It wasnt there. Guess maps has old info cuz this is a kids gymnastics place now. I'm very bummedUDATE: Got reply from owner, yes they moved and maps didnt update yet. This store moved to 4S ranch which isnt far as the crow flies, but its not as convenient as RB was on the way home since it was right off the freeway for me.

I can't say enough great things about kahoots and their employees. I've never been to a pet store that cares so much about their human and animal customers. My experience with this store is 4 years strong and have only had positive experiences.The quality of their products is great. Their return policy, also great. But ultimately it is the caring, dedicated, and bright demeanor of their employees that makes this place special.

I LOVE coming here, this is my favorite pet store I've ever been in! The entire staff is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and love to chat and exchange experiences with pets & animals. It's such a great experience to go in and be recognized. Especially when they ask about the pets they have met or heard about! Such great and perfect customer service and connection! (:

Got truly the cutest hamster here for our son's birthday. They had a great selection of hamsters, cages and bedding. The woman helping us was also super knowledgeable. We even went back when he chewed through the first cage and got a much better one based on her recommendation. Even got a practically noiseless wheel. Best thing of all!

I've been to this store many times (and to the one in Poway) and this place is always spotless. Their staff are upbeat and very helpful.In the past I've purchased a number of the most wonderful and long-lived budgies (parakeets) from this store and each one of them was a gem.Yesterday I called to see if they had a couple of items in stock (it was stormy weather outside), not only did the clerk find what I needed, she told the price over the phone, and had the items ready and waiting at the checkout counter.This store, and the one in Poway, are definitely above the competitors.

One of the better stores in the RB area of San Diego. The staff is friendly and are great at asking for advices. Their prices are also very competitive for the place and have a huge range of options for everyone to choose from.Will shop more here for my two little kitties. ^_^

We had our dogs teeth cleaned. They did a good job and on time. It only took about 10 minutes and with no anesthetic. Much cheaper than the vet. Will do again when offered.

Live that we are always greeted with a smile and a welcome when we enter the store. Priced a bit high but always helpful and very friendly! One night we walked up just after they had closed and I really needed cat food they opened the doors and aloud us to come in and get the food!!! That made me a life time purchaser 💯

Got a beta fish for my kid. The store is always clean and packed with supplies. Other time i have been here, I have gotten items such as pet carriers, cat food, kitten milk... they seem to have it. This day had some pets for adoption, such as a big beautiful slithering snake and a guiny pig.

Went here for years with my dog Lilly until she passed away 2 yrs ago. I just got a new dog, and Asher loves this place as much as she did. Always friendly and helpful staff, free dog food samples, and great selection.

Kahoots is a local San Diego chain of pet supplies store. You will find top quality pet food, but not the major national brands. Kahoots also has their own brands of pet food. this location has a couple of betta fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, and maybe a bird that can be adopted but no cats or dogs to be purchased.

Best pet store for treats, toys, and food. My dog gobbles their Kahoots beef and boar kibble. Helpful clerks always take the huge dog food bags to my car.

I think they should carry "Dog Bark Naturals" they are all natural dog treats made here in the USA and by a friend of mine. I have a dog who by the way is VERY PICKY on his treats after Kahoots brand treats went away I've tried all kinds of other treats and he turns his nose..... With Dog Barks he gets very excited like he did before with the Kahoots brand. They only make 5 different kinds Bacon, Chicken, Beef, Roo (Kangaroo) & Shark.
