We are first time customers and had a little issue with the app with a double charge at the Morena location on 2/25/24. We contacted the number listed via text and received fantastic and prompt service. They updated us throughout the process while we waited for the charges to post on my credit card so that they could refund us the overcharge. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely concerned with making things right. The self wash stations were in very good condition and we will be back!

First time ever. I figure why spend $50+ for dog wash at the professional when I just need a wash only...so I Google a wash near me. This location pops up. It was convenient and the cost is affordable eleven minutes was enough for me. I feel safe in the area I went around 6:40pm and the place was on the busy street and lots of lights. I recommended this doggowash to everyone.Btw just bring extra shampoo if you want extra lather soap on your dog. I didn't bother using the blow-dryer ..Ive rather keep using their flea wash rinsing my doggie a longer time lol and rinse again 🤣 it's worth it

Love how easy it is. Both my dogs and I enjoyed being outside as well. It was nice not to be surrounded by all the noise and barking that we've experienced elsewhere. I'm so glad we found this place.

Great place to wash your dog! Shampoo and conditioner dispenser within the water is so convenient. The card reader didn't work at first and I had to try three different cards before I got the machine to accept it. Also while I was drying my pup off with a towel the disinfect option timed out before I could press the button so I didn't get to disinfect it for the next user.

This place is awesome. After taking my pup to fiesta island dog park I take her down to this dog wash any time of day. I have been there 15-20 times and never once had a bad experience or where I was leaving unhappy or unsatisfied. The place where you wash your dog is always clean. Has warm water and all around super helpful to get my pup clean. I would recommend this to anyone.

11 minutes is a little short to wash a husky but I love that everything is included! Wish they had time options to pay for not just one. A great stop after the beach and bonus cause it’s out doors. Definitely will be back! Love that it’s outside!

So easy and convenient. Took a bit for the card reader to get my card (both times I've gone it doesn't read the tap, so I've had to pull out my card), but I'm able to wash both my dogs in the 11 minutes we have before the timer runs out. Love that it's outside, too, as I noticed my dog is less anxious than when we go to Petco or similar.

A little pricy at $14/11 min but SO convenient. The shampoo, flea control, and conditioner all dispense from the water hose. Just like a self serve car wash but for dogs. It was a bit rushed but I am able to wash my 100lb Bernese Mountain Dog within the timeframe. Would definitely make sense if you had to wash 2 smaller dogs at the same time.

Really great experience. Only thing I’ll say to first timers is that you open the gates yourself, no need to enter the brick and mortar. It operates like a DIY self car wash but for dogs. Think vending machines. Love the set up and the wash.

Great place to wash our dog after a romp at Fiesta Island. Machines were self explanatory. Water was warm for a tired pooch shampoo and conditioner were dispensed amply to clean her. 11 minutes seeps short, but it was more than enough time to complete a full cycle for our full grown lab.

Went to wash my dog for first time here. I tried three different cards and would not take. Tried to call but no answer.EDIT The owner texted me a little after and offered me a free wash for the inconvenience. Seemed really nice and appreciate the offer to make it right.

Bring a towel! So convenient! Like others say, it’s like a dog car wash! Soap is in the water so it saves a bunch of time. I think it was like $14 for 11 minutes, which isn’t bad honestly for what you get. I was able to wash my German Shepherd in about 6 minutes and spent the other 5 drying her. They have a disinfect option at the end for FREE to clean out the tub for the next user (please use it).

$11 to shampoo, condition, and dry 2 dogs at the same time while they're clipped in so they can't escape the terror. They have 2 clips per washing station so you can clip in 2 dogs in the same bath. Such a great deal and very convenient since other indoor dog wash places are $20/dog.I'd suggest bringing a towel with you to dry them up extra.

So...never washed my dog at something like this before, but saw a video online and thought it might be fun. First shocker...this place is ALL outdoors, you are not In a building. Which is great, unless maybe the weather was chilly or something. I forgot to buy doggy shampoo.....but luckily the price included shampoo, conditioner, and some anti flea stuff, which I didn't use. Pretty cool. It's $14. Considering I got the shampoo and conditioner for free (or included)....didn't feel too hard on the wallet. Don't quote me here, but I think they give you like 11 minutes? I forgot the exact time, but it was more than enough, and we left the machine with several minutes on it.I will definitely go back again.

Perfect place to wash your dog after the beach. 24 hour Outdoor self wash bath station. There are 2 gated stations big enough to fit large dogs.$12 for 10 minutes. Accepts credit card. I love this place. Only critique would be to increase the disinfect cycle to a minute. I ran out of time and I’m not about to pay $16 just to clean the tub.

If you pay through the app and it says you have a 0 credit try turning on the machine. I didn't and ended up paying 2x more $3 each for extra time that was worth it but not needed. Check your balance after first payment. If I had o would've only spent $14 rather than $20 but it was a great experience for socky and I and my apt building neighbor who came with to help me out.

Super convenient especially being so close to fiesta island. All outdoors and my dog didn’t mind it at all. Just like a car wash for dogs. Great price too!!
