I cannot say enough good things about Dirty Dogs Carmel Mountain Ranch and my dog’s amazing groomer, Kim!! She has been doing my dog’s haircuts since she was a puppy and I am so happy to have found her. My dog loves Kim so much and always looks absolutely perfect after each cut. Kim is an exceptional groomer-people always stop me when I’m out with my dog to take photos and ask where I get her groomed. THANK YOU KIM!!! You’re the best!

Great place to self wash your furry friends. They provide a waist high tub #nobackpain, warm water #noshiveringpets, your choice of shampoo and conditioner, towel #nohairlaundry, and a blow drying system. The employee was friendly and very helpful. This is well worth the $24. Please check it out!

All staff always go far and beyond to help me with any needs I have for my dog. They make sure my dog Shakira, to have a great experience while they give her a bath. We have visited Dirty Dogs since they opened to get food and to get some baths for my dog.

Update: Klarissa did a great job on my fur baby. She looks so cute and smells so good! She received a cute collar to match her little dress. My old girl is around 13 years old it takes patience and skill to handle an older dog. Thank you Klarissa for making Ms. India look like a diva!Customer service with Maddie was still awesome!Please Note: please make sure to sign up with their reward program. Once you get 300 points you are eligible to start receiving item(s) with your point tier.India received the dog e style packageI went in person to set up a grooming appointment. A new associate named Maddie was so friendly and very welcoming.Hopefully I will get her to assist me when I go back.My fur baby goes in for her grooming next week. I will update you with a photo. So far five stars.

Who knew doggie self wash could be so fun?! Doggie got nice & clean, and I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The tubs are great and the store is very clean and decked out with everything you could possibly need. When doggie was ready to exit before I was, she pooped on their floor (i guess that's her language for Let's go now Mom) and they absolutely insisted on cleaning it up themselves. Now that's service! I'll definitely be back.

The idea is good, where you do not want spend arm paws and tails for a giving a shower to pet.Google map shows the rear entrance, so make sure you come through the front of the mall. Staff are friendly and neat facility.The best service I like here is U-DO-IT, where you do the work but use the amenities there. This is a self-serve service, where you have tubs water, shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dryers, brushes, ear cleaner, and different choices of perfume. Water is Warm and no time limit unless ppl are waiting, you could move out with courtesy.Also, I did hygiene haircut service, but I was charged double when I asked for that, they said its for each legs, which I felt is Rip-Off. That’s the reason I am taking off two stars.One more thing, you should get from here is Goat milk, its yummy. You could share with your paw baby 😊

I went to have my 13 year old 2 tooth Yorkie groomed. I was told she was Wiggly and they needed to impose a special handling fee of $20 to insure the groomers safety as well as my Yorkie. No Mam. Thanks for wasting my time gas and yours.There's a way too business and that wasn't it.

Just came in to wash my pup and the staff here at this location are extremely friendly, and patient. They were able to assist me since it was our first time in. I will be back at this or another #DirtyDogs location. Thanks again for a great experience.

My absolute favorite place for pet grooming and care. Rachel was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Not only did the staff do a superb job of grooming, but I also left with a lot of helpful tips and recommendations for care topics I was not aware of. Highly recommend Dirty Dogs to everyone.

We were first time there and had good experience. The staff are friendly. My dog is just too heavy and need a lift to get him in, the employee offered to help. Price is good.

Dog grooming service is a store I really want to recommend. But I think it's a little rude to ask if you want to tip and how much you're going to give. I don't know if it's just me, but I think it would have felt better if I didn't ask.

Place is great for a self wash, suggest you pay before washing to make the checkout process quicker. Facilities are clean and tubs have warm/hot water with several shampoo options.

Kudo's to Kylie, our groomer, for making out two dogs looked like stars. Not only were both dogs on point, they were also calm when we picked them up. Not sure how she did that with the mayhem twins but she must be a dog whisperer. A shout out to Grace as well for taking such great care of us during our visit. Love that the team here are "dog people". I highly recommend Dirty Dogs Carmel Mountain Ranch.

i always go here to get a DIY bath for my two dogs! today we went in before 10 after taking my dogs to the park. Rachel was super nice along with the other two workers there (i’m very bad with names so i apologize for not remembering) my dogs felt so comfortable before and after getting their baths and Rachel conveniently offered other services as my dog Bosco really needed his nail trimmed. so i’m so happy i got to give him a bath and his nails trimmed all in one visit. We also went home with some tasty treats! thanks Rachel and the rest of the team today!

