We love OB dog wash! Local, chill vibe. Convenient and it’s more than just a bath, our dog gets a little outing and socialization. We usually wait for her to dry off across the street while we grab a drink - win win for all of us. She loves the dog treats at the end of her bath, staff is always very nice.

This place is amazing and very well priced. We took both our dogs to the beach, and this was conveniently located. We were able to wash, dry our dogs and buy treats for them all in one. Everyone working there was very helpful.

My dog is terrified of having her nails trimmed and it has been a nightmare trying for us both!I heard great things about Ocean Beach dog wash and so I gave it a try today.Matt and the young lady that was working today were just wonderful!It did take all three of us to get my dog into the sling, but we did it!We were able to trim her hind legs which is a great improvement, but she was still too reactive to do her front paws.Matt was super patient and kind to my super scaredy cat dog! He spent a lot of extra time with her to try and put her at ease.We will definitely try again, but this time I will give her a doggy downer prescribed by my vet.If your dog is scared and reactive, I would highly recommend you try Ocean Beach dog wash!Thank you so much Matt and I’m sorry about the 🐕‍ 💩!!!

We have a loveable 90 pound husky that realllly doesn't like getting his nails trimmed. He's such a sweetheart, but the second a groomer tries to touch his paws it's like he's a different dog. Our vet recommended we try OB Dog Beach Dog Wash because they have technicians who specialize in handling big dog nail trims. Today was our first time in and we were done in less than 20 minutes!! Our family will definitely be returning for any and all doggo nail needs. This place is magic. ✨

I came in with my cat for her first ever nail trim. The lovely Renee made our visit so easy and made my kitty comfortable and calm. Such a wonderful experience!! 10/10 will come again!

So it was a little more expensive than the one that was on sunset cliffs, but worth it. Lilly helped a ton because both dogs jumped out, and one was hesitant to get back in. They are treat oriented and this place had treats to help! 100% easier than doing it in a bathtub because you don't have to clean after!

My baby love to here very great customer service treat you so nice very helpful and your pup comes out with yummy treats and u get to blow dry them they give u a towel hair cone to use there very satisfied my dog smells good

I’ve been bringing my sweet pup here since she was a little one! It’s been four years. All of the staff is very attentive. The place is always clean, lots of tubs to bathe your pups, or staff will be happen to do the washing! Our favorite part is the nail trimming. It’s a pleasant experience for her, and the staff is very careful to make sure she is comfortable and cared for! Being all your puppies here! Voltaire near the beach.🌸

Amazing place to wash your dog. Great, friendly service. I love the way they trim my dogs nails—wearing a straight-jacket in mid air. Charlie Bear loves the peanut butter they offer while she is getting her nails did ;) They are so nice and I highly recommend!

$34 to wash two poodles, one small and one medium-sized. It only took around 10 minutes.I tried to pay at the beginning but went with it when the woman working there said most people pay at the end. At the end when I asked about pricing (expected half that) the young man working there wasn't exactly customer-friendly.Used to love this place. Sad to be feeling exploited. Hopefully it'll turn around again.

After a day at dog beach, our pup was in serious need of a bath! Dog Beach Dog Wash made it so easy! No appointment needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of dog beach, and the stations were set up with all the needed supplies. Will come again the next time we here!Also, there are several dog friendly restaurants right across the street, if the humans need refreshment too! :)

Great place to wash your dog yourself after the beach. They also have dog nail services with a fabric sling that they can use to lift your dog up in the air to calm them while they get their nails done. It seems to really help my dogs with anxiety. Small, but well stocked selection of supplies like treats and toys. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love this place!

Not only self wash but you can request to rent clippers for $5/15 min & there’s an AMAZING pet nail tech that is the BEST hands down, my dogs nails are challenging & he is the only person that can get it right!

Cutest little spot! The bathtubs and facility were really clean. Wish more cities had these as it’s a nice way to be able to clean your pup when you are traveling and limited to a hotel tub (maybe- my hotel has a walk in shower). The and Aloe Vera deep conditioner add on was a great add on. Everything was wonderful and affordable. $16 for the shower, $3.50 for the blow dryers, $3 for the deep conditioner, and peanut butter dog biscuits starting at 45 cents a piece. Perfect bonding time after playing on beach all day!

I helped build this building in 1990 when I was 32 years old. It's something I'm very proud of. Most of the walls on the 2nd and 3rd floor were nailed and raised by me and two other people. I hope it lasts forever !!

Very helpful and friendly. My pup was not very happy (don’t let the pictures fool you) to be getting a bath after playing at the beach all day. She kept pulling me back out the front door. The girl at the counter tried to help me lure her in with treats the best we could.

Best doggie nail & fur salon ever! Elvis does NOT like anyone messing with his paws.....which makes it very challenging to trim his nails, (unless he's at the vet & sedated). Even hoisted in the air in a restraining vest, he managed to thrash around like an alligator and howl so loud another employee came in and asked if everything was alright. But Taylor was amazing....so calm and unaffected by all of the theatrics. I was truly impressed. The other staff were also very friendly and accommodating at the dog washing station. Elvis isn't the most friendly guy around other large dogs.....but not a problem here. They set us up at the end next to a wall and all was well. So nice to have a clean and happy dog!

Brought my girl in to have here nails trimmed, the gentleman who worked with her had the patient of a saint 💗 Wonderful place to wash your doggie. Super clean, towels,apron, shampoo and brush included with dog was. Tubs are high so you don't strain your back bending over, also has a swivel shower hose. Staff is super helpful and friendly.🐾

Literally the best dog wash in the world. I used to live around corner and went here daily after beach. I’ve been looking all across country and in 5 other countries on my adventures with my dog and cannot find anything even closely comparable. Also the very best deal on tennis balls!!
