Take my husky every 3-4 months. He’s a cool laid back guy. Usually call a day or two in advance to make an appointment. I drop off Zen and pick him up a few hours later. My dog always come back smelling great with a soft coat. I have way less hairs around my house from the shedding. I recommend.

I have been taking my dog here for a couple years now. Jose responds quickly to schedule appointments and he takes his time grooming my shitzu. Recently my dogs back legs became paralyzed Jose was very careful with him providing accommodations. I highly recommend Galaviz pet grooming.

The guy that works here Jose is picking and choosing people to take advantage of.We dropped off our two dogs to him at 3:00 pm picked them up at 7:30 pm which is when we noticed he raised the prices of our dogs. In a text message we where told the dogs are ready and the charge would be $240 dollers in cash not card. Right away we were very confused as too why the price went up from when we dropped them off.We arrived to pick up our dogs and we pointed out the price change in the dogs and looked to the price bord and noticed he had put black duck tape on the bord. Usually it has small, medium and large dog and the prices of all three.There was no tape on the bord when dropping off the dogs so it was very shocking to see that he did that to take advantage. We do look young but was definitely not expecting that. I am going to upload the video to enlighten people on what's going on here. This is not a light situation what he is doing is very wrong. Don't let yourself or anyone you know let getting taking advantage of inform them so they can also know to put him on the spot for what he is doing. He was paid the full $240 because we had every intention on making sure to just report what he is doing on any social media account possible.

Jose Galaviz does a great job with my 10 month old Frenchie ,she would shed so much but Jose introduce me to the medicated wash and the double blow dry. My frenchie no longer has a shedding issue. Best groomer in the IE.

I have been taking my two Maltese poodles with Jose for the past 2 years, he is always flexible and has afternoon appointments which is very convenient for those of us who have work during the day time, he is absolutely amazing! He always has my girls looking great! I had a horrible experience with Petco once and never again did I go back

Very good job grooming my husky, especially since she’s a handful. Good job on my cocker spaniel’s haircut too. I do like that I can bring my dogs in the same day sometimes, but their prices are a little high and they only take cash.

Very bad service their tables are way too small for a lot of the dogs which can lead to severe injuries if they fall, they overcharge and like to take advantage of certain people, this place has been known to scratch up/burn, hurt, and mistreat the poor animals. If you care about your pets please don’t take them here for their safety and on top of that they also don’t know how to properly groom the animals as advertised and will leave your pets looking choppy and bald

Jose always did a great job grooming our bichon mix. She was indoor/outdoor and would always maker her look good and smell good. Only 4 stars cuz it is a bit pricey but most I had to wait to get an appt was 1 or 2 latest.

Jose is the best hands down so welcoming, patient and detail oriented. I have a Maltize Shizue (however that is spelt) that I have taken to countless groomers, that have all burned him with the clippers in one way or another. Jose is the FIRST groomer to give him the haircut I asked for and NEVER burned him, he is consistently doing a great job with my Cody boy. You can tell by his work he takes his time, is genital with the animals and truly loves what he does. He is affordable and worth every penny spent, they will have my business for the long run!

I always take my dogs here.. Jose is nice and very professional. The best part is that he is very affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I wish he groomed cats but unfortunately he does not. If he did my cat Oreo would most definitely go as well.
