This store is great, they need nothing except to hire more people(and to clean up after Karens! Ha!) More people are needed during peak hours, otherwise the staff is excellent. I've seen them have to deal with crazy too so they are need rasies. Appreciate you guys!!

Again I tried calling CVS pharmacy at 5200 university parkway San Bernardino . The auto answering robot picks up, sometimes it works and some times not even close. This is about the sixth time I wanted to talk to a person, I waited approximately 20 minutes and finally hung up. I actually talked to a person one time out of six. If you go into the pharmacy they generally help you in a reasonable amount of time however they never seem happy to see any customers.

CVS pharmacy y Mas is ok.I don't find myself coming here often.As it's a little bit run down and not very inviting.Parking is ok it does share a lot with a bunch of other businesses.So it can get pretty jam packed especially in the after school hours.Store is not very well maintained.Have come here on a few occasions and they were out of a bunch of stuff.Shelves were bare and isles were messy.

Was dropping off a prescription today at drive- thru , as stated on the drive-thru sign "drop-off" ...the girl helping told me she couldn't help me that we had to walk in the prescription . This was a prescription from the dentist and my mom was in alot of pain. I told her I couldn't walk in and that's what drive-thru is for. It was NOT a controlled medication, it was amox & ibuprofen ONLY.I decided to go to walgreens through drive-thru and had my prescription filled in 15 minutes. CVS lazy staff is pathetic and insensitive to patients needs. I have heard they have a bad reputation CVS and today , all that was confirmed. Ridiculous!! Walgreens all the way!! Don't go there.
