Can't go lower than 1 star. went in there to grab 1 thing, needed an employee to unlock the case so we asked for assistance a few times. Each time we pushed the button we waited till the announcements stopped coming. After we got tired of waiting 30+ minutes we stand in line at the registers to try and get help that way. Once we were at the front of the line the cashier informed us that he wasn't going to help us and the other customers took priority and we needed to wait. We were waiting for help longer than most of the customers were in the store. We watched countless customers come in and leave with their items while we were waiting for assistance.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had , each time I have my prescription sent to this pharmacy I end up making several wasted trips , they tell you they will contact you and each time it never happens, going forward I will research a more professional pharmacy, even if means driving hours to get a reasonable service .you are forced to leave at least one star which is way above there level.

Pharmacy takes forever to answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for over 30 min for them to answer. This happens all the time. I’ll screenshot and post the image to see how long they actually took. The system said they take lunch from 1:00pm-2:00pm. It’s now 3:05pm. Writing this as I’m waiting for them to answer. And yes today I have time in my hands to write this. 🤦🏻‍♀️ update they never answered 54 min later.

If I could give them a zero I would. Was in the ER and they sent my prescription at 2 am to this “24 hrs” Walgreens. I was told my medication was ready at 9:30 am (need it due to being asthmatic and now having bronchitis) went at 10 am. Still had me wait for over 30 mins for a prescription that was “ready”.When I told them I at least needed my inhaler I was ignored completely.

Ordered my solution from my procedure weeks ago called today to go pick it up they told me they still don't have any stock tell me that they're busy and they can't help me and then they hanged up on me great customer service I really appreciate this place and that's me being hysterical hahaha this place sucks they shouldn't have a pharmacy. They should close the pharmacy down and just leave the store open

Lazy and unprofessional.you can't get through to the pharmacy and get an answer to a question.Why??, because they keep putting you on hold..transfer you back to the store or hang up..Lies and lies and more lies are given when you ask for a prescription that was put on hold..You go to pick it up nobody knows where's it at or it's on back order when you have it confirmed in stock..Thanks for not doing your job Amy and Jesse

Im not the kind of person to leave a review because tbh ive never really cared that much but today I actually thought this Walgreens was going to actually do what they said they would and hold a 2hour window for a prescription i need for sleep and work the next day. Went in at 9 they said it will be an hour or and I need to call them and check on it instead of them calling me when itIPs done,well I call back 2 hours later and they say it will be another hour wait maybe who knows. Its only a human your dealing with that has to work next day at 4am but hey thats my fault for actually believing this store and people working here cared like used to but thats just the way it is now and soon this store like many others will be gone. I definitely understand why it has a 1 star review and why there were people stealing and laughing with people in there now.

I have been going to this Walgreens since 2014. They were good during that time. Now, it’s one of the worst places I’ve been too when it comes to overall service. Not just this partially location but corporate too.1. The long line is never ending and the excuse is always due to staffing issues. They are slow when refilling prescriptions even after my doctor sends it over. I e called corporate a few times and was told that they weren’t CVS when it came to their customer service. I told them treat their is much better.2. Again, terrible customer service and incompetent when it comes to asking questions.3. Trying to call them is literally impossible. I’m on the line for at least 45 minutes and they pick up, hear noises and then put me on hold. This happens at least 5-7 times. One time, I even tried to do a 3 way with my insurance and them and they don’t wonder why they don’t answer the phone. My doctor even tired a few times and was utterly shocked at how they run things.I plan on changing my pharmacy but I haven’t figured out where yet.

Very Unprofessional, I got referred from An ER physician to this 24hrs Walgreens, i drove with a sick child all the way here at 1 in the morning just to find out that the lady couldn't make my childs medicine cuses she was taking more than 1hr brake, when I needed to be at work at 6 in the morning, so my child needed to wait for her medicine till the morning and had to go to work hrs late , just cuse the Unprofessionalism of an unconsidered worker. I hate when people is very unprofessional on their Job. I wish I could fired thatrude lady .

worst pharmacy ever. don’t even bother coming to this location. i’ve been waiting for my daughters medicine for the longest. they just answered the phone rn & put me right back on hold. i hung up & called again & they did the same thing. whoever is working right now needs a disciplinary action. 9/15/23 5:00 PM.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too! I did consult with Sesame Care for Covid. I needed paxlovid. I am very sick. They refused to give me paxlovid as ordered. I’m an NP and this pharmacist would rather you dead with Covid than to give you a prescribed Covid medication covered by the Government! She needs her license pulled!

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The line is way too long. Nonsense of urgency. It’s really crazy how long they take per person. Do not sent your prescription here. Who ever runs this should definitely consider a different job. Any competent manager could see this pharmacy needs restructuring.

