I paid my items with wallet pay. When I tried to return an item with the reciept. The Chinese lady with the mask and glasses ask if I have the card ending with 4 numbers. I said I used my debit card with wallet pay so on the receipt it shows 4 numbers not associated with the debit card. When I tried to return using the card that I use on wallet pay she would not let me. She had to call her Filipino coordinator to speak to me I told her this is the same card on wallet pay I use to purchase my item she told me I can’t use this card. But on the screen I use my debit card to insert the machine she yelled at me you can’t use this card and walk way very rude of the coordinator and the Chinese lady wearing a glass and mask and gloves. Both were unprofessional. But calling my bank they told me when you use wallet pay it will show 4 different numbers on the receipt and it will be hard to return the item. So they recommend me using my card next time. So I don’t have to deal with unprofessional workers when I make a return on a merchandise

I found pants that fit! Awesome! 12/2/19: the men's section is lacking high end clothes. The store is neat and clean. Tons of Xmas decorations and housewares. 4/3/23: Slim pickings for men's fancy clothes, but the toiletries section was plentiful. No carts meant buying LESS! I have to make special trips to this store to buy their Pecksniffs products, but at least the theater 🎥 & Genesis Autos is across the street at the Tanforan mall.

Conveniently located near SFO International Airport. One of the few, well organized Marshall locations I have visited. They have a very good selection of suit cases and luggage. Men's clothing is scarce. Very few dress shoes but an abundance of women's and kids attire. Plenty of hygiene products but mainly for women. Super unique snacks and international foods. I enjoy coming here. Lines can get long but go by fairly quickly.

THEY HAVE SOME OK THINGS BUT THIS STORE HAS WAY TO MUCH THEFT PEOPLE PATROL THE PARKING LOT TO WATCH YOU IN YOUR VEHICLE AND THEN IF YOU HAVE THINGS IN THERE YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKE INTO. THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT THE HOMELESS WHO DO THAT AND OR STEAL FROM THE STORE. NOT SAFE STORE

Loly on cashier 1 was racist and rude screamed at us because of a set that wasn’t a set. Found on the brands website that it actually was. Also was screaming to the customer before me. The manager takes her side and is also very rude

Evelyn & a Cashier always dressing in tacky Gucci logo apparel along w so much jewelry are rude & abnoxious. They treat legitimate customers like criminals & ones that are blatantly stealing passively!

A very busy place and lineup at the cashiers was huge. You can find some good deals on clothing and other things. The store is well stocked and staff is helpful. Parking is also an issue and maybe it's a Christmas time that's why it is so busy. I was thinking of buying couple of things but seeing the line that long and not moving fast enough I decided to leave it.

My favorite thing to buy at Marshalls was the high quality 100% cotton Ralph Lauren sheets. Now they’re gone and only cheap polyester junk available. Marshalls used to be superior to Ross. Now it’s all cheap junk just like Ross.

I like Marshall's for cosmetics, skin care, and other toiletries. I find some quality products but really have to hunt. Like clearance prices. Saw some good looking small items of decor. I don't really need any home goods. Clothes are okay but not for me anymore.

The product variety was so low that long lines but we're not we're standing in and you can get the same prices in any other Marshals so if you want less selection and bigger hassling line it's perfect

Marshalls is a good store, but it can get crowded and busy on weekends. I prefer to go during off-peak hours to avoid the crowds.

Long line to checkout but they do a great job.One line ...6-8 casheirs and a Mgr. to speed hiccups along.The men's section featured brands like Hilfiger and Chaps,Calvin Klein along with many newer and up and coming brands like Denim & Flower.They even had some Peter Millar and Robert Graham attire at a reasonable price. Lots of last minute gifting ideas at endcaps as well as stocking stuffers at either arms reach as you funneled toward checkout.

I do would like to thanks from the bottom of my heart to this store and specially one Jung girl the one didn’t get her name , but thanks to her big heart and honestly I found my cell phone the one I forgot in the bathroom and after 30 minutes I came back to the store so desperate and ask for it they gave it to me before they make sure it was mine of curse , I had a plane to catch last night to Los Angeles where I live !! and all the information were in my phone . So thank you so so much because the store has very honest and hard working employees thanks 🙏 💕

A female employee followed me into the restroom and basically accused me of theft because she didn't believe that the coat i had walked in with over my arm belonged to me. She made me open the stall door (after i told her that I wasn't decent), hand her my coat and watch while she pawed it up and down (it's white linen!!!) and searched the pockets (for what idk) but it was a terribly intrusive and embarrassing incident. I was so mad I left without buying anything (which adds to my frustration as I had a half a cart full of stuff). I hope she has to put it all away! If ur gonna accuse someone u should either be sure, or, at the very least, have the patience to wait until they pull their pants up to question them. I won't be going back.

This has got to be one of the most organized and well maintained Marshall’s I’ve ever been in! Products didn’t spew into the aisles, like all their other locations.The only issue I had was with customer service. I asked an employee about where I could find the bath and body products, and her response was “what we have out, is what we have in stock”. Uh, what? That wasn’t the question. Pretty unfortunate that that was the customer experience I received.

Was there on Thursday, Oct 8th but was surprised of the barking of a few dogs in store where owners had to carry and separate since they were barking and growling to each other. Not all were therapy dogs, just surprised and made my shopping trip a bit uncomfortable. Shopping was great with great products just thought of safety issues among others customers. . All dogs were on leash but not sure why pets are allowed, liability concerns?
