I've been going to Elliott's since I was a kid. I'll be 62 in a few months.They always have great quality foods and products for your pets. The staff is very knowledgeable. I was sad to see the passing of one of their big bearded dragons lately. She was 9 years old, I was told. I buy all my food for my wienner dog and bearded dragons there. Shout out to Destiny. She's so friendly and helpful.

I brought a friend to pick up some of his fish tank supplies and fish food, decided to look for treats for my cat, I started looking near the dog and cat food section- only saw dog treats over there, so I spoke with one of the employees up by the register, She took me to the cat snack isle diagonally opposite of the cat food section, she asked me questions about my cat to help me pick out the best / right treat for her, upon request she shared the most “purchased” or “popular” cat treats. Very nice younger girl, I can see her growing in her position here 😃😃😃.When I bring in my older friend who’s in his 80’s to do his shopping for his fish- I have yet to see anyone at this location be rude or rush my friend. This store is knowledgeable, has a friendly vibe and a community type of customer service.

I made a post about two years ago regarding the great service here at Elliott’s. I was there two days ago and nothing changed. 👏🏾 Great job ! Also I want to share some pictures of the fish I purchased two years ago. Thank you the fish are amazing and so happy and look how big they gotten 😊.

Very nice Pet store, it's also one of the only stores that has feeder guppies and floating plant selection. I will definently be coming back from big bear to there.

Great spot to get your pets needs!My little maltees is so picky with her food but loves her chicken chips I get from here..the drive from moreno valley is worth itt..Clerk Anna was amazing, great customer service and patient 5strs overall:)

I love going to Elliot’s. It is a very peaceful and friendly environment and the workers are all so friendly and ready to help. I also love their selection of fish, frogs, and their prices are pretty good.

Love the plants, fish, and interesting reptiles. Recommend this place for anyone interested in getting into the fish/reptile keeping hobby, or already experienced keepers. Great stock for aquascaping and terrariums here.

Love going here… quality feeder insects my reptiles and overall the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable… i’ve bought a lot of reptiles over the years from Petco and Petsmart and a lot of them were sick because they weren’t cared for properly while on the market… this place does very well. I will always be a customer.

Pretty much this place hasn’t changed in 20 years. I first came to this spot back in like 2005; a friend of mine used to frequent this place for their pet supplies. I hadn’t been since then, but when it came to wanting to get a reptile at one of the few cool and well stocked pet/aquarium stores in the Inland Empire or within 100s miles in general. I honestly found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable; plus now having been there a few times in the past year I can honestly say they love their job. Selections for live pets would be higher for fish and on a modest side for reptiles with a few different birds. I got my Leapord Gecko (6+ year old) here and had him for over a year now, happy and healthy guy. They gave me a good foundation to start his tank for really reasonable price compared to big company’s like Petco.

I’m not sure if the rats are sick or are just lazy looking because of how hot it is in there. It’s extremely hot in there for the feeders and birds they have in the back of the shop behind windows, they do have a big fan blowing toward the door where the birds are and rats but I believe it’s stressing out the animals it would be best to move them out of that hot room since the pet shop does have enough space to take them out of there. But I’m not a professional so I really wouldn’t know I’m just explaining what I see and think might be unhealthy for the animals. Other than that this place is pretty awesome!!!

Great environment, service was awesome.Love their Devil fish, very healthy.They keep all their fish 🐟 healthy and well kept. Also I respect when they put signs to fish not well and ETA when they will be healthy for purchase. Love that they care not only for their aquarium pets but customers who come purchase them. Excellent experience, I will definitely be back.

This pet store is just the best. It is the classic bird, fish, mice, guinie pig, reptile, etc. having place, along with booster shots for cats and dogs, cages, meds, pet toys, and lots more.

they have a lot going on in there with so many pets so many terrariums and aquariums and they were still friendly and nice when we asked for live crickets. they also have ready to go.

I was just in there looking around when I overheard a redheaded woman, telling a customer that the beta fish he was interested in buying did not need a filter and he could keep it in a small enclosure which is not correct at all. Please do not buy your fish, except for feeders here.

I went in for a new fish tank and some low maintenance fish...the staff was very helpful in helping me select the right type of fish for my son and how to take care of them. Great variety of fish to select from and very affordable! We planned on getting 5-6 fish and a tank and walked out with 22 fish, a snail and a 10 gallon tank!!

Didnt get the guys name that helped us pick out some great starter fish. But he was awesome omg....thank you the fish look good in our tank and their so happy. We will add some more tiger bards/ African albino fish real soon. Sorry not to mention the entire staff was also helpful...and they made me laugh great service.

Adopted my 9 week old handsome hand fed cockatiel, from Elliot's Pet Emporium, around two weeks ago. I also adopted a young budgie for my little brother which he loves.Staff/customer service is friendly and provide you with great knowledge. My little ones are doing great in their new environment.I also purchased a pink harness and leash for my white shepherd puppy. They have everything.

The workers there were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about my pet toad and I felt like they knew just as much as a veterinarian or something haha. There was such a good variety or of pets and food and shelters. Etc. But a little pricey.

Love this place. Replaced Petco and Petsmart altogether for me. Friendly, attentive staff. Suzy, the lady complained about by another person in their review, was in and helped me. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I very much enjoy going here, and their fish selection is awesome! My fish are still happy a month later.

Got our hammy peanut from this pet shop four months ago. He likes sunflour seeds, running on his wheel, and trying to escape from his cage.The store seemed to have the hammys well kept and was clean. Nice staff.

Retail workers know what they're talking about. They know where everything is. They know the names of the animals they treat, have good choices in medication, grooming supplies, and tick and flea treatment. Everything is so organized, and they're educated.Food and medication are kind of pricey, though, so I go somewhere else for that.Otherwise, the service is amazing.I get pinky mice every week, so I'm a regular, and they recognize all of their customers.

Excellent customer service. The store is clean and well-stocked, a beautiful assortment of fish and healthy-looking animals. Nicholas was the associate who we consulted with, and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, providing us with quality recommendations and tips for an aquarium purchase. The staff helped load the aquarium and fastened it tight to the bed of the truck. Very satisfied with our purchase 👍
