I bought the Matt at a mall kiosk. The guy helping me was great & the products seem to be made of durable high quality materials.I purchased the Matt & unfortunately my dog & cat aren’t a big fan of it. I love the mat especially since it's easily portable, but my dog seems to like thicker mats & will flatten out her foam dog house & sleep on top of that instead. My dog is only 7.2 pounds so not sure why she doesn't like the thickness of the mat. Guess she's just picky.The one thing I don't like about the mat is I can't figure out a good way to get the straps out of the way when it's unrolled so my dog doesn't chew on them.Right now I wrap them around the handle & that seems to help.
