Took my baby Shadow there. They were awesome with her. She's hipper and don't care for stranger's. She was calm as could be. Got her nails cut and filed. Nice and short! Just amazing! 15$

Got appt April 8th. The price was reasonable because my 2 doggies were very matted. Ok the problems... as soon as I enter there's a horrible smell. Not sure if it's dirty dogs or what. Picked up my dogs and they were anxious which is understandable but that day we arrive home and they are beyond anxious and keep biting themselves. Next day we notice they won't stop scratching and biting so we see they have fleas. That Monday I start calling the business but no answer. I have been curring them since then. It might be under control now but it wouldn't go away. Also whatever spray or shampoo they use doesn't smell good. I didn't like how they smelled. The person that groomed my dogs was Lara or Laura. I'm not blaming her per say but every staff member needs to check the cages and sanitize.

Always friendly.Great place to take your pet.Though there is a wait, well that tells you he's one great Vet. Doc. Like the fact he takes on walk ins. Been going to him for years.

Bad attitude,and I took my dog their the places is nasty, my dog caught flees, n top it off very bad hair cut on my dogs. Never will I refer Anybody to Loma Linda Pet Grooming. , They should be shut down.Go Check it out, you'll See for yourself. Not professional at all.

To be honest, they were rude on the phone to my wife and they did a terrible job on our dog. We adopted a dog from Redlands Animal Shelter and he needed grooming pretty bad. And that's what we got. He got a bath ok but his fur is cut almost to the skin in places and in other spots it is almost an inch long. Very inconsistent hair cut. Dogs face still has eye buggers down one cheek. $70 for that.

If I could give zero stars I would! The incompetent "groomer" cut my dog with the clippers, which required stitches! And didn't tell me about it until i came to pick up my baby😢... Then proceeded to LIE about how it happened! Which i found out when the Veterinarian inadvertently told me what actually happened! I will NEVER go back to get my dog groomed there. If you love your animal...I would advise the same....smh

I love that is is first come, first serve and they are always really busy and do quality work.I just wish someone else would handle phone calls or customer service on the front desk. The woman that is at the front desk just seems fed up or upset with her job. Any question you ask she automatically gets defensive or is annoyed. I took to get my cat groomed and she said she would call to let me know if my cat let himself by groomed. Then she said likely I would have to go somewhere else to get it done. I was a little shocked because aren't you supposed to want my business? Really love this place but disappointed I had this type of interaction.

My dog was not traumatized like from other grooming places, so I believe they give good treatment. However, it seemed she was in a rush and did an uneven haircut. Some places longer than in others.

Love this place. She was very kind to me and my dog! Did everything I wanted and with a good attitude. She let me stay with my dog the whole time. Very professional.

I have an English bulldog. The place was hot and my Bulldog was having a heat stroke. Lady at counter was just laughing. Very poor knowledge at identifying a bad situation. I'll never go there again.
