The CVS is always busy and sometimes there is not enough help to handle the number of customers they serve. The staff is usually helpful, though today I sat at the drive through window for 12 minutes before someone helped and I had to catch someone walking by the window to get assistance.

The pharmacy staff has a habit of not having enough of your medication on hand when due. Three months ago they only gave me a part of my meds and was told to come back when they were used. They made a mistake in fully refilling the rest of the prescription so therefore I was out of my needed meds. Refused to make up the shortage or give me meds to tide me over until next prescription. I went through withdrawals for at least 5days. They have no idea what they are doing. Having trouble again getting my brand name prescription this is not the only time I have had them give me generic prescription drugs that I am unable to take! Too many mistakes and not having medications on hand for refills. Pharmacy staff are not helpful in solving their mistakes and make it seem like it's your fault.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CAN. They claim their supplier is out of prescriptions that they have, they try to charge you more than you are needing to pay. The staff that answers the phone at the pharmacy will hang up on you very quickly, very rude, very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Pharmacy discriminates against you for your medical condition. I shouldn't have to explain my medical condition to be able to get the equipment I need to keep myself healthy and regulated. Pharm techs have no idea what they're doing

I recently visited the CVS location at 6265 el cajon blvr and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here is my review of the store:Stock and Selection: The overall stock of the store was average, but I was disappointed to find that the beer section was noticeably empty. It's important for a store to maintain a well-stocked inventory to cater to customer preferences, and this particular section seemed neglected.Bathroom Facilities: The biggest inconvenience during my visit was the fact that the bathrooms were out of service. It's frustrating to encounter such a situation, especially considering that two weeks prior, the bathroom I used was very dirty. Maintaining clean and functional restrooms should be a priority for any establishment.Store Size: The store had an average size, which was neither too large nor too small. It provided a decent shopping space, but it did not particularly stand out in terms of variety or organization.Staff Assistance: While the staff members were helpful when I approached them with questions, I was disappointed by the lack of initial engagement. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any employees. Throughout my visit, there was a noticeable absence of interaction or assistance offered without prompting.Managerial Attitude: When I did approach the manager to inquire about the location of certain items, I sensed an air of annoyance and inconvenience. It's disheartening to feel like a burden as a customer, especially when seeking basic assistance. A more approachable and customer-oriented attitude from the manager would greatly improve the overall shopping experience.In conclusion, my recent visit to this CVS location was underwhelming. The lack of stock in the beer section, coupled with the out-of-service bathrooms and inconsistent staff behavior, left a negative impression. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.Note: Keep in mind that this review reflects my personal experience and may not necessarily reflect the overall quality of the store. This is the third month in a row that they’ve made picking up my prescriptions an unnecessary hassle. Two of those months, the pharmacist asked me if I “really need” one of the medications my doctor prescribed to me. Each time, they’ve refused to make that prescription based on my doctor sending it—I have to call, go through 4 phone menus, and talk to the pharmacist. It’s really disheartening.

Stopped in and bought Valentine's day items for my wife. Purchased 12 red long stem roses. Asked clerk if they had the plastic bags to place the stems in for transport to keep in water. No, she said you have to get them from a florest shop. I was embarrassed when I got home and undressed the roses. Nearly all the leaves fell off and many of the petals. Sad.

This pharmacy sucks they don't do what they say they are going to do rarely has the medicine that needs to be picked up on a monthly basis. They don't call to follow up when there is an issue getting your medication until you show up to pick it up. The staff here seems incompetent.
