Great service once there, but more than once my appointment didn't show up. I made an appointment for 2 on Saturday and when I called girl she said didn't have any appointments today. I stated I made an appointment online. Her response was their system is down so I'd have to reschedule for another day. What? There's plenty of other places then. Got an appointment with Easy Breezy

Today was my first time coming. The staff was very helpful. Very simple and easy process to the self wash. They have brushes to use after you dry your dog. I will certainly be returning with my poodle Hiro

Really like this place. I’ve only been here for self wash but can honestly say I feel like I leave with 2 clean dogs. They have 4 different shampoos that are a little water down but not like unleashed! The shampoo will actually foam and make my dogs smell good! They also have Cotten balls to clean your dogs ears, brushes, combs, ferminators and a blow dryer!

My dog gets stressed out when she goes to the groomer. Today she went to Dirty Paws on Santo Rd. She was treated very well and did good with them. Next time I might try to groom her there myself. They will help you do it.

My Australia Shepherd Mini doesn't look like an Aussie anymore. They took off all his hair after we asked to keep the Aussie look, just a trim. I am so upset! He looks bald! If you have an Aussie don't take them here. He smells good and that's about it! Staff was friendly, but they clearly don't know how to cut hair for an Aussie.

Excellent service, fast and very professional! Easy to schedule (had to wait for the next available day, but its understandable), received a reminder notification and was accepted as soon as we arrived. Very friendly and professional staff, definitely coming back. Thank you! 😊😊

This place is great! Being able to self wash your dog is convenient. The customer service is fantastic. My dog is a little wild when we get his nails dremeled and thanks to Hattie who handles him so well gets it done every time. I highly recommend this place!

Hello. Dirty Paws will remain open, unfortunately self wash is closed for now. Still taking in bath and haircut appointments though! Hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-3pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.Thank you !

We adopted a rescue dog who has been traumatizedIt was a good place to go for a do it yourself wash. We were able to keep our dog quiet and with us so she would feel comfortableThe place is clean and friendly. They provided everything we needed. Will be back soon.

Like the customer service and Amy is the best! My little dog used to not eat after grooming but since Amy does the job he eats and plays well after groomed. They also have loyalty points:)

I've been coming here for quite a few years and I do both self wash and have my dogs groomed and the experience is always great! Self wash prices are great when you don't want to mess your house up. And the grooming service is well priced. All the groomers really seem to care about your pets.

We've been coming here for a while, we took our last husky and now our newest member which is another husky. Extremely nice customer service. You can wash and dry your dog yourself they have everything. Aprons, products, air dryers and even perfume all for 15 bucks or you can have them clean your dog for more. They also cut hair and nails. Highly recommend.

Great facilities, and very nice and helpful staff. My dog hates baths but the way dirty paws us set up, it makes it easier in and out. I love the discount on Tuesday for self bathers and it still counts towards the tenth bath free. Great place!

I've been coming here for years. I love the staff, the prices, the services and most importantly (at least to me) is how they interact/treat the pups. Any place can wash your dog, but to care for them while they do it is more important to me!!Just dropped off the two newest additon to my family with them. With Sparta having passed a while back, it took me a while but I've adopted a loving pair of pups. They're having there first bath, and grooming now. From the minute they were brought in they were held and comforted. Thank you for all you do!

It would be easier if they had a walk up instead of stairs. My dog is 1 and arthritic so she had to be lifted into the tub. We went there because we can't lift her in to our home tub. Otherwise I give this place 5 stars. The staff are very helpful.

They did such a good job! Full service groom for my 30lb dog for $55 ($30 cheaper than what I paid at PetSmart). The groomer was clearly a dog person. My pup has some separation anxiety, and he went with her without any reluctance. Call to make an appointment.

I've brought my dog here to get washed for two years, and I've never had a problem. The last two times were a different story. On each occasion, I got my dog back still wet all over and not particularly clean smelling. She was still shedding hair, too. I had two years of appointments where I got her back dry, and smelling fresh so it definitely struck me as odd.More importantly, two days after my latest two appointments, my dog was in widespread pain. She became lethargic, was constantly panting and would flinch everytime she was touched. Before I realized what was going on, I tried to pet her to comfort her causing her let out a horrible yelp. She even whipped around and almost bit me - something she has NEVER done. Her skin was obviously causing her pain. The first time I chalked it up to coincidence that she became ill right after coming here, but after the second time I'm convinced it's related to the wash. I don't know if it's different products or difference in technique by new groomers. Regardless, I cannot subject my dog to the trauma of being washed here again. :(

Pice isn't too bad, they get my dogs hair cut perfect everytime! I love how my dog isn't scared to go there and the staff is friendly. I went to a place closer to my home and the quality didn't come close to Dirty Paws.

This place is GREAT!! Everything you need to give your dog a bath, nails trimmed and you don't have to worry about cleaning up your bathroom tub. Staff are friendly and totally understand unruly oversized dogs like mine.

I make an appointmentA month ago to get my dog washed and groomed. They said a date I go in and the lady at the front looks at me like I’m crazy and says can I help you? I said yeah and I made an appointment she’s like oh no that’s two weeks from now I know it wasn’t for two weeks from now. There’s just that an organized in the crazy way that she looked at me this place is terrible do not take your dogs there

Very loud. Lots of loose dog hair on floor and flying around in air. No choice in water temp. Staffed by teenagers. Same price as any other self-serve dog wash. Inconvenient hours during the week so a zoo on weekends. One visit was more than enough.

Our black lab hates being left behind & Ashley was absolutely wonderful with her! When we came to pick her up she looked beautiful & was comfortable with Ashley. We'll definitely be back. Ashley made all the difference!

I took my "bear" shiba inu there first time. It was the best groomer I've ever took my bear to! Ashley was very comforting and positive which made my grooming experience exceeds all my expectations! We found a groomer for life as long as ashley is there! #blessings
