Showed 5minutes before closing an employee already had door locked. I asked what time they close she said 8, and then lied to me saying she was trying to get all customers upfront because her registers shut down at 8pm. Which is a lie because it takes time run there reports.

It's ok. I like the Super 99 better. She asked me if I wanted a bag, I said yes, and she grabbed it & and put in on top of the merchandise I purchased. Idk if it's just me, but other places bag it for you.

The people there are just rude. In particular some crack head looking chick named Lisa. Dollar tree needs to do more background checks. Not even a hello or have a nice day. Smh dollar tree do better with your customer service. I’ll be shopping else where even if I have to drive out of my way.

This time I hit the dollar tree on Highland Ave off Sterling. Found all that I needed with no problem. Freakin love the french fries. They opened up another check out lane right when I was ready. No waiting. Kudos to the staff. They were pleasantly friendly.

Very helpful always greated with a smile and till have a nice day. Great decorations for all the holidays. I love shopping here because it fits my budget and my kids and family are always happy with what I jab been able to put together for just a few dollars. Also quick service at the check out lines.

I love Dollar Tree. The prices are great but this particular store used to be much better than it is now!! I did have a 5-star rating on it but dropped it to a 3-star because even I love the great bargains on greeting cards, dog treats & beauty supplies, whenever I go in ( which is 5-6 times a month) there are rarely any shopping carts available for the customers to use!! There needs to be some other way for the stocking to be done without using the few (5 or 6) carts allotted for the store!! That's not any way to encourage your customers to take advantage of your great buys if they have no way to carry their purchases!!

I come to this store almost every week and I spend at least upwards of $200-300 each time. A lot of times the managers allow me to take the cart out to the car as it's always overloaded. Last Tuesday, they had no carts available and I found a non-dollar tree cart to use for my big shopping spree. The gal working said I can't bring it in. When I said I can't shop without a cart, she said too bad because they don't allow other carts inside even though they don't have any carts available. So I just walked out without shopping. Too bad you lost over $300 to another store!!!

Everything is a dollar although it does come with tax, BUT some of the meat that ive tried there is soo good!! and the little art section is so cute too! The area is very sketchy though. Always bring someone with you!! The workers are most of the time very nice and friendly too :)) !! I do reccomend going to this place, its very cool and good for anything!! 🤗🤗‼

I go here all the time with my son. I love dollar tree. However this store is understaffed, causing the facility to look fairly messy. The workers are all kind! Dollar Tree Co needs to hire; there is too much work for such little staff associates.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT THE DOLLAR TREE.THERE ALWAYS IN STOCK WITH THINGS THAT I NEED.THE CLECKS ARE SUPER NICE.THE DOWN FALLS ARE 1-AS OF LAST MONDAY 12-8-21 EVERYTHING ISNT A DOLLAR ANYMORE. ITS $1.25 DOLLAR TREE NOW😒2- NO MORE RESTROOMS🙁I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY😠BUT IT STILL HAS GREAT VALUES AND GREAT PEOPLE,AND I WOULDNT TRADE IT FOR ALL THE 99 CENTS STORES IN SAN BERNARDINO 🤣😅😂

It's ok. I was really disappointed when I asked about their sign posted on the door that says in caps, NOW HIRING. I printed one out and turned it into the manager the next day, I was told when she would be available.But, when my husband inquired a week later about their sign, which was still posted on their door, the worker was rude and said apply online. So he did both, online and printed one out, came to turn in it while the manager was there, a different worker was rude as well, first she said the manager was busy and then went on to say they weren't actually hiring even though they had the sign on their door. So yes he said maybe they should take it down and stop wasting people's time!

Worst service ever. Black lady at the register claiming to be a manager refused to sell me a gift card. She claimed she didnt know how because she doesn't "use the register like that". Umm....ok i thought you just said you were a manager.....so disappointed

My first visit to this store and it was a mess they had one cashier while she called for back up 3 times no one came she looked stressed and was apologizing to everyone it is not fair how they treat their employees i can say she went as fast as she could but greeted everyone still..i give the store 1 star but the cashier 5*****

Store opens at 9am i waited an hour. there were cashiers out side who were waiting as well with me . this establishment is not together either you wait in line long or they dont have items on the shelves..not a good store

I love this store and all of the workers it gets busy at times but the costumer service is wonderful so the wait in line is a breeze

Stuff is nice @ 1.00 but they missing more goodies, also they need to hire people specifically for puting away the boxes they have everywhere.....
