My 1st time here on 11/27/23-- stopped by for a 2litter, foam cups and wanted to see if they had a arts & crafts section they did-- I only got a small wood box because there was a coworker nearby stocking a younger woman with a tattoo ontop of her left eyebrow who was on her earpiece phonecall She spoke about 5-8 cussing words in every sentence she was sayingto the other party on her call, she was loud with no discretion or professionalism. The store was a mess and cluttered all the way to checkout. The cashier with butterflies tattoos on her left arm with glasses looked tired and like she didn't want to be there, I waited for my receipt but realized I have to get it myself from the receipt machine she's too tired to get it and hand it to the customer. Definitely will be the first and last time I come here- I'll take my money and go elsewhere-- where there's associates that actually value their job's.

I would not be using my debit card at this store. I went on December 2,2023 just to get detergent and after I left 2 hours later I got a notification from my bank different charges from different places with different prices. So me and my fiance went back and told them and the cashier Sergio was on his phone texting after he was auditing his drawer. I did talk to the assistant manager. I would advice people to use cash here.

Bad customer service ! was very rude , couldn’t even get my bags before they decided to call someone else up and rush me. Couldn’t even give me the discounts shown on the items , over priced !

The cashiers are rude! Noticed alot of the praise going on in these reviews about their customer service are made by their family members. I come to this family dollar often everytime there's always long lines, hot and the managers are stuck up and rude. My mother's English is not so good. The cashier rudely said I Dont speak Spanish...sad part is she was Hispanic. The manager that's short with the bob hair cut is very very rude. They need all new staff! We've been driving to one in Rialto when this one is walking distance from our home.

Now that there’s a Dollar tree inside the store (maybe under new management) it’s well stocked and clean. Way better than before :)

Great customer service. I don't really like the "we are watching you" speaker, it is too loud. It is very tasteless and I, a non stealing customer, feel untrusted. Just lower the volume a bit.

While sitting in my care eating pork chili fries. I saw a couple Hispanic female and Hispanic make walking fast into the store and 15 min later the couple came out with a bunch Name brand detergents gallons like 6 and huggies diapers 4 pls and Rush off on foot not really running and into the bushes. This place is unsafe and needs armed security. People's lives are at stake

My Husband Angel is the best there....he is the Loss Prevention man at the door.....i love all the girls there there like family......we love this family dollar.....its the coolest and nicest stire in the Dino area.....love all u guys....keep up all the hard work ladies and to my husband Angel......

Good place to shop, but the staff watches everyone as if everyone shopping has nothing better to do than steal. On top of that the cashiers are almost always slow.

I was expecting more items to be for a dollar. In a positive note the items they do have are in good quality and for less than say target. Would recommend stopping in and browsing.

I come here when ever I can't make it to Walmart. I live nearby so this is the only Family Dollar I will shop at. It's alright but the employee's here are helpful.

Wow its crazy how if u have a return and an actual receipt they make u come back if the manager is else where because she is the only one who can do returns So wht cant the cashier do this. even if u have a receipt .Ridiculous.
