I went to take my Spaniel mix and chihuahua to get a full service and the end result are amazing I love how friendly and understanding the staff are. They handle my dogs so well, I let them know ahead of time that my spaniel mix is reactive when they see other dogs and they did really well and were treated very well as well. And my chihuahua is really sensitive to her nails and she came out looking so fresh with all her nails cut and filed. I would recommend this places for a first timer groomer they make you and your dog feel welcome

First time taking my Sugar here. Pearl and Natalie were great and sweetly attentive to her needs. My dog is a senior rescue long hair chihuahua, she is timid, has arthritis and hates her nails trimmed.Pup N Suds, we will definitely be coming back. 🐾🐕

Pearl and Nat are awesome! The dynamic duo in a full body experience for your critter. I'm not fully mobile and they even offered to take Precious PD from and to my vehicle. Precious is cussing me out because she says I should have come here long ago!!!Thank you, thank you. By the way, can I get a human blueberry facial?

Extremely greatful to the kind people at pup & suds dog grooming. They were able to fit in a dog we just rescued off the street who was in bad shape. The dog was large with tons of matted fur feeling very restricted and uncomfortable. She was a very sweet dog who was so grateful for the great job they did. They were able to save her coat, and remove all the matted, dreaded up fur. She looked great! They were kind and understanding to this poor creature. I will be bringing my own animals here from now on. I have posted before and after pics.

I was able to walk in and be seen on a Saturday afternoon. I immediately filled out paperwork and they began loving on my little dog while I was writing. When they called me to come back my little dog was happy and smelling clean and fresh! The service was WONDERFUL. I chose the combo and it was an excellent price for all the items it covered. We will definitely be back!

Excellent job, and a much better price than PetSmart. Two very nice ladies. Did both my pups in an hour. Will be a regular here. Need to add they opened an hour early too fit my guys in. Great customer service!!

This is our family! We have been going here for years .I'm never disappointed. In fact I drive a whole one hour and thirty minutes to bring my boys to her because I know she's gonna be good to them and that's all I ask . She knows and cares for my boys like I do and that means a lot to us . Everytime I come home and show dad he's always so pleased with how they look . Even the boys go crazy at home showing off. They look and feel good ,I feel good ! Thanks for everything over the years and even grooming my guy before our wedding day .

Went here for the first time because we were stood up by our mobile groomer. Call them in the morning and they were able to fit us in for grooming. He almost always has a problem with new groomers. They just can't handle a 130 lbs Mastiff. 2 hours later, picked him up and he was all smiles, they even helped him out on his hot spots. He's been back and absolutely loves them.

So I have 2 chihuahuas. And my male chihuahua absolutely does not like his nails touched. I've tried the peanut butter trick, the suspend him in a carrier trick, etc to no such luck. He is not having it. Well needless to say his nails were out of control. I called the office here and they informed me that they charge 10 dollars per pet.....great pricing.....so I load up my male and my female and head on over. It was super easy to find. It's in the same spot as Rosa Maria's on sierra. Took them in and first handed the girl my boy chihuahua (Barney) the first girl held him against her body and supported his head so he couldn't move it and the other girl just grabbed thr first paw she saw and had at it. She was so quick and thorough that Barney didn't even have time to realize what they were doing. She didn't fool around it was all business and over in a matter of like 30 seconds.......my girl chihuahua (Lady Madonna) was just as quick. The only thing that was kind of a hassle was they didn't take debit or credit card. So I left them as collateral and went to the ATM. Best 20 bucks I could spend and will definitely b3 back for their next nail trimming. What a huge stress taken off of me. Thank you guys again

I took all 4 of my dogs to be groomed and the ladies at Pup & Suds did excellent work. My dogs were silky soft and smelled SO much better! Their nails were trimmed and their ears were really clean. I will definitely be back!

To start off the service from the two girls was amazing from start to finish. Easy and reliable process to book appointment and they’re very informative of what they offer per service and what will be the best recommendation for new service. When I took my dog in she was a bit matted but I didn’t wanna cut her down.They took their time to brush her out and her coat looked amazing. Her nails were very sharp and they have been working on getting them a better texture. Unfortunately she isn’t the friendliest fur baby but they did an amazing job with such a sassy girl. Over all Good price, great quality and awesome service. My baby smells and looks amazing. Thank you ladies 💕

Best groomers period. My wife and I have been taking our girls to Kendra ever since she was working for another groomer and now that her and Katie run Pup&Suds they’re the only groomers we go to and the only groomers our girls have ever known. They are awesome people, fantastic at what they do, and genuinely love dogs. They treat your children (pups,) with love and they’re the only people we trust with our girls. We moved to eastvale and still make the drive to highland because they’re just that good. If you want a groomer that not only has great prices but people you can trust then I highly recommend Pup & Suds.

Kendra the owner, knows her business. Let's me know when there is an issue with one of my fur babies. Very busy most times, but will. Chat with you and ask what you want done with your fur baby. Sometimes the fur is cut alittle lopsided on face, but it grows back. Or ask her to redo it. She will. And place is kept as clean as.possible with fur flying every where.

They are truly the best Groomers (Girls)! I know they love their job and what they do for our fur babies ❤️ My Princess (6 mon old ChowChow) was super extremely nervous from last visit to Pet Smart grooming. My big German Shepard was shedding and oing in the dirt to stay cool. I'm not one to write reviews, but wow, my girl is so clean. Her fur is soft, thinned down, all her spots and colors are shining. She loves it as well, she also happy n relaxed. These girls fit me in on a tight schedule and had her home in 3 hours..Quality compared to my Culver City groomer, best in SB people. Spoil your dog here.

(I only gave it three stars because I've never had an animal groomed there myself but really enjoyed the owner and her backstory of how they began their business)Pup-N-Suds is a family owned and operated grooming business. I met the owner at Highland Burger and had a nice conversation. It is very apparent that she loves the animals that come in and they are treated like family.She has a large play area so that the pets are not just left in a cage all day. She'll even come in early or stay late if you make arrangements a head of time.All the businesses in this complex are great neighbors and I never know who I'll meet when I go there.(I only gave it three stars because I've never had an animal groomed there myself but really enjoyed the owner)
