Jaime was absolutely the best! She took great care of Hagrid during his first big boy haircut and bath. I asked her to take pics for me so I could capture his first time and she sent me the cutest photos! She made sure to be patient and treat him with love. We will be coming back!

Jaime is an incredible human being! I actually met her online and found that she worked at a San Diego grooming place. I drove about 30 min to take Charlie to her but it was worth it, every single part of it. I’ve owned dogs for about 40 years and have never received the kind of treatment that I got from Jaime and her coworker (long far hair, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name). I have always worried about how my dogs would get treated while being groomed but I didn’t have any worry at all with Jaime. She treated Charlie like gold. Took so much care in every single aspect of Charlie’s visit. So good I’m a repeat customer even with the drive. Thank you so much for taking care of my precious little “puppy mill” dog. ❤️❤️❤️

I had my dog, Bandit groomed by Jamie. She did an amazing job. It was Bandit's first ever grooming appointment. Bandit was scared at first but Jamie made her feel safe and loved. Bandit is a handful and I was worried how she would act. But Jamie did a great job calming her down, gave her a bath with no issues, and trimmed her nails. Which Bandit would never let me do. Bandit was even able to sit along side other dogs which she's always had a hard time doing. Bandit went in scared and came out happy and smelling good. I was very impressed my Jamie's work and highly recommend her. Especially if you have a difficult dog. She even made an adorable video of Bandit.

Very nice. I missed my appointment, but they took my dog in a gave him a quick nail trim anyway. They were so good with him; he was so scared. I'm so happy I didn't have to come back again. They are busy, so make sure you get an appointment.

I've been to three petco before I found one I actuallyloved! Some petco groom was unprofessional and onepetco groom even ran 15minutes late to our firstgrooming appointment. I finally found this one and justwalking in you get a nice clean environment. I'm sure alldogs have anxiety away from their owner. Mine sure does but I've been here 4-5 times already and all times I made sure my dog Bizzy was taken care of by Jamie! I wasn't nervous leaving him with Jamie she always made sure she explained everything that will be done. I also didn't know they took tip! So a heads up tip your groomer! Thank you Jamie for being so caring to bizzy I know he's a big guy. We really appreciate you!!

I took my dog Scout to be groomed by Jamie and we had the absolute best experience! Check in was super quick and easy. When I came back to pick up Scout, she looked and smelled amazing - We did a full spa treatment with teeth brushing. Jamie added the cutest butterflies to Scout’s hair and made a video of her visit! Scout looked so comfortable in the video and Jamie was so sweet to her! Already recommending her to my friends and will be going back :)

I am so thankful that I came across Jamie and The Groom Room online! My puppy hates being blow dried but Jamie was sooo patient and gentle with him. It’s really obvious that she is passionate about what she does, and loves all dogs equally! She made a video of the grooming process and the way she interacted with my puppy melted my heart. She did exactly what I asked for and his coat is so soft and shiny. She even gave him a cute little bandana. 10000% recommend Jamie! Thank you so much for being so gentle with our puppy. It was his second time getting professionally groomed and she put our minds at ease!

I found Jamie on TikTok and decided to take my 8 month golden to his first grooming appointment with her! He is timid around blow dryers and she was so sweet and made sure he was comfortable. She gave him lots of love and that is exactly what he needed. He was so soft and fluffy when we saw him after! She did such a good job!

I found Jamie on TikTok and knew I had to take my golden pup to her for her first grooming! Jamie is so sweet and caring. I picked up my pup after her appointment and she was so clean, fluffy, and fresh. She even had a holiday bow and bandana on. She’s scared of the blow dryer so Jamie took her time to hand dry her instead. Thank you, Jamie! We’ll be back soon!😊

Jamie did an amazing job! I definitely recommend her…Molly( golden retriever ) looks amazing!! Coming out of it she looked so happy (and adorable)! Jamie made sure to do a great job while making sure Molly was comfortable and happy! Molly looks great!

Tori who is our regular groomer is always courteous and friendly. Our little guy is nervous to get out of the car for his grooming but Tori handles him patiently and ensures he is handled with care. She makes it a point to ask me if anything is up with coco or if she should watch out for any injuries or discomfort. She also ensures I hear about anything she spots during her time with coco and gives me great suggestions on how to deal with. We have been going to Carmel Mountain Petco for grooming service for over 2 years and never been disappointed with quality of service or the interaction with the staff.

I was scrolling through TikTok and I stumbled upon a video Jamie giving a golden retriever their first bath! As a new dog mom I was nervous about finding a groomer that would give my puppy lots of love for her first bath. When i clicked Jamie’s profile I was so excited to see she was based in San Diego! I instantly made her an appointment for the 20th of this month and just know she’ll give my pup all the love she deserves!!

The groomer I had was awesome. She was super busy but did not keep me waiting. I went in to have my dog's nails filed. She did an excellent job. Love the new feature that we can add a til before finishing payment. The groomers at the carmel mtn. store have always been top notch with customer service and care of my baby!

I took my LabraBull for a bath and deshed on April 6 as our Poway location did not have availability, we arrived and she was anxious and shaking, I thought it was normal as it was a new location, well after 1 hour &1/2 I got the call to pick her up, she smelled nice, but she was not comfortable at all. While at home I noticed a burn bruce on her nose, and razor burns under her paws and between her toes, 2 days later she developed scabs over her nose, keep in mind she is short hair and only had bath and deshed, so it could not have been a razor burn. Completely disappointed and sad she suffered, heat (burn) bruces will never bring her to this location again

From the minute I approached the grooming counter as a walk in with my dog, the grooming staff was cordial and knowledgeable about what Petco Grooming offers, the packages, pricing and extras were displayed on the counter and I was able to have my dog taken for my requested services right away. Called earlier to know if walk-ins are welcome, the person said to come for a nail trim. There was only one dog in the whole salon. One woman in the salon visibly signalled to the rest to not trim nails for my dog. They lady came out and told me to come back later. Worst customer service!!!
