So I had finally visited the Dollar General for the first time this past Monday 6/19/23 and I was very disappointed disgusted the whole store smelled like urine it was a strong putrid smell ,it was messy and unorganized. The only good thing about the store was the cashier he was super polite and professional. I hope you get your store together you probably won't just from this one review. I was excited to finally go and was let down. Never going back.

DG have some issues with their price labels. I got charged double for somethings that was marked less. The bald black guy with the mask bandana is rude, no explanation, poor customer service skills. Correct your dam price labels!

The manager isaac is very rude , everytime I come in, he looks at me with a death stare, passes by me and says things under his breath. He kicked my mom out of the store for “being weird” when all we were doing was shopping . I feel very threatened everytime i come here, I don’t like the way the manager isaac is to me, my family, and who i come with !

love the place honestly kill em with kindness always trying to help and spread the love. You give what you get and sometimes you get alot of bs not having given any but that's why you own up stand your place mind your own and just keep it pushing. Lotz to choose from and so many goodies. There are some good deals here and it's convenient. But many items are priced incorrectly. Please be aware of this. And they won't adjust the price due to their error.

Had my mom pick up my DG online order and the staff was completely rude to her, mind you she doesn’t speak English so for the staff to YELL at her and disrespect her was completely out of line . My mom had the order in HER HANDS already after an EMPLOYEE had already given it to her and then another employee proceeded to stop her before she could leave. My mom had to call me so I could tell them what I ordered and what card I paid with and they still didn’t want to give it to her. Completely unprofessional and rude 0 stars.

I was there earlier and had a cashier say she had to go through my purse. Which I found highly offensive since she was not " Loss Prevention ". Her reasoning, my purse was big no other reason .

Ms. Rosie was pleasant as she rang up my items, I was greeted as I entered the store. Overall appearance was neat, organized and everything had a price. Great deals and I found 2 out of the 3 items I went in there for.GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

This store ROCKS!!! They have stuff here you wouldn't think they would have and at remarkable prices. I love coming to this store where everything is within my price range. The staff ( so far ) is very helpful and down to earth. I plan to to continue shopping here for a long time. If you currently shopping at any other dollar or discount store I would give this place a try and I'm sure you'll end up switching over to this store cause their AMAZING!!

I don't come here very often but it is a convenient location with decent prices. Make sure you actually get handed your cash back, cashier forgot to give me mine. I brought it to his attention and it took a minute to get it. He kept walking to the back room/office for some reason. Seemed kind of suspicious to me. Also pay attention to your items being scanned twice.

I still dont know how to coupon correctly, but the staff were VERY patient and helpful considering how packed it was. Really. I was in a 10 person line. Once it was my turn, there were over 10 in line. One man wasn't even trying to give me my space. People were rude to employees, but i worked customer service, this store is poorly staff and despite of this, employees are keeping it together and showing great customer service and thats why i give them the 5 star rating!

I like Dollar General because they have great bargains. Household cleaning items dry goods, l love in the spring the garden supplies I get there. Like solar lights that I love. I get beautiful light at a much lower price. Than the big home & garden suppliers. I like to brows & check out all bargains. The staff are helpful.

Okay to shop sometimes they almost always have one register open. If your a couponer digital coupons are great to use here paper coupons on the other hand not so great. Employees need to get more training on wording of coupons they think since the coupons says limit one per purchase and four like coupons per transaction means only one coupon per transaction 😒 Can you please get your managers some training!!!

They are understaffed and rude af. You don't open shop in the ghetto and expect people not to steal from you especially with no security guard. They always only got one register open and the lead or manager always acting like the world owes them something. Really not the best place to make a quick transaction. The new hires always having issues on they busted machines. Shame on you Dollar general.

Marcel the checker at the register very nice good cuatomer service to every person in line. The shelves on each isle I went down, very bad need of stocking.Since this store is so busy since there are no supermarkets in this area .Maybe an afternoon stock team should be added.

They only sell cheap stuff in this store...By cheap, I mean--toys break easily; kitchenware the same. The quality of most products is poor, at best. A lot of items aren't even a dollar or close to it. Back away from this store they're trying to suck you into buying stuff you probably don't need for a much higher price!!

Is it a big Dollar General Lots of good stuff. I don't think we have one this big in Arizona . The store was really clean lots of good deals. Will definitely go back there when I'm back in California for a visit with my daughter and grandbabies.

This place has everything! If you forgot something stop at the dallor general because they have over the counter medicines, snacks, milk, batteries, a few party supplies, some holiday decor, some clothes, cleaning supplies and even gift cards. This place saved me when i had an event to host and needed gift cards. I was so surprised they carried them.

Place is nice and well kept. I wont give it five stars because some stuff isn't clearly marked with the right price. For example holy think something is 2$ than when you're paying it turns out its 6$.

This is a pretty cool store for being a dollar store. I'll give them credit for keeping it clean and organized which some places and people FORGET ABOUT. Their selection is decent and found what I was looking for and have no problems going back.

5ive 5tars!Want to get in and out of a store with what you need plus a little something extra? Dollar General is that place. These days we don't care to waste time searching aisles for our basic needs. But we do like to pick up nice gifts for ourselves and others. DG is here for us. Thumbs up to you, Dollar General!

This is a good location, just like any other dollar store they have pretty much, anything you're looking for in a hurry. The story was cleaning the people seemed nice, and I would recommend this location for a quick shopping trip, or a whole list.

These people were super rude, 3 women stood around talking while 1 rung up a line of 12 people alone. I wish I could go back and steal from these people. Matter of fact you... I purchased a visa gift card yesterday around 3:00pm to order my wife a birthday cake.... the next day tried to order the cake no money in the card when I called it it had $45 on it the next day $0 dollars dont buy gift cards from here there scamming people its somebody who is working there keep a eye out people are ruthless!!!
