I love this place. You can tell that the people that started this company and the ones who run it today have always had the customers best interest at heart. I commend the Dollar Tree on its commitment to providing quality at an unmatched price and I recommend supporting this company. There are no other dollar stores around after the pandemic and inflation. They only went up a humble 25 cents. At the other stores I'll be damned if there is anything for a buck anymore. Update some prices on certain items have gone up.

Big store variety items. Bought christmas decorations at 90% off paid 13c-30c each item. Paid 13 cents for each one of this items that are regular priced at $1.29.

Ghetto as heck! Homeless always in the front of the doors. The store is so messy and unorganized. The employees talk about customers right in their face, so rude and Helen the manager is RUDE!!! Not friendly at all and always seems to be in a bad mood.

The cashier is speaking in English to people. Then she ask me if I need a bag in Spanish I replied in English, "No, thank you, I have 1". Then she says my total in spanish-again; I replied in English-again, then ask me if I want my receipt; in (Spanish yet again) I replied all in English and she turn away like if I bothered her. I speak fluent Spanish/English (and french) I was born and raised here it felt so racist.

This store is so dirty, messy, and the people that work here are unprofessional, they should learn good manners and have a good costumer service. Especially that cashier named Amanda, she's not very nice. She's rude, she's only nice to her same race, but not me because I am Asian, she treated me differently, she seems like she hates me for no reason and doesn't make sense, if she works as a cashier she needs to have a good costumer service. She has to treat people the way she wants to be treated, I can tell she's racist, cuz she only likes to greet her same color not other races, what a bad worker...this store is so disappointing, they should hire good people with good manners in that store.

Best Dollar Tree in San Diego. My wife a DIYer loves going for their new craft line.Other then that it's got stock of everything, which is rare since most stores are usually not stocked properly.

WOW what a terrible customer experience! Shopping through the store today was a breeze actually. It wasn't bad until I got to the register to check out my item's and was verbally attacked by an employee who was clearly not on the clock or possibly on a break. The lady at the register asked me if I'd like a bag with my purchase. I replied yes please. There was another lady in uniform sitting down on the bench in front of the registers She yells across to the cashier helping me and said "she don't need a bag" i look at her like um okay confused. Then i continue with my purchase. And of course the cashier ignores her comments and still gives me my bag. In the midst of all of this there's other customers standing in line behind me other customers walking through the store and not only that there were other employees who all witnessed what she said as I continue getting my things then she says "why is it everytime I see you you roll your eyes at me"? I reply I don't even know you nor have i rolled my eyes at you and i don't have a clue as of what your talking about. & she continues to say I roll my eyes every single time I see her. Mind you this is only my (third) time visiting to this store which is store #102. It was obvious she had me mixed up with somebody else but to make someone else feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed because she felt like I roll my eyes at her whenever i see her. I've never seen this woman before in my life. And it is really bad interpretation of what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS AND SOUNDS LIKE. I'm appalled at the behavior of this employee that thinks its okay to talk to a stranger in this manner. Whether or not you're on or off the clock you still have to represent your company as a whole especially if you are still in uniform and still inside the establishment. Then to add insult to injury she kept referring to me as "sweetie" but in a very unpleasant and derogatory way it was almost as if she was trying to intimidate me in some sort of weird twisted technique. This experience has promoted me to contact HR & the store manager.Be careful shopping in this store some of the employee's are extremely rude and don't see whats wrong with their behavior..

Its a level of disdain for ones own job which causes a person to be annoyed with customers or just frustrated with work. Other than that I think the store is nice. It could be a little better organized the Christmas stuff is all over the place.

This is my quick and reasonable essential store in my neighborhood of "Oak Park" for things like party supplies, gift wrap, any occasion cards, candy, stationery, school supplies, some grocery products, food storage containers, toothpaste, nail polish and paper products like toilet paper and tissues. This store has a whole host of other essential product to! The price point $1!

