And no one told me that the appointment that I booked for two something I was not going to be able to pick up my dog till after five and after getting home from his bath, my dog had fleas, then got fleas in my house, and my children had fleas and got bitesand I had to buy over $100 worth of flea stuff for my dog to get a bath

Dog grooming.I Get my 16 year old Bichon 's hair cut thereOnly issue is that they started charging for shampoo use. $7He is a small dog and uses a quarter size drop to shampoo his hair.Unless their bottles are $1,000 each it is way way way too much to ask.Just another way to push up the price without letting you know when you get there. For Petco haircuts they should not be $80. I can do it pretty much anywhere and get it a great haircut for 80 $90 for a small dog. Then they want tip on top of that. Even before you see the dog. I tell them what I want him to look like and we're to put attention, clean out hair inside ears, between the paws. They never get it right. Don't think I will be taking him there anymore.

The best Petco appearance and service wise. The cashiers are a bit submissive. I wish the corporation would do more for the workers and give better benefits.Also, they have my dogs food in stocks. So, there is a guarantee interest in returning to this store.

I feel like I never see "grocery" carts that people can use to shop. I've only ever seen 2 of them, and they're often used for stocking purposes.If I have to haul around a 50 LB bag of dog food, I don't have enough hands to get other supplies.Besides that, the staff is awesome.

I had bad experienced on that location Petco/ Vetco total care in Sports Arena blvd. I took my Dog December 8,2023 the Manager named “ DANIEL” he treated me bad! He’s rude and Inconsiderate person! He doesn’t even care my Feelings! I will never come back on that location anymore! I’ll better find different Veterinarian Clinic. I don’t recommend that place!

I love that they have fresh food at Just Food for Dogs here. They have the special diet food for my dogs! Customer service is definitely a miss here though.

Walked in just to check out some things. Checked out all the fish, they have a nice selection of fresh and saltwater fish. And bettas too. Although a baby Betta fish was dead (that was sad to see)

The employees were super helpful! Just moved to the area and was having some trouble finding the brand of food that my pup usually eats. Ended up buying the fresh food, while kind of pricey, my pup loved it!! This will definitely be my go to pet store!

This is my go to Petco! Management and Employees are helpful, educated and go out of their way to help. Whenever I enter the store I always get a welcome. Great stocking on inventory and great prices especially when you can price match. All animals are well taken care of and rarely ever see dead fish. Sadly the lemon grove Petco on broadway a few miles from where I live doesn’t accommodate the customers how this location does. The manager at the lemon grove location also doesn’t offer single sale of crickets either which is one of the most convenient things at these pet shops if you are into arachnids and reptiles etc. Another reason why I really enjoy this location.

They made me drive 30 min to get there and the lady imn the fronr desk said they couldn't take her in for a bath because she had an open wound, she had no idea what she was talking about ,my dog have a callus for a very long time and it wasn't bleeding or open at all, they also refused another big dog in front of me, i really believe that they didn't want to deal with big dogs which if very unprofessional, i even asked her to come out and take a closer look at my dog's callus to make sure it was just fine but she refused and told me to go back some other time also advised me just to go somewhere else, i took my dog somewhere else as she advised me and they took her in right away, i told them what happened and they said there wasn't a reasonfor them not to do it, i have been going to petco for over 11 years but will never go back again based on my latest experience.

Best pet store I've been to in awhile. The friendliest staff. Took my dog here for training classes and he went from being a rowdy pup to a calm and collected dog. Cheen strengthened the bond between my dog and I and has made our relationship better.

Pet care and food have become prohibitively expensive and I find myself making decisions (sometimes for the worse) entirely based on price. Your prices are now lower than PetSmart, so I will be shopping at PetCo from now on.Also... love the fresh pet food kitchen that you have at this location!!!!! How cool!
