We have a Standard Poodle and Pawfection has always done a great job with her. She loves going in there and Shauna always has her finished right on time. Her nails are always perfect and there's never any blood evidence from cutting them too short. Parking is plentiful, especially on the street right in back of the shop. Highly recommended!

I was sent articles from pawfection on pomeranian alopecia, which is what they thought my dog might have due to clipping her hair too short. My vet had let me know it was actually due to starting her on prednisone, so I was unsure what was really going on, but I brought her in as soon as i could. I took the day off of work, rescheduled my following appointment and brought her in.After the groom, I asked advice on what they think I should do for next steps since they were able to see her in person and evaluate the situation. They advised to bring her in 6 weeks and clarified it would be for shampoo and clipping her hair is not advised at this time. Great, just wanted to make sure I followed up with the professionals, as I am not a vet, a groomer, or an expert in this particular circumstantial pomeranian hair growth. I paid and asked to use the restroom.As I was in restroom, I can clearly hear one of the groomers say out loud “CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT POM MOM?! ASKING IF WE SHOULD CLIP HER HAIR? I EVEN SENT HER ARTICLES TO READ. DOES SHE NOT EVEN DO RESEARCH ON HER OWN DOG BREED?!”Actually, I do. I followed up with you to do my due diligence and make sure I am doing things according to what you think is right, given her exact current state. How dare i ask you those questions, right? How dare I ask the people I am paying good money too, tip generously and have trusted with my baby for so long what their professional advice is!I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason and i was meant to hear such unempathetic, unprofessional, rude and ignorant things come out of your mouth. I left disgusted, in tears and completely disappointed. I will no longer refer your business to anyone I know and will never subject myself or most importantly, my dog to be put in your care.

The ladies are amazing. My puppy, who is 4 months old, was so happy and went with them immediately . When I picked her up, she was so happy, although that this was her first time in the beauty salon. Great experience

Shauna and her grooming staff are very pleasant to work with. They keep a good schedule, they treat my dogs well and do so in gentle and timely ways. Grooming results are always amazing. My poodle receives compliments on the haircut when she is out-and-about.

Great people and service. Our long hair cat's 🙀 fur was in major need- mats and out of control length. After a bath, de-matification and trim she's been transformed and now happy as a clam.Pawfection is the best.

STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG.TL;DR this place cut my dog so bad that she needed stitches and lied about it.We've been here for years. I even posted a review. There are small things here and there, not impressed but not bad, and it's close to me.Until they cut my dog so badly that I SAW THE MUSCLES UNDERNEATH. Took her to the vet and got 8 stitches.They claimed that they "discovered" the cut.1. If you look at the pictures I'm posting, you can clearly see that it's quite bloody. So they are saying no one at my house or at the salon at check in saw this??2. It's at the ARMPIT of the dog. The vet said it's a clean cut by a sharp object (as opposed to her licking and breaking skin, for example). And it went through ALL LAYERS OF THE SKIN.2. We have a toddler so our house is like foam padded. There is no way anything happened at home.3. We do'nt even have a yard so nothing could happen there.4. We walk her on a leash so we would've noticed anything.5. I brushed her teeth last night and didn't see anything. Between sleeping, her walk, and her appointment at 9am this spontaneously happened?NO WAY i'll take my dog here again. that's years and years of business you're throwing away. STAY AWAY.

I had a great experience overall, the owner was very responsive and gave me good tips as to what is best for my puppy in terms of how to tend to her fur. We will be visiting again in the best future. Staff was friendly and kind to my puppy.

Kind staff with pets. They take their time to take care of the dogs. They listen to what you want and the needs of your pets. Nice experience. I think I finally found the right groomer for my poodle Highly recommend. They are so good that you need to plan much in advance to get an appointment .

My dog came back with skin torn off her nose. I asked to be deshedded and over half of her back wasn’t touched! I am seriously not pleased with it. They need better control of their holding cages. My dog is very kind and knows no anger. As my dog comes in all the other dogs and apparently “show” dogs were snapping at my dog trying to fight. Very unpleasant experience will not be coming back ever again!

Shauna and her staff are awesome. Their commitment to what they do shows, not only in the results in the grooming but also in how they treat thier clients. Rady (my dog) has been going there for a long time and I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Highly recommend.

They are AMAZING!! We just moved from Colorado where we had a groomer for years! Shane was Wolfy's groomer (8 year old Bichon Frise) and she did an absolutely PERFECT job!! The staff all show love towards their furry clients and I would recommend them highly!! Wolfy was very happy when I picked him up and looks like his fluffy white self again!! THANK YOU for taking such great care of my furry kiddo!! Big hugs to you and your team!

So I had to get my cat groomed because she went on a self-grooming strike and developed a mess of mats on her underbelly. My cat is a little bit of a psycho, very shy and skittish, so needless to say, I was really not looking forward to this. I went in to see Carol, who went over the different options of how she could be trimmed. She was attentive and listened to my concerns about the mats as well as my warnings about my cat's psychosis. The mats were very close to the skin, so I was worried about discomfort or her accidentally getting nicked, which had happened before at another grooming shop. I didn't need to worry at all though. Carol did a beautiful job, and turned my cat into a little lion, doing away with all the terrible mats in the process. And she managed to get a nail clipping done too! Overall, it was a wonderfully low stress experience, and my cat was much more comfortable as a result. Hats off to Carol and the other groomers at Pawfection for handling psycho cats with grace and aplomb, and making critters happier and more comfortable one clip at a time!
