This is the place for all reptile lovers. Great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Always have what I need. Only complaint is not very personable. I shop here 2 or 3 times a week usually. Never earn points because they never ask for my name. I got tired of being told they'd get me next time. I probably spend 2 -300 a month here and no one knows my name!!! Wow!

Great customer service ! Angel helped me find my Texas rat snake and he put together the enclosure with other cool things. Also I got my ball python Lola at this store in Xmas 2022 and the lady that helped was really cool. Angel gave me frozen feeder medium rats that Lola loves. I shopped around big pet stores but the best service I found was here at LLL Reptile. I recommend this store.

I love this place! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their reptile expertise is really impressive. They have answered many of my questions about the health and care of our pet turtle. They also offer boarding services at an affordable rate, and it is such a relief to have a trusted place to watch over our pet when we travel. Even just walking through the store is really fun -- there are so many beautiful and exotic reptiles to check out!

Bought a snake here that died in a week and they would not refund my money. I have had many snakes and know how to take care of them, so it wasn’t anything I did wrong. After asking around I have heard MANY people share similar stories of buying snakes from here that just die out of nowhere within a few weeks. A family member has personally tried buying three different snakes from them that all die. Do not buy snakes here, too many people experiencing the same thing, very sad. I love everything else about this store and the people are very nice, but very disappointing to buy animals here.

this isn’t a bad store at all. the only reason i give 3 stars is because it’s so small with a lot of people inside. it’s kinda hard to look at any of the reptiles with people passing by. i hope in the near future they are able to move to a bigger place. but for now, it’s still good with GREAT prices.

My turtle that I had for a month passed though we don't know why. They made it right as I got to pick out another one free of charge and they gave us some food for her as well. Great place and amazing customer service. Will shop here again and definitely recommend.

They always have what I need for my geckos. If they don't, it will probably be back in stock in a few days. I had my dad run an errand for me and he bought the wrong size roaches. He didn't have the receipt anymore but they let him exchange them for the correct size roaches anyway 😊 staff is always friendly and helpful. My go-to place for reptile needs.

The amazing LLLReptile absolutely go above and beyond and help even when my daughter wants to hold every single amphibian there. The staff are very respectful, very patient with my kiddo, outgoing and you can tell that this is their passion!! And they love to pass on the knowledge of all the amazing amphibians & creatures they have for sale! I have been a customer for year's due to how helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and outgoing their staff is! They have a wide variety of creature's, tons of info on all the creatures, helpful whenever we needed cages, bowls, heating lamps, etc.... they know and teach us what is best needed for your pet! I got 2 baby savannah monitor from here about 30 days and they both passed they told me there is nothing they can due because it's pass the 3 days that they can refund or replace. On the good hand some of the people there are very knowledgeable about reptiles.

Nice staff. They seem to know what’s up and are never pretentious about it, which I appreciate. The have better feeder prices and I have been coming to LLL for over 15 years of my life and haven’t had an issue. I just bought my recent leopard gecko here.

My nana came home bragging about how helpful and kind Angel was. We got a free adult breaded dragon from a family friend and he has been sick for months with respiratory problems. Angel told my nana that we needed a better light and BOOM our baby Sunny was moving, eating, and pooping! Thanks Angel for helping us!

Came in to buy a panther chameleon(Male) and instead I received a female panther chameleon. When I called and told them I received a female they said it was marked down as a male which clearly isn’t a male. Females don’t have much color as for males are very colorful. Not too bothered but they should get to know their animals better

Had the best experience today everyone on staff was super duper friendly. The assistant manager angel went above and beyond answering all my questions and showing me a couple different geckos that I had my eye on. The manager helped me find the perfect tank that fit all my needs for my new little buddy. The cashier was so sweet and checking out was quick and hassle-free  I'll definitely be back for whatever future needs come up.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service and all the necessities for your reptile. I go in here for all the food and supplies for my bearded dragon. I also recently bought a Vietnamese Centipede from here. They helped me set up the tank and gave me lots of guidance on how to care for it. The only downside to this place is the overall size of the venue. I can get pretty cramped and congested on busy days, but it’s nothing to crazy.

My favorite place for pet supplies and adding new members to my snake family! Despite the small shop size, they manage to have an amazing selection of both supplies and reptiles available. Every new snake I've gotten from them has been perfectly healthy and active, and the staff are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Don't be surprised if it's a little busy when you visit, they're popular for good reason!

I am new in the Hobby. I went to this location (Mission Gorge), and I am delighted. The quick attention (not overwhelming, neither rash, not pushing the sale, etc) made my experience EASY!. Got what I needed, the price was very similar to the big names, but felt more "added value" Thank you DYLAN, and ERIC. Great selection of reptiles, arachnids, food (death and alive) decoration. In short, GREAT PLACE!!
