I went on November 2 for water they make me wait they say they saw me outside. They acted stupid inside the store and they never open and then I told them again and I asked them and then they told me to come back to the next day, and guess what happen still closed didn’t open at 8 AM like it says on the website, they’re liars. They very have a bad customer service on this store. They should shut down the store already very very bad customer service.

It is a fun store. Employees are very cool and most live in the neighborhood. It fits into the community very well. I couldn't live here without it.

This location had what I was looking for and the employees are genuinely polite/nice. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the slight smell in the store which may be in direct relation to the urine smell outside the store, the extremely slow checkout, and the woman soliciting customers to get a tattoo done or (in her words) “buy some pot even though it’s legal I’m still hustling” while we’re standing in line trying to checkout. I probably wouldn’t go to this particular location again.

Good prices on most items plus there are a couple of items I only find at Family Dollar. I gave 4 stars as most employees there are cool with a couple not so cool or helpful. And it would help if the iles had less clutter so you don't trip over stuff. Otherwise I like the store.

I have to give at least 1 star but this doesnt even do that. There was a huge sale (albeit it was probably a typo) hpwever j checked before i drove all the way there and again everything was scanning as the sale said. We get to the counter and NOPE... DENIED.. 1st it was not a valid sale the associate showed me an email from her boss saying its not real. That the items are in proxess of being removed. No maam they arent andbwe showed proof that in the store they are apprarinf as well. Then after the proof it was just no. It could have been as simple as putting a sign on the front door if u knew this would be an issue. But nothing was done however that particular area was picked thru so theres something to the sale. Very unproffesional not at all customer friendly. After wasting 40 min on the road in a very big rain storm and gas that none of us can afford to waste i walked out empty handed. Overly frustrated

Things are unorganized however the price is typically right therefore I can live with certain aspects. Its usually all good here for quick snacks or knick knacks. I drop in for deodorant and Jamaican Patties from Golden Krust which is a place I'm familiar with back in NYC. The workers are chill and they respect me so I'm gonna keep going back. Not to mention theres usually some good looking chix in the area.Ciao#followmeifollowyou

Employees that sound be helping are on their cell phones...employees are not nice at all, very bad attitudes. The store did NOT open on time. The cashier automatically charged me for a bag. I made her refund me. Ask customers of they want to purchase a bag. Smh, horrible experience

This store has decent quality products-all name brands- but not everything costs a dollar some things are even 5 or 6The portions are also a lot smaller than normal packages (but what would you expect it IS a dollar store)When I was there the other day I had to stand in line for 15 minutes because there was only one cashier and the people in front of me seemed to be grocery shopping 99ó0

Great store. Sometimes they are out of stock on things I want but that's because they are always busy. Great customer service and Great product selection. I would higlley recommended shoppingHere. Best time to go is on Wednesday because they get a new shipment on Money and Tuesday.

Haven't spent to much time taking note of item sold. They will have items that resale value is a lot cheaper than retail asking price. But you will also find items priced comparable with the parent stores. Overall good deals can be found.

The employees here stay having a bad attitude, are rude and unprofessional. Especially the fat ugly lady. The manager is vile too. They never pick up the phone and if they do it's an inconvenience to the staff. On top of that the store looks like garbage, very cluttered, unorganized, dirty. I'd suspect covid lives here. Shop else where for your safety!

This store was very clean and being stocked at the time I was there. The cashier lady was very nice and helpful. Everyone had on a mask 😷 and there was social distancing and hand sanitizer was available as well. It was my first time going to this store by the way.

It's a decent place to shop for items at a discount. The customer service is average. It's convenient for me because it's in walking distance from my place. Yet I don't know if I would go out of my way to shop there if I didn't live so close!

Bad attitude employees especially this man name Sidney he pretended that the customers make his work and fight with customers about it that's crazy and if you said something about he's wrong he just refuse to service you and make it look is all your fault ridiculous right!! By the way smell horrible since the entrance if you are a reasonable person just don't go there!!

This store needs a new manager, or send a mystery shopper to find out how their store is treating customers who just want to get their needs met. I was one of those customers who planned a weekly trip to that store . Until the manager pushed to the point that going a couple. Of miles out of my way to get my household supply's was worth it . I sat down and figure out how much money I was spending a year .about $5000 and was treated by the manager with a disrespectful attitude and slanderous comments to me and others . Almost 5 years of it. Now my needs are taken care of by people value a customer who needs a little help once in a while. Sincerely a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces.

Really nice guys working there this afternoon, but the 99:and dollar tree have the we things for a third or more of the price.Bit dg is good for a quick one stop trip as they have a bit of everything and the bus stops at their door.

It's getting better in the merchandise area, they need to keep both registers open. It annoys me that they blatently ignore the line. Not to mention you risk hepatitis from there entrance. They should be ashamed of the conditions and fix this problem
