I don’t understand why you don’t see you close at 5:55 PM instead of six because when I rushed through town to make it to the. Pharmacy before 6 PM and make it with two minutes to spare but your door is already locked and your lights are being turned off it’s extremely frustrating. Please update your hours to what they truly are so that I can save the time and money I spent to get there.

I have always been treated with respect! The entire staff has always been patient & helped me with any questions regarding prescriptions. In addition, they have great therapeutic pet products & prescriptions for pets. I also love their unique greeting cards & full selection of other over the counter products. I think they are the gold standard of pharmacies & appreciate them very much!

Didn't go here. Just drove someone here. This is NOT a negative review - the 3 stars are intended as a neutral review. Not having actually entered the store (I just parked outside and waited for my partner), I can't give a fair and factual review. If I ever go there as an actual customer, I will update this review to reflect my experience at that time. This might be a five star business, but I just haven't had the interaction or buying experience to make the call at this time. (Thanks Google Maps for requesting the interview, but your AI isn't smart enough to know whether I actually patronized the business.)

I LOVE Balboa Pharmacy! There is seldom a waiting line and if there is I have found, at most, two (2) people ahead of me. They always have what the doctor ordered and they have an amazing array of other products that I have not found in other 'drug stores', such as crutches, the latest tape for taping wounds, strains, sprains, etc. They are very professional but very friendly and if they do not have what you need they will find it for you. They even deliver your prescriptions if you are unable to pick it up yourself. The staff speaks several languages including Russian!I have never been disappointed and they will have medications in stock that other pharmacies do not. Also, they are very conveniently located. I have every good thing to say about this pharmacy and the staff!Lucinda Williams

I've been using Balboa for a few years now and they're awesome! The pharmacy is very helpful and always tries to get you the best price and they offer free delivery on medications. A large selection of medical supplies that you usually can't find at your local Walgreens or CVS. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible, rude customer service!! One of the employees got mad at me for calling too much, when I tried to explain to them why I had to call so often they told me to get a different job girlfriend!! Happily never using them again!!!!! Goodbye and good riddance!!!!