It’s 4:10 pm prime time. Long line with only one cashier. The other cashier says her computor is rebooting. It’s been rebooting going on 30 minutes. This is not credible. I am a good patron of the Dollar Tree brand but I won’t be back to this store. So the two stores closest to me have poor customer service. These are black and Hispanic neighborhoods. She just opened the line and said I’ll take the next person but did not get me or the persons waiting the longest. So the register just crashed again. Wow!

Good and clean store, if I could give 0 stars I would because of the employees. Employees make you feel like you are at a house where there is verbal abusive violence. Why? Because they are screaming at each other and saying bad words. If they speak like that at home that's fine, I don't care but even an old lady told a girl named Teanna to not speak like that in this store. We(costumers) don't care about your personal life and if you have two job, there's a lot of people who have 3 and not complaning and then at check out time shes on her phone, no greetings no even a "have a good day" . I really hope the manager or someone who actually cares see this. Also, Michelle (girl) very disrespectful over the phone.

One of the dirtiest dollar stores I've ever been in too. This place was a mess. They really need to fire the manager here at this location. I've never been to this location before it was my first time and there was stuff misplaced and scattered everywhere. This store needs new management because they're giving Dollar a bad name and reputation.

Today I went in and brought some crackers and cheese better known as Jr dip the kind that's in the same container that has 5 multiple of them in one. They was stale and expire October 1st 2018. Today is 9/11/2018. I went back 15 mintues after I purchased them and the lady who checked me out was "Melissa" and she called the manager in question. I didn't get her name but she indeed has a lisp. She's the only one in the store with this speech impediment. I know this because I shop there quite frequently. Anyway she refused to do the least which was an exchange. And was not at all in way helpful or apologetic. I left a hole unopen package of cracker and one that I had open with the rest of them. And walked out. I will not be returning nor shopping at this dollar tree if their rules are not to refund obviously old food... I will not be giving my money to folks like this. I dont care if its just a $1.00 that food was nasty and clearly the person calling herself the manger does not really care if her store is selling stale food. Be careful buying food at this establishment. I will be reporting this to corporate.

What...... A........ Mess!!! There is literally DANGER around every corner. Lose shelving and merchanduse strewn about all over this location. No manager in sight! Only one stressed out cashier to serve nine (9) customers waiting in line. In my humble opinion.... Its worth it to pay more, than to risk your safety at this location.

It sucks i feel like yelping about it how are you not going to have restrooms for paying customers. It kinda makes you think twice about shopping somewhere where you have to worry about your kid peeing in their pants because the store can't accomidate to providing a kid a restroom what ever happen to customer service i guess my 100 a trip everytime í go to this store doesnt entitle my too 5 minutes in the stores bathroom so my kids Deneuve themselves guess i verter start looking for a new place to shop

You find a lot of stuff, but they are getting two starts from me because of their very bad customer service. I went there yesterday 3/23/2018, and asked if they could unlock the restroom for me so I could use it. The old light complexion black guy was on the phone, and told me that the restrooms were for employees only.Really? So there is two restrooms there one for men and one for women, with signs that read "No merchandise inside bathroom" Why would you put signs like this for employees? These signs are for customers to read before going inside the restroom. Obviously this employee was to lazy to go open the door for me, and prefer to say it was for employees only.Just make sure you use the bathroom, before coming to this store, because lazy guy will not unlock it for you.

Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff who are often too busy at the register. The store is oft well stocked and organized. They might hire more folks to accommodate their customers.

They have lots of goodies, more than the Dollar Tree on Otay Lakes Rd. The guy at the register this evening was friendly. About a month ago, I had to return something and the lady (not sure if she was a supervisor or assistant supervisor) must've been having a bad day ---which is why they get 4 stars.

Theynhave a nucnh of stuff but no cashiersnso lines are long and no one puts other, we are in quarentine, no safety measures, people are packed everywhete and in lines they look like sardines, they dont clean the baskets and have no enought carts or baskets, place is a mess

Horrible customer service. Never been to an establishment where I was directed to grab my own receipt and the Hispanic lady at the register did not want to put my stuff in my bag that I brought because I did not purchase a bag from them. Are you serious!! I have never had a good experience at that store .. ever ! It’s always something. Step up and fire the manager of this store and take the lazy employees with you . PERIOD!!
