The grooming department has consistently done a very good job of bathing and nail clipping, buffing for my dog. They check him for other problems and let me know if he needs other spa services too. They are always on time and if I am too early, they accommodate me and take my pet early until his appointment time.

I’m really pleased with the service on my dog. The groomer was pleasant and looked like she took care of my dog. She really took the time to cut hair instead of shaving it all off to save time. Too bad I forgot her name. I’d request her for now on. Overall, I do prefer this grooming salon than Petsmart or other salons close to me. It’s clean and too crowded with other dogs and groomers. The prices are not as steep as the other places.

Stella and the rest of the team are doing a great job in taking good care of my dog. She was detailed in telling me how it went. I want honesty even if the service was not as satisfactory as I expected. But I do understand.

Angelica is very attentive to my needs for my Dog, she is always smiling and positive. I look forward to bringing him there and I trust her. She treats him as if he is her own and I hope she can get acknowledged for being so amazing!!! She is always so busy and it always looks understaffed there yet she is always on time, and gentle. All the stuff was welcoming and friendly and made me feel like my dog was in good hands. They also, explained step by step what would be done. I loved that when i picked up my dog the staff gave me informed of how my dog behaved what he liked and what he didn't like. I had a great experience with the staff. I will continue to take my dog there

My dog gets very excited to come to Petco for grooming, so I know she feels safe there. For me, everyone who works there is helpful and polite. I feel like they genuinely care for my dog.

I've taken my dog just once here for a full groom. About a month a ago. I think it's a bit pricey even for a tiny dog. They did a good job though. The only thing that they could have removed more hair when brushing my dog. I had to do it myself because there was still loose hair all over.I've given 2 stars because a couple days ago when I visited Petco to get dog treats I walked by the grooming area and saw that one of the little dogs being groomed was bleeding. I could tell because there were all these bloody cotton balls on the table next to the dog and the groomer was holding one at the time wiping off the blood from on of his ears. My guess is that the poor dog got hurt when getting a haircut.So because I saw this I'm terrified about bringing my dog here again. Theres no way for me to tell what can happen in the process of grooming and I dont want my dog to be hurt and me not knowing about it because obviously they wont say anything to you.

Receptionist was polite and friendly. Millie my dog was fine but i noticed that there were some long strands of hair on her face which which were not cut. I just trimmed it myself when we got home

They canceled my appointment without notifying me and did nothing to remedy the situation and the girl Julie at the front was very unhelpful with an attitude. She made it seem like I should have known my appointment was canceled when they never called me. Worst experience ever. Julie you need help in customer service.

I have a rescue dog with some past trauma. When we checked-in at the desk, the groomer just started checking my dogs fur, teeth and paws without even trying to make my dog comfortable with her. That made my dog so nervous. I think that is pet grooming 101. It felt that she lacked experience.