Waited an hour and they just let a couple cut us, the line got super long and they don’t care at all their attitude is terrible. The pharmacy was completely inattentive. One woman complained and they barely moved the line and started helping people. The woman was very calm and polite and the pharmacy employees were shushing her

Worst pharmacy. Long lines, always packed, medicine out of stock, they advertise the express pick up pass but they do not utilize the signs so everybody has to make one line. Pick ups, drop offs, covid shots everything is one line. Appointments also have to stand in line. Staff has no sense of urgency, poor customer service. There was a person who waited in line to get a covid vaccine, and once he was finished he was asked to wait in line again just to pick up a prescription. As a former employee of a pharmacy this is the worst I have ever seen. Fix it walgreens, this place is making you look bad.

I was at this location last Saturday (Feb4th, around 4 to 5 pm) I had to help an older lady to translate her spanish as she was having trouble communicating with the clerkas I was helping her, the other lady in charge (she had to be the one in charge because there only two of them attending, she was wearing a white coat, long curly hair, looks arab) for some reason was having a bad day and out of nowhere started yelling “if you only speak spanish please don’t hold up the line, we don’t speak it!” in a very rude and disrespectful wayBack in Nov last year was the first time I had to deal with this woman myself, same bad attitude, and very rude, handling people’s orders as if we weren’t paying for itTo whoever is in charge of this location:please send this lady to anger management and teach her some manners, call her out on this and show her my review; I really hope I don’t run into her again with my prescription, next time I won’t be as calmed and polite

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I been to. Out of stock on my prescription medication, not answering phones and when they do, you get put on hold, then it mysteriously hangs up each time. The drive thru was a nice addition to the pharmacy, now not so much because of the angst of service.

I have an experience with this bad place, and it still exists today, two weeks ago. I brought them a prescription for treatment from the hospital doctor, and I have not received treatment yet, on the pretext that they must contact the doctor before dispensing this disease for me. I have come to think that the doctor has prescribed drugs or poisons for me. And I resorted to alternative medicine to relieve my pain. And I think now I no longer need this medicine because I am still alive and can bear the pain. But where are your humanity and do you know their humanitarian mission? No thank you for this bad performance and no God bless you.

While waiting in line for my medication Eyewitnesses the bathroom being denied to an elderly woman and a disabled gentleman we have been waiting more than 30 minutes in line I think it’s unfair that they won’t open the bathroom up to elderly’s and disabled people.

I had to keep calling them because they kept hanging up on me when I was trying to find out the prescription status. When I went up to their drive through window, there was a big sign saying that they we’re having staff issues! And return at 11 PM?! So I ended up just having the prescription pulled from their Walgreens and sent to the Walgreens on Waterman and baseline where the pharmacist even apologized for them and said he would do his very best to get my prescription ready. I give the Walgreens on Waterman and baseline five stars!

We have a high volume of patients that request this pharmacy for medications. Pharmacy staff can not properly communicate with mutual patients; they instead tell everyone we have not sent over anything at all. It's understandable for wait times and being busy, they should inform patients that instead.

Today I attempted to walk in to purchase a box from fed ex and was very rudely stopped by black female advising me that the 24 hour store was closed and that people were not reading the handwritten sign on the door.. okay? Maybe your 24 hour store shouldn't be closed in the first place, but in no way did I deserve to be spoken to so unprofessionally. This lady needs some serious customer service training. Standing outside to kindly tell customers that you are closed is a much better way to run a business, rather than scribbling on some paper and taping it to the door. Completely unacceptable.

This Walgreens is awful my husband had an appointment to get the booster shoot and I called that day multiple times (no one would answer) to confirm the appointment and the automatic recording said the pharmacy is closed that then I ask the lady over the phone so are they still giving out vaccines if the pharmacy is closed? “Oh the pharmacy is open I’m not sure why it keeps saying that yes they still are…fast forward to his appointment he goes in there and pharmacy isn’t open at all.. giving them a benefit of the doubt I tried going online and calling to get an appointment to get my 2nd booster today both online and the lady on the phone said I don’t need an appointment the appointments are only for people 50+ anyone 12-49 and Immune compromised can walk in and get it. I head up there and the lady told me all Walgreens you are required to have an appointment to get any of the vaccines (boosters including). I tried explaining it to her and she didn’t want to hear. Worst customer service in that pharmacy ever!!! That whole store/location lost my business I’m never going to that location ever.I would give it zero stars if I could

Extremely unprofessional staff at the entrance. I'd use the word not humane - to a mother and young child asking for info at the store. I don't recomend this place if you ever need to find an item around. Avoid interacting for your own peace of mind.
