District Manager was TERRIBLE! She was trainibg the store manager Patricia which was not a good look for her to see the district manager act like that over 1 25 spaghetti sauce! Just because your in a bad area doesn't mean everyone is bad or trying to steal so get that chip off your shoulder and go back to customer service class;

My go to store for decorations or household items. Good selection of stuff only con is the homeless outside and the fact that they only have 2 carts lol. Store is kind of dirty and most employees are rude.

The family dollar is very pleasant you got to take care of the family and you got to take care of the dollar in today's day and age Gabby was very pleasant and professional being visually impaired she sent me down aisle one for what I needed while my roommate shopped for what he needed then she was nice enough to give me the corporate phone number as my roommate inquired about employment I will be back again I live very close sincerely James

Store seems clean. Staff was rude and racist. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I asked to use the restroom. I was told by staff NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Guess what not everyone wants to steal in the restroom. By the way I m a city employee and white. NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Horrible customer service. Why aren't the employees wearing a badge? I would put the review towards that person. Young man who told me I couldn't use the empty cart he said it was for "employees only ...after seeing that my children and I had already put 15 items in it, I asked. So you work here, where is there another cart we can use? His reply... I don't know, I don't know why noone restocks the carts, this one I'm going to use... so I left everything in it for HIM to use and will never shop at this store again.Teach your employees manners, remember that the customer is who gives you business and puts money in your pocket.

This location NEVER HAS CARTS, also the AC NEVER WORKS!!!...You have to carry/balance your items through the hot, sweltering store. As you approach the cashier's they can careless about your horrible experience; they just want you out!!!! They have good deals and the security guard is nice, only upside.

FYI ----> They had 5 carts for customers they try to be nice amd let customers take them outside some do not bring back the carts so with it being outside people do steal them its not there fault. They try to let customers use there carts once in a while but they do the same and leave them outside. They are not big as Walmart to have a lot of carts and to have hand basket's is a no because they have a lot of theft in there store and it's from there regular customers sad to say. But other than that that's all i wanted to put out there. They our trying our best during this pandemic. Please everyone be safe and healthy 🙌🙌🙌

The price of their cleaning products, especially if you have a coupon, is the only reason I go. The outside and inside are extremely filthy! Staff is rude and not at all helpful. I never go after the sun sets; actually, they should close at dusk.

Like this place for the security of the place but on weekends or beginning of month the wait in line is longer, but over time getting better and better. Also items that go out if u ask they'll order it as fast as next day. That a major plus. Customer service is also great.

A lot of homeless activity in the parking lot and the staff that was stocking said he couldn't do a price check on an item for me. He pointed to the front of the store where there was 1 cashier and 7 people in line. Ask her to price check... I just put the item back.

Racist Untrained Security Guard francisco will jack you at the door if you are a hardworking white person that stole NOTHING. Got a free $100.00 from the corporate office for being falsely accused of shoplifting. Most of the people working there are lacking normal intelligence.

Not a good place to go to on a regular...Very unpleasant atmosphere. The employees are rude and not very helpful. On 03/02/2018...there was a female employee and a male employee that were not nice and lazy. The male employee just stood there having a conversation with the female employee as I waited and then I asked, "do you guys not bag the items anymore?" And he laughed and said, "oh, you want a bag" and I said, "no, I have my own bag in front of you" and I picked it up and showed him and he continued to talk to the female employee. The female employee was being rude by talking about a customer that was Hispanic and how she told the lady of you can't speak no English than I can't speak no Spanish...and the employees thought that was so funny. I felt like Family Dollar condones this type of behavior and if felt like since I was black that the male employee was being racist by not bagging my items and then it's sad to see & hear that Family Dollar employees stand around making fun of their customers instead of paying attention to their surroundings and to their customers needs for help. NOT A Good Visit...👎👎👎😒

I really love shopping at Family Dollar. They have good quality items and great prices too. The kids toys are priced low, and they carry a nice variety of household items and great variety of clening products and personal hygene products too. Nice under aparell for the whole family and darling and infants clothes and diapers , etc.. plus they have kids shoes and womens casual shoes and some mens tshirts and atheletic shorts ,and girls clothes and boys clothes, and some womens clothes all at fair prices. And jar candles that are as low or lower thamn walmart. Just take drive over to the one on the corner of sierra and highland, San Bernardino, Ca. It reminds me of the old pic and save stores. You'll be glad you went there. Bye now.

Love this place. They have pretty much everything you need at great prices. I bought my flats here. And they even have bunny/rabbit food for my bunny. It's like a miny walmart.

Very bad service very disrespectful to employees and customers the prices are ok but for customers they should be able to be treated right in with respect.they feel all blacks in Mexicans are stealing an follow them around a customer was scared to leave out the store due to people hanging around the store in asked to be walked out by one of the guy workers they paid her no mind . They sell broken items people bring back there's only 2 managers that care bout their customers Yolanda in Miguel the other to are rude in unprofessional