I used the self serve dog wash. Employee was prompt and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. They had a nice selection of complimentary shampoos and conditioners. The employee gave me recommendations based on my dogs coat length and color. Clean, easy tub set-up (no stairs or door into the tubs, you’ll have to lift or have them jump up) and a powerful blow dryer. They also have grooming supplies, ear cleaner, and as many towels as you need. The price was very good and the best part is there is no time limit! My dog has long hair so the extra time with the dryer was much appreciated.

They do a reasonable (not great job) of cutting and grooming. The staff that are professional do not make up for the ones that aren’t. The fact that negative reviews are ignored and positive reviews are responded to says it all. I gave two stars for the cut quality but 0 for the customer service which is a by-product of horrific management and ownership. Anyone who takes pride owning a company would not let some of these people work under their brand. Your experience will seem okay until suddenly you realize how bad your dog has been treated the entire time. Save yourself and your beloved pet and just skip this place

Wonderful experience every time I walk in! Usually only to buy nutritious natural treats for my boy, but my last visit they informed me of the self serve bathtubs that included EVERYTHING I needed, towels, shampoo, blow dry, cotton swabs, the works, and all the time I needed to make sure my boy was comfy, all for such an amazingly affordable price. They never rushed me and showed genuine care about my four legged buddy, checking in with me often as I bathed him, making sure I had everything I needed and more!And when all was said and done, Sean checked in with me about my last visit, inquiring about my boys food and health, he offered a caring ear and very helpful and thorough information​ about the dog foods they offer. I took his advice and gave my boy a sample of the 100% raw food bars from Northwest Naturals, and my boy was immediately filled with playful energy, alertness, and an appetite that left him licking the bowl clean. A smart switch from the overly priced processed dog food I was feeding him from another pet chain who had me thinking it was so good for him! Proof is in the pudding, or in this case beef, and my boys happy demeanour is it! I'll be switching my boy to a newer better diet and saving thanks to Sean!You guys rock!

I love this store! While it is not as big as Petco/Petsmart it offers exactly what you need.. You do not have to worry about feeding your pet food that has ingredients that just can't be pronounced. The place is a small mom and pop joint so the owners put a lot of care into what products they carry.In addition I brought my puppy here for a bath and they did a magnificent job! It was her first bath, and they were thorough and took the time to explain what she did and some recommendations. I also bought her food here. I had her on some food, which I did not know was making her sicky, but the manager explained to me why this could be happening (saving me a vet bill) and boom she was all better.I would recommend this place the staff are very friendly and their service is amazing. Great job!

We've been taking our dogs here for a few years for grooming. We've never had any issues, and the staff has always been great.However, in the last year, things have gone way downhill. I say this with zero exaggeration or hyperbole, the last FIVE straight appointments we've made have been cancelled last minute, and had to be rescheduled. I understand staffing issues happen, so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Yet, the last time it happened they mentioned in their cancellation text they would "follow up with a phone call to reschedule" and couldn't even extend us that much of a courtesy.It's a shame because Dirty Dogs does quality work, but is so poorly managed, it's not worth the grief anymore. We've since found a mobile groomer who has been outstanding, and at a fraction of the cost.

Denise and I believe it was Diana were very friendly. Denise asked specific questions on how I wanted Rye cut and made sure I was good with his cut at the end. Great customer service and cut was good. Rye's paws were so white and he smelled great.

Okay you know I do plenty of updates here. So when I went to Carmel Mountain it was actually clean. Like super clean. Rachel, the person in charge of the self wash and check out was absolutely amazing and she is a gem. Please keep her. She is a must-have in your establishment!Only place I go when Jack my Cardigan Welsh Corgi is a Dirty Dog!Update still the best place to take your dogs for a self bath! 😘
