Such a horrible expirence right now. I went into the store to get a couple things. Just had lashes and nail art stickers. Well I was just going to get some baby wipes from the aisle when my phone gets a message. I pull out my phone a few seconds later the security comes and says someone saw me put something in my purse. I explained to him i was grabbing my phone. He said that he's sorry he just has to do what they say. I showed him the inside of my purse and everything. My purse was empty besides my hair ties and a marker I had in my purse. I've been a cvs shopper for years and I just came to walgreens because I moved closer but really walgreens do better! How they take one customers word over another is just crazy.

This pharmacy is a nightmare. They don't help you with questions to know what do when insurance needs something extra. Then when the system is down at pick up time tou can't give me my medicine that obviously is filled and in ur hand. How ridiculous. How are these people left with the trust of people are there health. Just some ladies that are waiting for there next paycheck standing around.

Walgreens is ok.Not my favorite place but it will do.Employees are friendly and helpful.The store it's self is not very well maintained.A lot of the Isles are messy and a lot of bare selves.

my problem with Walgreens is every time I go to the drive-through yes 60% of the time it not working it’s not open then you gotta go around go walk in and that’s a very big inconvenience for me I’m handicapped so I gotta wait till I take someone go get my medicine or Or wait till the drive-through is open again . It’s very frustrating for a handicap person when i’m in need of my medication . If you could please fix this problem .

What's the purpose of having a drive thru if customers don't have the option to use it ....this place is so slow and the employees are lazy and unprofessional I don't shop here or fill prescriptions here unless I have no other choice

This place has gone down hill dramatically over the past year! Forget about the pharmacy. The drive through is ALWAYS closed. You go in and have to wait 30minutes or more in line to get to the front for pharmacy. Your prescription is never ready smh. I put my prescription in at 10 and called them wondering when it will be ready and they said not until 6. I repeated six! And they said calmly yeah but we don't close until 9 so you have time to get it! I'm lucky I'm not on the bus but still it's such a waste of time and gas. Not to mention some medications are definitely really needed asap! Do better! Until I start seeing good recent reviews... I will go to a different pharmacy and not Walgreens at all! Oh and don't get me started on the del Rosa location!

90% of the time they never have the medicine my doctor puts in for me and today I was supposed to have picked up medicine they told me was gonna be ready YESTERDAY and now their saying I gotta wait until Monday!! So just forget about my medical needs I just gotta wait!! Like what kind of treatment is that!! And the way they make me feel when being spoken too is very upsetting!!

Made appointment for 3.45, received the vaccine at 5.30. What’s the point of making an appointment time if I have to wait in line with the regular prescription line? Especially when we are vaccinating 3 year old who understand that they are here for the vaccine and I had to deal with a scared 3 year old while waiting in line for 50 minutes plus an additional 40 minutes while they got the vaccine ready.

These People Play Games With Your Health. I Gave A Star Because I Had To At The End Of The Day They Looking Pretty Bad! They Speak To You With No Dignity Or Respect! They Act Like We Are In A 3rd World Country Asking For Or More Better Said Begging For Help. They Get Paid To Help If They Have No Love And Understanding For People Why Or How Can They Work There? It’s So Sad To See This System Falling Apart In Every Way! Will Never Come Here Again! Yesterday My Prescription Was Sent 3:30 They Said Done At 6:30 Went Said Well It May Take Till Tomorrow Come Today Morning 10:Am Nothing They Said At 3:30 And Nothing Now They Sent A Ready Nothing. Came Home and Given It Sometime Now We Waited 1 Hour More Been There Since 5:30 its 6:37 Now They Just Made It Why They Play Games !!!!

I had visit this weelgreens several times an noticed that staff follows people when in the store ..This mades me feel uncomfortable an rushed an I forget to get the rest of my shopping needs..Some of Staff are very rude an there is always a long line to checkout.. .

I used to go to this store often, now I get my medication delivered now, somewhere else. I was at this location on 9/14 my 15 year old needed some things. It was around 3 pm no one was in the store. We were being followed around this store my daughter felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I said loudly "I dont care if they follow us we are not rushing out this store". When we were in check out I told the cashier they will be hearing from, and that was my child you were following. Like the police mistaken a child for an adult.

Pharmacy is merger trash. They change policy and dont let costumers know my mom is bed redding and not able to get down to the dmv and I been coming here for 3 years to fill her scripts and all of sudden they would fill her script due to her I'd even tho she has been bed redding for over 2 years. They service is trash because I was told by the pharmacist that they just trying to do the job so the don't why I'm so upset.

Dear walgeeens pharmacy staff.Please understand that it all of your customers fully understand your processes. There is no need to be rude. A lot of your patrons have a physical illness and are having enough trouble going through the day without your snarky comments. A little help would be appreciated. After all it is your job, isn’t it?

I have not had much of an issue until tonight. I pressed the help button for cosmetic three times and the third time the automated voice responded but no employee was here to help. The two employees I did see were at one register chatting. The one employee a few minutes later walked by. My friend was on FaceTime and heard the help button. She called and the employee claimed not to have heard it.

Called the pharmacy around 4 pm about my prescription status, was told it would be ready at 7pm. Not a big deal until I went and they told me “it was out of stock” I find it ridiculous that it took them till pick up time to tell me they didn’t have my medicine. When they could have told me wayy sooner. Just very unprofessional.

I would like to tell you how sadden I am of this store yesterday around 7:20 am I was driving frantically trying to find a hospital and saw this Walgreens as I was having an allergic reaction my face was swollen my throat was closing and I attempted to get Benadryl that could have helped save me at the time or slowed the reaction down a bit but instead of them offering help the employees stood behind the door and said NO I offered to pay for it as I wasted time on unhelpful request for just the medicine I lost my balance ran back in the car and drove to 7-11 where it was too late for me to swallow anything on my own so glad there was an emergency room not far down and not condoning this was happy to have my bf drive me like a mad man to and up to the emergency room where I collapsed.Just a little Benadryl could have slowed the process I'm glad no matter what I'm still alive but you employees are heartless and I pray if you are ever in that situation someone helps you.

Store is clean. Employees are always polite and service is quick. Shop here a lot since its a 5 minute walk. Prices are a little too high don't like much but i don't have transportation so i deal with what i can.

Horrible customer at the Pharmacy. Bad experience in the Ghetto. Dorothy the pharmacist is rude and can't even speak proper English. Pharmacy tech Rose is in a hurry to go home standing around. Stay away!

I used to work here and they are not professional. Awful experience hands down. Glad i quit when i got the chance ! They gave nicknames to homeless peoples. Disgusting management. Hopefully this place gets shut down.
