The worst customer service I have experienced. The pharmacy staff never answer their phone and when they do they hang up and you have to call again. When I transferred my prescriptions the another pharmacy it took 5 hours of trying to contact them. I made a good decision leaving. Watch out for the homeless people that live in the parking lot!

This store should simply be shut down. They have stuff as simple and inexpensive as ibuprofen locked up. You have to go to the front of the store to get them to try to find someone to unlock it for you. By the time you get your ibuprofen or whatever, you've been there half an hour. Disgraceful.

Worst costumer service I experience the pharmacy staff don’t answer the phone ,and when I picked up my prescription the on the drive thru the woman who’s attending the window is very rude no good costumer service skill, Walgreens Pharmacy department need to improve their good costumer service .

The customer service has definitely declined at this location. A few of the pharmacists are extremely rude, including in urgent cases. No one ever answers their phone. I went in for seizure meds and the supervisor asked if it was a controlled substance... really?Improve your customer service please.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst in this entire city! They are slower than sloths, they have the worst customer service, they all huddle out of sight while there is a long line waiting for service. They take forever to answer the phone if they even answer. Management does nothing to correct the issue.

Will leave you on the phone for an hour plus and then hang up on you to take the next caller. Mix up medications, tell you your meds are ready and then when you show up they make you wait two hours because they weren't ready.

I went through drive thru for my daughter's prescription. Susan, was the pharmacist that assisted me and was extremely rude. I accidentally gave her the wrong paper and she stated with an attitude, "this isn't even a prescription. Why are you even giving this to me?" I thought to myself she could of used a better choice of words to have said I'd given her the wrong paper. I even apologize for giving her the wrong paperwork. Train your employees to have better customer service when dealing with people. Mistakes happen and her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.

As far as Walgreens goes this location is okay. Store could be cleaner, the people who work here appear to be over worked. They get the job done I suppose.

I visit this specific Walgreens very frequently and have been for at least 10+ years. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff but after today I felt like Meredith deserves a lot more recognition or some type of employee of the month award. Every time i've visited Walgreens she is always a pleasure to work with, always happy to help and always does her best to find exactly what i’m looking for. She always goes out of her way to make sure I have what i'm looking for with no complaints ever! she is so kind and polite. Every time I see her she’s always busy, and I never feel like a bother when I ask for her assistance. She’s awesome! thank you so much for all your help Meredith. Keep up the great work!! I’ve never met another employee at any other store who delivers the same amount of attention/helpfulness as you do.

Sad to say the Walgreens pharmacy on the North end was the best in years past. I tried to use this store after many years not using it but today again I received some very poor and unprofessional service from Pharmacist Anna D.She was argumentative, hostile and refused to return my bank card while holding it behind the pharmacist glass at drive thru. My friend has also experienced the treatment with similar visit.I wish she would’ve just said she couldn’t help but instead asked for my bank card and kept it until I waited for another employee to come and return it to me. I drive around the to front and she gives me a dirty look then jumps in her car with a big bag of stuff from pharmacy. I just don’t appreciate that kind of service.After 20 minutes waiting I left with a dissatisfiedExperience and no medicine for my hubby.I do not recommend this pharmacy. I am reminded why we no longer use this pharmacy.

Work for a company that has to get Dr info from them. They screen our calls like we aren't supposed to work together here. This is the ONLY Walgreens I call where they will pick up and put me on hold without even acknowledging me and leaving us hanging. Who ever is running this pharmacy should be let go.

Pharmacy must have closed 10 minutes or more early! Not right!!! Not once but 2 times!I called earlier and confirmed they would be open until regular hours since it's Veterans day and she said yes until 9pm. Because of family issues I barely got into the store and back to the pharmacy by 8:58 by my phone's clock. They were locked down tight and no one in sight they must have closed down several minutes before. I check with a manager to see if they had an emergency causing them to leave early and the answer was not known. The second time they did this was a normal Monday night, tonight.This is Not good relations!!! I can not go to a different one because the prescription is filled here.I have had nothing negative to say about this location until now. 😕

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to ask a question about the PCR test for traveling, the lady was so rude to me she told me that she was busy. While I continued to wait the pharmacist helped me, she was so nice. I think it she felt sorry for me, because the way that other spoke to me. After she answered my question she asked the rude lady something about my question,and she told her that she didn't know anything about it. She was very rude to the pharmacist too. Before I left I told her that she was very rude. If she doesn't know anything about it why she is working there. I wll never come back to Walgreens onSierra Way.

I can pick up my meds here with my ID. Print pictures here with the photo center for like $0.40 each. They have some products that are "as seen on TV." The pharmacists are very helpful.

I called to ask why my prescription wasn’t ready after 2 weeks, and the pharmacy tech didn’t hear me well, she asked whats up?I asked again and she answered with a tone, she said sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks to get refill from doctorI said I didn’t need a refill from doctor, i already have refills on my prescription, i just need it filled,So finally she decides to help and asks for my date of birthThen she found out they dont have it in stock, she was soo rude,Her tone was soo unprofessionalI asked for her name she said its ANDREA..I really hope someone talks to her, i would hate an elderly person getting the same treatment as i did 😕

Unprofessional. The pharmacy techs stand and gossip ignoring customers. They're confused and unorganized. They refuse to process military dependent insurance because they don't have typical private insurance looking ID cards. If you have kids and their military father is away, God forbid they have exposed tissue and need am antibiotic. This Walgreens will turn them away out of ignorance. Disgusted.

I came here last Friday to pick up some pictures and as I was taking my kid out of the car I noticed a guy walking my way so I quickly hurried and headed for the door. The man ran up to me and began to say things that did not make sense. Was basically being weird but since I had my daughter it startled me. The store manager whom I believes name was Thai, he was super helpful. I explained what had happened and he walked us out to my car. Yes, walked us out to our car and honestly I am so thankful because I felt safe. So shoutout to the store manager for making sure his customers are safe!!

Rude and unprofessional employees at the pharmacy. Roberto or Ricardo didn't even acknowledge me needing assistance after waiting for 10 minutes at the counter. He just looked and me and walked away. Then he got on the phone, walked away again. I had to firmly get his attention. Walgreens needs to due better.

I went in today to do some shopping. I came across an employee who was stocking not wearing a proper mask. She was wearing a fishnet mask. Nor did she have a name tag. When brought to the attention of the manager, I was told its a proper mask. Manager and this employee obviously do not care about the health and safety of their customers.

They wanted to charge us $16 PER passport photo. Not for a set, but for each copy that we get…… and they never disclosed this in the beginning. Would you pay $160 for 10Copies of unedited passport photos? Lol

Do yourself a huge favor and go to any other pharmacy but this one. Might even be able to score some medication from the crackheads in the back of the store easier and faster.
