Y'ALL let me say this place has the most helpful staff. They are welcoming and knowledgeable, SO HELPFUL. So, my dog had swelling of the ear, i had zero clue as to what it was, what happened....i walk in and immediately welcomed in, general welcome nothing crazy, clerk ask if i need help?...of course i do,let him know my situation. BOOM, Steven knew exactly what it was, got me treatment for my dog, and some new dog food for her. On top of all this wonderful help, Steven hooked me up with some free samples of dog food. He didn't have to but just to try it out and see if my dog liked it. Very clean and organized store, too. It's definitely my new pet store. Highly recommend Kahoots! Stop on by and ask for Steven, tell i said "hello👋" Y'ALL have a lovely day now.

Went to Kahoots today to adopt our new puppy from Baja Animal Sanctuary and had to buy everything we needed for our new family member. Steven was amazing - so helpful and knowledgeable and really made sure we got everything to welcome her home and make her comfortable. Thank you Kahoots, Steven and Baja Animal Sanctuary for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

Kahoot is the only pet shop I get treats for my dog!! They have nice collection of different treats!!! He loves all of them we het from kahoots. Definitely recommend this place!!

Went for the vaccine clinic. They don't do appointments, but walk in was easy and fast. By far the lowest cost for vaccines we have found in the area. The staff was great with our pup. The store has a great variety of food and toys.

Shame on you Kahoots. I've been getting the Grain Free Beef dog food here for 7 years. They recently changed the formula significantly with no indication of doing so. My dog has been sick for days since the new bag. The food is noticeably lighter in color and is much more "bulk forming" than the original formula. This is ridiculous. Kahoots--I think you owe your loyal customers an explanation. Your food isn't cheap, and I was happy to pay the premium price. Now I don't know if I can in good conscience spend another dime at Kahoots.

I used to go to Petco for my dog's needs, but came across this store when I was visiting a nearby store, and I'm so glad I did. Everyone who works in the store is so helpful and kind. The store is always very clean and well organized. I have started coming here often for my dog's food and needs. The store may be small, but they always have exactly what I need. My dog has gone potty in here twice, and while I was completely mortified, they were so kind and understanding. The prices on some things are more expensive than Petco or other pet stores, but it's totally worth it because the service and store overall are just so much better. I think of this as a fancy boutique pet store and just love it!

The name of the man that helped me was Kyle I believe. He was extremely kind and informative. I’m getting a puppy tomorrow and was a bit nervous about introducing my older Doberman to the new Doberman puppy and Kyle was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions as well as helping me find appropriate treats and other things that accommodated both of my dogs’ ages and needs. I feel like it’s really rare to meet someone who is as genuine as he was. I’ve never been to the store before and had previously only used Petsmart or Petco, but after my experience with Kyle, I’ll definitely switch over and become a regular customer here. Thanks again Kyle!

We are getting a new puppy today and called and went into this location yesterday. Zach answered the phone and then answered all of my stupid questions with a can do attitude. Then my wife and I came in to get a new name tag, dog bowls, dog bed and food also. Zach (and the rest of the team) was extremely helpful and gave us great advice on everything we needed. He had a smile on his face and genuinely seemed to love his job. I run a small company with 10 employees. Zach is the kind of person that I would love to have working with our team. Great customer service skills, attitude and a smile on his face. THANK YOU for everything you did for us Zach! We will be coming back for more stuff as our baby grows.

The store has a lot of great quality pet supplies and treats/food that you do not normally see at your local grocery store and reasonably priced. Employees are helpful and answered all our questions. The people here are always helpful in helping me choose the right products for my pooch. I’ve had multiple experiences with different salespeople answering my questions about dog food, harnesses, carpet cleaner, treats, and more. They strike a good balance between being available to help and leaving you alone to browse depending on what you want.

I have always struggled with their hours. Opening 1-2 hours too late and closing at 8 instead of 9. I have purchased their large bag of Lamb dog kibble for years. Tonight I arrived at 8:01 and the door was shut and the manager was counting cash and completely ignored me. That was my symbol to try another Pet Store and I was successful finding a new brand.

Such a great place. Great staff very friendly. My kids and my dog love going there. They have a great selection for dogs, cats, small animals and even reptiles. Definitely worth the visit if you have pets.

A large variety of products for pets: dogs, reptiles, lizards, cats, etc. Toys, food and fun food. I liked the Nerf gun that shots balls for dogs to catch. I didn't see pets. Only stuff for pets. Prices are reasonable. Large parking lot.

We love it in here. My puppy knows exactly where they give out treats and heads to the counter first. The people in there are knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish they would offer some kind of rewards program though.

Has different items than Petco & petsmart. Often has unique stuff for pets with allergies. Be prepared to leave part of your wallet (prices are steep).

Really sweet guy helped me with my dogs... offered great food and treat suggestions... and then without being asked picked up my dog food and took it out to my car with me.That store is fantastic
