Excellent service. Extremely busy location. Kind and helpful staff. I didn't know they started selling curly fries and mall clothes in Walmart. Nice location. Would recommend and will return.

They don’t ever open self checkouts anymore. I like self checkouts cuz it helps me see my total as I scan and then I decide if I really need an item or two. It just gives me a peace of mind while shopping. Also, I’ve had too many incidents where cashiers over-charge me. Wish they would open self checkouts in the mornings again.

No more self-checkout because thieves, everything's locked up because of the thieves , And you go there to get something it takes an hour to get it unlocked one person for electronics only key available apparently and two people in the fishing outdoor section with nobody walking around and going to the counter this is absurd this is big business they don't give a d.. about their customers like all big business they forget where they come from why do we put up with it people if we stop if we stop buying the The items we stopped going to the store it forces them to change but we're like moron zombies that want to save a buck and continue to do the same thing over and over so why do they need to change make them change people stop arguing and stop wasting your time and energy pushing your beliefs upon other people rage against the machine the companies that sit there laugh at us do whatever they want meanwhile we Chasing our tails pushing our opinions on each other

Whenever I need to buy something and I'm not sure where to get it. I'll come straight to Walmart and here they will be at a relatively reasonable price. Yes, this is a retail store and you are gonna get retail store prices, but they are generally pretty low compared to other stores around the area. Whenever I come by there are always tons of open lanes and the whole process of buying everything goes smoothly. Both customers and employees are really cool, and as long as you're respectful, you shouldn't have any problems.

This location is okay, but service when you need something from behind glass treat you like you going to always steal stuff. Staff just stands around talking and don't care about the service ring until you go get them from the register

That stores a joke. Most of the items are locked up takes 20 minutes to get something one employee for the whole section with 1 key. Spent a $150 only to find out at the register. They have no bags in the In the store. So now I individually stack everything in my car and individually Take it out when I get Home. I will never be going back to that store. Trust me.

Lines are getting longer with no self check outs...it's ok but some of the cashiers are slow and the lines get backed up fast. Other than that everything else is good.

So many items are locked up. There's only one person with a key so be prepared for a long wait. Don't bother going inside, just order for pickup at this location if you absolutely have to.

After getting my SD card from the Guy in Electronics Department I give My 5 Star & Anthony who can take a bow "after 30 minutes of pushing the Red button for service attention in the bike department"having to unlock the door for the items that I'm here to buy. Thanks Again Guys

This has to do with the Pharmacy closure when out to lunch.I came in Sunday afternoon to pick up some medication and the pharmacy was closed there was no sign visible. When I asked nearby employees working on the floor nobody had a clue when they closed or will be back. When asked to ask their manager they said they couldn't and walked away?!? One even said "It's not my policy, it's the store". What the ?? I left and came back a few hours later and finally saw a sign up above that they're close for lunch that I hadn't seen.It would have been nice if they had a close sign on top of the counter where you can visually see it as you walk up and educate the other staff of department hours and at least to find an answer rather than saying I don't know.Pharmacy staff is pleasant and quick to serve when are available.

Horrible service, food was good. But waited 15 minutes for waitress to take our order. Waitresses were too busy chit chatting. Apparently the customers weren't a priority. Won't be going there again.

It was a bit messy, but what do you expect when it's close to Christmas and have some customers making messes all over? Anyway, I found some cool Hot Wheels.I went at night. The parking lot was clean and many spots were available. The staff was cool. Nobody asked for my receipt on my way out, which I hate. Orale!

I like this Walmart. They always have a lot of things available ! Store is also very clean and organized . The reason I give 3 stars is because the lady at cosmetics , her name is Julia. She is extremely rude , I asked her for help at one of the counters as the razors are behind glass . I pressed the button and waited with my little 2 month old for 20 minutes no one came . When I went to cosmetics to ask her if she could help me . She told me straight up “NO” . I said well is there someone you can call to help me , she said “NO” once again. This is not the first time she’s rude , I seen multiple people leave her desk very angry . This lady is extremely rude and she needs to learn manners. She could have just said unfortunately I cannot help you but maybe there is someone else on the floor that can . Anywho very upset with her costumers service . Other than that , I love this Walmart !

Customer service is the worst! 3 employees made eye contact and never offered assistance. When I finally was able to get someone to acknowledge me, I was told that they couldn't help because it was not their department and couldn't find anyone to help either.

Any cost savings you get from Walmart is negated by the fact Walmart refuses to pay living wages. Meaning their employees have to receive government assistance to survive which we all subsidize with our tax dollars. Supporting Walmart equals endorsing Corporate Welfare.

There are no other Walmart stores near me. I end up shopping here even though their inventory is always short, and anything i want is always locked behind glass. It's like being in a museum displaying everything i want, but can't have because the associates avoid, and ignore customers. Especially if you need a glass case unlocked . I am sure no one at walmart headquarters reads these. But this is the only review I have even done for a walmart ( i have benn to walmart 10000s of times btw) everything is wrong at this store. The management should probably be retrained and or let go or located to different stores. This store is a mess. Everything is locked up and they only have one key running. Don't get me started on self check out . the ladies working at 10.50am on 2/3 were the rudest people I have ever met. They should most certainly not be working with the public. People someone high up comes and audit this store you will be appalled I was and so where so many customers on this day!!

Everytime I come to this Walmart it’s always something, I stopped going to Walmart because everytime I come to this one I am racially profiled, I am Hispanic and I have had workers scan my items for me at self check out, I have had my cart denied to be in the makeup section but then another person is allowed to, one time I asked a worker to open something for me that was behind the glass and he said he didn’t have the key and walked away, it is rude not to offer any time of assistance if it is your job to help others , as well as other workers walking past me ignoring me as well, I no longer shop at Walmart because of my experiences at this store.

Walmart is for me the store where I always find the item I need, it is my go to store when I have a need for a garden tool, electronic for the carboe trailer or anything else, always find 1 thing that fits. Of course the groceries are super and always at the bestboricebfor the region.

I was checking out and a worker there that was working self check out was being so extremely rude not only to me but to the other customers as well. She was fat ghetto with tattoos. Is this the type of people you guys hire?? Rude people with no respect. Makes the customers not feel welcomed at all and feeling very upset.

Went to get a pick up order. The sign for this is in the wrong area. It shows to the left of the building so when you enter you see the hugh pick up sign. BUT if you park you see nothing to indicate your in the right area. You actually need to continue on the street and enter the pick up area about 300 feet down the building. There is a small blue sign on the street with an arrow that you don'tsee going in the main entrance. . I don't shop at this store, it might be beneficial to info your customers better on the online map or remove the signage at the front of the store. The rest of my transaction was smooth and quick.

Having worked in customer service, I can relate to dealing with challenging individuals 😰 and the exhaustion that a store like Walmart can bring. It's refreshing to see that the Walmart morning staff maintains a positive attitude and displays kindness. It's been quite a while since I walked into Walmart and had multiple employees greet me and offer assistance. I'm unsure if it's because this isn't my usual Walmart (I typically go to the Highland location), but I'm considering making the switch. I want to acknowledge Julian, the employee who helped me; he was busy sweeping the aisle and still took the time to ask if I needed help. I'm incredibly grateful he did, as I was struggling to find the shower curtains. I was almost ready to give up and head to Target. Julian, you're a lifesaver. Many thanks to Walmart. The realest employee there 💯💯💯💯💯
