Made an appointment at 10:30am for a bath and trim for my Shih-Tzu (small dog) and by 4pm I hadn't heard back from them so I went to pick her up. When I called on my way there, they said they'd need another 45 minutes, which probably means they decided to start working on her when I called.What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to start working on the dog whenever you get around to it. You're not handling objects, these are living, feeling beings.My dog is really anxious (which I let them know when I dropped her off) and being kept in a cage surrounded by noise and other dogs barking and whining is really stressful for her.Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor would we recommend entrusting your pets to them. The Smart thing is to avoid them.

The website says you can walk in for some basic services like nail trimming. This is a lie, they still require you to make an appointment. So that was the first time I failed to get my dogs nails trimmed. I made an appointment for the next day. This time they said her nails don't need to get trimmed and she is too anxious for a nail trimming. After getting some education from my vet regarding her nails short and and getting good reviews from multiple other groomers who have trimmed her nails before I have come to the conclusion that these people are disorganized, not very experienced, and are uncomfortable taking care of large dogs. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend their grooming services at this location.
