My dogs Ted and Baxter were groomed today . They went in at 8am and were groomed by 10.30 ready for pick up. They both look fabulous and both of their coats were groomed to perfection. The dogs are always calm when they walk in and calm when they are picked up. The groomers are obviously well trained and the staff on reception always very friendly. Love this place .

After trial and error trying to find a nice legitimate groomer and feeling defeated, I came to OC Grooming. Lily is AMAZING. She is quick, does a very thorough groom with my dog, and is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I am crushed to think I have to try and find a new groomer now that we are moving, because no one will measure up to her!My dog has never felt softer than after a grooming session with her ❤️

10/10 recommend.! Such a great place to have my baby Bonnie taken to. They do such an amazing job on her haircuts, and even send her home smelling sooooo good! She truly is spoiled and gets all the attention she can get from them! Real life princess dog lol. Thank you all for loving and taking such good care of my baby Bonnie. Always have her looking on point! and making sure i truly am happy with her cuts.

I took my terrified 2 year old pup here and not only was the staff very kind but they did an amazing job!! My pup was the calmest here than anywhere I’ve taken her yet. I am so happy I found this grooming spot and and am a lifer now. Highly recommend!!

Staff are so nice. Shop is clean and cute. We did the self wash and it was so much better than the bathtub! They have shampoo so you don’t have to bring yours if you don’t want to. They even have perfume so your pup can smell yummy. We will go back for sure☺️

Keira did an excellent job with our Malshi puppy. At first we called and there were no appointments for the same day but later they called back and made it work. The haircut was professional and she smelled great after. Very caring which we loved

Took exceptionally good care of my cat. He came back home completely calm - which says a lot. Very kind people. I believe the standard Cat Bath itself includes shampooing, nail trim, blow dry, and brush out. He was very clean and smelled beautiful for days after. 5/5!

This is no exaggeration- when I pull into San Clemente Grooming and Pet Spa's parking lot my dog goes completely crazy excited to get in to see Lauren and as soon as we enter their front door's little gate he runs to try to push through the other gate to get to her as fast as he can. It is the strangest most delightful thing to see considering his hair-bound fate is extensive cleaning!!! Need I say more to indicate how impressive this salon is- especially Lauren!!! The real customer at a grooming facility is one's pet. So, based on my dog, there is no better pet salon I have been to- EVER!!! That's a long time since he's 12-years-old and been to many different groomers. Plus the skill level of cute and cleaning are unparalleled!!!

We've been very happy with OC Grooming and the kind and patient staff. Unfortunately, an annoyance is that the pricing is inconsistent: Sometimes the same services cost different prices…but we continue to go there, so it hasn't bugged us that much I guess!

The staff is so kind. I used the self service pet wash available and they have everything you need. They were nice enough to answer my questions while they were washing dogs too. I will be back!

I used the do it yourself pet wash. They were very helpful! Comfortable washing tables for my height 5'7". I would highly recommend.

I called before leaving my house to make sure they were still open for the self service bath. They told me yes and to come in. I arrived 10 mins later and the place was closed. Very disappointed!
