFF kitties and they are wonderful!
