Definitely a rarity in today's standards. A real life Mom and Pop hardware store. With the selection and customer service of yesteryear gone by. They have a very very good selection for not being that 150k sq. Ft. monstrosity of a store,of those 2%ers. So I say "support ur local M & P store". Because they support you! And that's all I got to say bout that Jenny.

They have things home depot don't have in stock. Very friendly. Don't have to look to help they're there for any questions you may have. Reasonable pricing. Parking is very tight be careful on parking area.

Annette was very helpful. She answered all my questions regarding my project. Highly recommend. Better then the previous place I had gone to which employee was not helpful...he grunted at me and pointed and walked off.

They have the old breaker that I needed. The gentleman that helped us on the aisle knew exactly where to find it. The breakers were even in order of Amps that impressed me. The breakers were about $50 each, but it was better than running all around spending gas and time. I'm trying to locate them somewhere else thank you k and l hardware.

It's a great place to find older items that may no longer be carried by other locations, but be ready to pay a premium for it. They have good customer service and most employees are ready to assist one find items and or discuss your needs.

Excellent, Helpful, Friendly Customer Service like I got from James is the Reason I will be returning here for Hardware etc....Employees here run toward you, instead of away from you, like they do at the, "Big Box" stores!

The floor sales people are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, They really go all out to help you. Especially Annette and Norma. The guys are pretty cool too. The cashiers are friendly and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible without forgetting good customer service. The place is usually busy but always clean. The manager is nice as well as the owner. They got a good reputation for a reason. They have a pretty big parking lot which is at times a little dark at night. They carry a lot of stuff for such a small place and everybody says they're better than the big stores.

It's a great place to find that one screw, bolt, nut or washer that you need without buying a 4, 6 or 8 pack at one of the big box hardware stores. Just be sure to take in the part that you want to match and one of their helpful and available associates will assist you in locating what you need.

You can't beat great customer service, period! From the parking lot to the back, everyone greeted and asked if they could help. They not only directed me, but they came to make sure that I found what I was looking for. One even gave me suggestions on how I could save money. I love and appreciate good customer service. It is hard to find these days.

This place is AMAZING! This is the only place that carries the breaker for our rental. My daughter has a medical condition and being without A/C in 106 heat would be very bad. They stayed open for us just past closing to insure our baby would have the necessities she needs. Thank you thank you thank!

K&L or Ace Hardware is 💯 you get real customer service compared to Home depot or lowes had some car keys made if you need that extra help i highly recommend this neighborhood store👍🏼

Was in the area and needed a few basic painter's supplies. Boy did they ever have what I wanted! And even more!!!My first visit here and it was great. I love this place. The front desk ladies were awesome. They were very helpful there and they carry so many things without the overpriced like Home Depot and Lowe's. You have to remember this is a smaller store so they may not have as many options but they carry what you need I will definitely going to them a lot more often.

After what felt like total chaos of my day. The simple task of changing the bathtub hot and cold handles, turned out to be not so simple. Thanks to a corroded Pfeifer stem, or whatever it's called, I needed to replace it because it kept leaking when I put it back in place. First store I went to didn't help for anything and so I tried to make it to Ace before closing. I unfortunately made it as they were closing. I felt so bad but also panicked. Avery was completely calm and extremely helpful with directing me to the exact parts I needed. And got me with new handles since the others were missing a part. I felt so bad in the moment cuz I know all these workers just wanted to go home to their families or just go about their lives... but they were kind and made sure I got what I needed. Avery didn't have to take an extra moment to explain how I install the new part, but he did. He didn't talk down to me for not knowing what I was doing and just took that extra moment to ease my mind. Showing me that it's super easy. I'm sure they all see ppl like myself everyday with the same panic. I just want to thank Avery for taking the time to calmly speak to me when I was having an autistic meltdown. Having an autistic child as well and having routines, it caused more panic. His kindness mattered to this customer, and I will for sure return to ace for all my hardware needs now. Thank you for not judging me and going above and beyond with your compassion. The stem was easy just as he said and we finally have perfect water pressure in our shower.

2/22/2023 - My husband and I went in today for electrical breakers and we were assisted by an amazing young man named Ulysses. He walked up to us and was eager to help. He was so very kind, caring and didn't make us feel as if we were inconveniencing him.
