This particular location is not a favorite. Seems to always have a line at check out, The items are limited too. I like PetSmart over the other pet suppliers but I don't go to this location if I don't have to. I'd like to add, the store associates give good customer service, as much as possible and are always friendly. I think this particular store could do with hiring at least one more person per shift.

Unprofessional - I wish there was a 0 stars!!!!I cleared my schedule to get my dog showered and groomed, I am very busy and called before to schedule the appointment, when I got there they told me that my appointment is on a different time (it was not as my schedule is pre-booked).They were not willing to see him or take him in even when the error is on their end.If you value your time do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Manager is playing games and doesn't know what she's doing. She's playing fast and lose with the totals, saying she's giving me "more back." Like no. The math isn't mathing. Scam alert and waste of timeI literally had to bring tags off the shelves to prove the prices

Booked a grooming apt for my dog and walked in for the appointment only to met with zero acknowledgement of my presence and almost as if it was an annoyance to be there. Realized I forgot my pups paperwork and went back out to the car to get it walked in again and not one single word from the groomer until I handed her my paperwork and she asked for the dog’s name. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but the level of abundantly clear lack of consideration or care was egregious, and also makes me wonder if the same lack of care would transfer over to the care of animals.

0 starts. Worst haircut ever. We told them what we wanted and they rushed it they told us 3-4 hours and called us within 2 hours to pick her up.we brought our beautiful Maltese poodle in and they had her coming out looking like a mole rat.

Most Petsmart stores are warm and welcoming. This one on Balboa Ave, not one person asked if I needed help. Even after circling the isles a few times not one person wanted to help. I guess making eye contact was enough. Before 10 A.M. in the morning, more team members than customers that I could see. Like I stated in their survey, “I’m not dressed to impress or look a certain way”. They sure made me know I’m not welcome.

Pet smart is cheaper then Petco. I take my dog there to get his foods an treats etc. People are friendly an all ways have a smile on there faces.

Very clean and well organized store. Super helpful associate; He even helped me try the sizing for my furbaby! I'm so happy he went to the extra effort as I needed a different size and would have made another trip! Thank you for helping me get my injured furbaby home quicker and with the correct size too!

Nice, clean, but a little smaller than other Petsmart stores I have been to. Plenty of pet supplies, food, fish and cats to adapt and purchase. Plently of parking and easy to get in and out of.

The woman in back the white girl was sweet with me . The Hispanic manger in front says that it’s her store and doesn’t want people taking more than so much fish . So I’m not allowed to buy extra fish . U seemed to be very bothered by me talking about the other manger when I spoke about the curly Hispaic girl.yeah…I didn’t like ur fake smile either so I won’t be coming back to this location. I’m not gonna be limited on how many fish I can buy . It’s my money. 😐😠

I made in the appointment for a Sunday. They overbooked and said that they couldn't take her. So it was for another time she was very rude and mind you. This is the manager and said sorry for your loss. Can't do it, oh, well. So as unprofessional as this place truly is, I spoke up and I said something to a store manager about the service and about what it happened well when she got wind, the manager of the groomer turned around and said that she no longer felt comfortable nor safe working on my dock, all the sudden were. Canceling your service, you are no longer allowed here. I'm sorry, that's a cry. Baby p*** poor move, she is very unprofessional. I've had to come in several times to have them fix the damage that they did. When I got my dog back. She was so incredibly dry, they did not washer. They did not clean your ears. They did not do her analysts. And I know they didn't do her ears. Because I had to take my dog into the vet for an emergency. She had an ear infection. The 1st day that I had met Michelle. She was very rude snapped at me. And out right told me that the reason why she snapped as because she was having a bad day. I don't care, that's not my problem. And her staff member when I tried to call. Was an answer and my later found out when I? It's because they were listening to music on their earbuds. Very, very unprofessional go somewhere else. Say RA complete joke, she is a complete joke. And a cry, baby and very unprofessional and rude. She even calls dogs, a******* The ones that she can't handle then tells that to other customers

I came here asking for 10 day feeder for my fish because I’m leaving to New York but I asked the girl I wanted to buy a fish for my 10 gallon tank that I have for about 10 years now with my beautiful fish she refused to sell me a fish because I was leaving to New York but this is until August and it’s not even forever it’s for a week bad service she even had an attitude with me they have dead beta fishes on the shelves looks like they don’t feed them well even other dead fish I have noticed in the tanks this is why I shop for my animals in a tropical store. Exotic. Petsmart. And this one in particular have very bad service. They need to take care of their betas every time I go, I see bettas dead and it’s like five at once

I really enjoy my local PetSmart. Stopped going the Petno years ago after several occasions of horrible service. I mainly shop for my several fish and several tanks. Decent selection competitive pricing. Staff is great. Love talking pets with them. The do seem to have a lover for animals.

Go somewhere else for grooming! Unpleasant & Unprofessional! 30 min grooming session for my great dane. They gave him back to us still wet and blamed him for not going in the crate to air dry. There seems to be a huge lack of experience and professionalism with the girls in the grooming department here. This location doesn't accommodate for your dog the way a grooming establishment should.

I was blessed with a Chihuahua that some people dumped off to a homeless woman I knew and because if ever situation I didn't want it to freeze to death so I took it upon myself to take it and figure out what I was going to do with it anyway I went to PetSmart because it's nails are so long and it was so malnutrition that the workers there were very very helpful and I can say I now have a new dog and his name is lucky

This is a great store. It's clean, well stocked, and the staff is super nice. The asiles are well marked. The offerings are varied. The dog toy selection is great. The dog food selection is even better, and they have restocked when I wiped them out of my buddies favorite flavor.

The GROOMER was an inexperience person. She nicked my dog on the head and didn't ask proper questions before grooming. My dog is bald now, and it will take 4 months for her coat to grow back in!
