Thanks for responding. I am surprised and a little embarrassed as I never reviewed my experience, at least not knowingly. So when I saw your reply to my 3 star review left without comment, it brought to my attention that my phone must have a mind of its own. Therefore, please let me correct the public record: I bought a brand new fridge and washer on 4/23. Staff was helpful, selection was decent, 5 star experience for me all the way around. Anybody looking for a discounted appliance should check out this outlet, I got a Fridge 75% marked down and a washer for 50%. I did not even know Lowes had an "Outlet" but better I found out late than never. Thanks for everything, delivery and install went smooth yesterday on 4/25. Please forgive any misunderstanding I never to my knowledge posted a review but I am glad to correct the record with this one.

The prices can sometimes make you Over look the Damage. Be careful with that. Also, I recommend that you have your item Delivered. It will help when you have to use the Manufacturer Warranty. They only give about 24-48hrs to return the Item and you can't test at the store. The item can look good, decent or bad on the outside. But it can be worse inside . I bought a fridge and the cooling motor didn't work. I also got a dryer and tumbler shocks were broken. So they do sell broken or damage items.

I purchased a fridge on Sunday it had no dents I even took a picture of it in store, when they delivered it today it had a pretty good sized dent on the right door I was told since it came not in a box that there was nothing they can do other then pick out another fridge. Had to hassle with the manager just to end up only getting $50 off of a $1100 purchase. And on top of all of this the customer service is horrible I asked one of the sales worker to help me find a certain size fridge and he pointed instead of actually showing me. Would never come back again!!

Eric at lowes was super helpful. Definitely recommend asking for him if you plan on going in! Very knowledgeable on all products on the floor. We’re grateful we got someone like him while shopping for our fridge!

I’ve driven by this place several times it looks like it is closed. Today I saw someone leaving the so I stopped and checked it out. Appliances is the word. Nothing but. I’m not sure if the prices are high or low. I’m not looking for any appliances at this time. I can say I was only there for a few minutes and someone came over to ask me if I needed help with anything.

I went to our local Lowe’s for a new dishwasher. We have a large family and I run the dishwasher daily if not a few times a day. We blew through our older washer, it was 7 years old and we had put in a new pump at the 5 year mark.I decided I wanted a Bosch. I knew it was pricey, but it has a great name for durability and a much larger capacity per load. I had done the research and decided on the Bosch 100 series because the control panel was hidden and it was a step up from our old washer. Sadly, our local Lowe’s was out of stock and had weeks of back orders. We had been without a dishwasher for over a week and I was not happy about it (washing dishes for 8 people takes a lot of time!). The wonderful rep at our local Lowe’s called this outlet store to see if they had one. They didn’t, but had the 300 series at a lower price than the new 100 series. We were out the door and headed there asap.Upon arrival we were shown the Bosch models. The reps at this store were very helpful, they knew the models and were open and transparent about why they were discounted. It was a great price but had the control panel within little child reach. As we were looking around a 500 series was brought to the floor, just tested and ready to go. It was at the same price as the original 100 series I had wanted, had an even larger capacity and a hidden control panel! Amazing! But keep in mind these items often have a flaw… ours had no box and a small dent on the face edge. Hardly noticeable. They loaded and we took it home ourselves.

Everyone here is super nice! The appliances are great prices if you come on sale times like Labor Day. We got a stove, microwave and dishwasher for under $1,000.00. The great thing is we absolutely hate stainless steel and they had a decent selection of white appliances for us to look through which is the only color we will buy. Beyond the appliances, the staff is top notch. These people are always busy, but always in a great mood and willing to help. Unheard of customer service in this day and age!

I first went to Home Depot but they had a price on an item that was false advertising so I went to Lowes and found what I wanted at a great price. For appliances you can't beat the prices. I will have to think twice before I go back to Home Depot.

Needed some appliances for my new place and after checking a few places (Offer Up, Craigslist, Home Depot) I was recommended to this Lowe’s Outlet by a nice lady I ran into at a Best Buy in SB lol. She was a godsend! She noticed that I was having trouble picking something out due to hardly any selection and the extremely high price tags. She told me to take a drive to the Lowe’s outlet in SB and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. Sure enough I punched it in on google and a few minutes later I was in a showroom with a huge selection of different appliances for fractions of the prices I was seeing everywhere else. After an hour or two I was leaving with 2 fridges, 2 stoves and a new washer & dryer set. The supervisor Adam helped me every step of the way. A warm greeting the minute I walked through the door. He gave me my space to look around and when I was ready for help he was there & extremely knowledgeable! After listening to my needs he made great suggestions for some items that I was uncertain about. No pressure just great advice! Thank you Adam and I appreciate your help and guidance throughout the visit there. You made this experience a great one & I will definitely be recommending you to my family & friends for all their appliance needs! For those of you in the market, stop the search now and go see Adam! You won’t be disappointed!

If your looking for a deal on Appliances this is the place to go. They offer items that have been returned or damaged upon delivery and at a reasonable price. Bought my Samsung washer and dryer from here and will shop here for my future appliances.

Wasn’t a very good experience. Wrong fridge was delivered and took 2 weeks to get the right one. Was told I’d either get refunded for my delivery fee or price matched with my new fridge and none of those happened. Wrong information was passed to us a few times, which extended the time we went without a fridge. They at least called to make sure the right fridge got to us this time so that’s why 2 stars. Overall, don’t do progressive leasing and just go to a regular Lowes store.

Bought a fridge and a stove about a year ago. Nothing but trouble since then, the fridge doors are falling off and the hinges are faulty. The stove works but I have had to replace the mechanism behind the knobs 2 times. The warranty is useless the first year you must go through the manufacturer so the first year is pointless after that the warranty department is useless and a waste of time. 6 hours on hold multiple times 2 times I was hung up on after waiting hours. When I called the store for help I was referred back ti the worthless timeWasting warranty line. The online warranty department is even worse all emails have been ignored and no one has reached out. Yet the person in store promised no hassle same day repairs when they offered the warranty. Stay away

As other reviews have pointed it, this is an outlet for appliances only. We got a washer new in the box (apparently surplus from a store) for about 20% off the retail value. No problems with buying, no crowds, and the floor person even loaded it into our car. Great place for major appliances: Laundry, Fridges, Dishwashers, Ranges, stuff like that.

Not a lot of employees in this establishment. Mostly washers dryers ovens larger appliances. They do have some patio furniture as well but mostly in boxes. This is the proverbial scratch and dent store so if you were looking to save some money check this out

A little known place, this is a wholesale Lowes. Good prices and a lot to choose from as far as appliances go. I'm surprised there isn't more people shopping here, when we got here we were literally the only customers in the store. The employees were super cool as well, being helpful and friendly. We eneded up buying a smoker.
