I have been pretty much a loyal customer since they opened but just within about four months or so we’ve had the worst experience ever. The tags on an item were $25 for a stand up desk but when I took it up to the register, a lady said wait a minute this text is 25 either like 100 in the stores or online we gotta try to 50 I said wait a minute here the tags all over there two are all labeled 25 and I bought two of them already and they were 25 each. She didn’t talk to the owner the husband and he said I have to pay $50 which was ridiculous. I’ve also recently bought some items and every single electronic that I purchased does not work they won’t take it back or trade it so basically I’m out about $235.00. One time my kids came here with me and we had our basket full of items because they buy stuff and then all my stuff well the same lady that was at the register, for some reason was lurking around the corner and just staring at me and my kids my daughter grabbed one of the toys that she was going to buy and she basically told her to put it down and she didn’t see me there around the way . I went over there and told the lady why does she have to put that down? There’s no playing I said she’s not playing she seen if it works. I told her to do that. She then went and called the owner and said come over here and look however, if you guys been in crazy boss, you know that it is a dig through. find it look find it and look it’s not organized and they’re not specifically categorized by color, brand-name or sizes . My final and last experience Was the store hours . so online even when you call it says the store hours are 8 AM to 9 PM so I get to the location around 815. Security proceeds to say sorry ma’am we’re closed. I said wait a minute it’s not 9: o’clock he said we close between eight and nine I said yeah but online it said you guysclose at 9 so it’s really 8:30 is that what you’re saying ?and he goes pretty much that’s when we close. I don’t like the inconsistency of any business from the pricing to the products to the hours. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in all my life. They should close this location down.

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Make sure if you go here you ask for the correct price since even when they price the items they want to change the price when you go to the register and will not honor the price they themselves put. Owner and Hispanic Cashier was very rude accusing of changing the price when it was very clear they were the ones to put the price themselves. Why price an item if you WONT honor the price you put on it and want to change it once someone wants to buy it. Worst Crazy Boss to go to. You’re better off at Ross or somewhere else.I will be telling all that I know go here to never give them business again.

First of all, if you want to find amazing deals and high end clothing you will definitely find it, but you must be patient and have time to look for it. I been so happy with this store and I will shop here before I go to any other store. The staff is very friendly and I like how they try to keep the store organized. My favorite store for sure.

Closes earlier than 9pm First time going had a horrible experience, was in need of dress pants and arrived at 8:30pm. Didn’t even give me 5 minutes to look for dress pants. No sign on the door to reflect that they closed early. Security met me at the door and was told to leave with plenty of time during advertised business hours to look for dress pants. This is bad business conduct to say the least. The explanation given was so the employees don’t have to work pass 9pm per the owner and managers instructions.

Some of my family members love this place cause of the bargains. I guess they have at least good decent clothes like any other discount store. But that be about the only stuff I'd probably buy their. Since the switch of the last thrift store ive not found no broken stuff on the shelves so its just okay. Good for tight budgets. Would always recommended double checking what you buy to see if things are in the boxes properly.

The older lady and emplyee that does all the videos for crazy boss. is so rude in person!!! !!!asked for assistance and she was so rude that i could not believe how she spoke to me . I told her how i felt it it is wrong to treat customets so horribly.and she told me a lot of people spend alot of money here so what?...l was being polite to her so i did not deserve this at all!!!Dont care how cheap prices are , Been shopping here for years 🙄And i know this dont matter to this place but they lost my business today!!Customer sevice is important! It is not a priority here at all ruins the experience!This is a complaint and a honest review

So much to see the minute you walk in , it’s like a mini mall in one big room you can buy a bicycle to a Refrigerator or a washing machine there’s racks and racks of affordable clothes not to Mention the racks and racks of shoes and so many other products at a very reasonable price.

One stop shop!! Came in for shoes and left with a brand new, solid wood table for my son's house! They have everything here. Pet beds, vacuums, Pool filters and toys, kitchen items- dishes, towels, toasters, luggage, pictures, frames, shoes, shoes and SHOES!!

This place is awesome! Good quality clothes for good prices! Wear leggings & tank top though to try cloths on over yours. No dressing rooms and all sales are final.

It's difficult to rate this place, I think they should change the name to crazy mess. They had the best slection on bathing suits for a low price of $8. And a massive selection of shoes. If you have the time and patience to look through everything you might find something worthwhile. Definitely a hit and miss place. Awesome prices.

posted closing time on Google maps says 7pm. went to see if they had batteries and got there at 630. security guard wouldn't let us in and said that they closed 30 minutes prior but we could see that where we're customers still clearly in the browsing phase of shopping. need to update advertised coding time

So yesterday,On my way into the store I was told to 'stop' and That I could not come in store.As if I was not allowed....WHAT-SO-EVER.Now, I figured this Sercurity guard at the time was just ...well naw, he was Out of line for that. I was shooked and highly offended,after this awkward discrimination. He even asked me if 'do you money?'...¿😶?......Almost as if ,maybe a lawsuit would be a good idea 💡 🤔.BLJ

Honestly, I absolutely love this place. I can't imagine shopping regular retail clothing ever again. Some items in the back are used so make sure you know what you're buying before walking out, look in the box. Best place for bedding and curtains. Be prepared to enter a time warp, I was there for 2.5 hours today.

The prices were so low and there is a huge selection BUT it is more like a thrift-style experience. Items are sorted by section and clothes/shoes are sorted by size but every item does not come in every size. Items are new. It's worthy of checking out, it was fun to just look.

They do not allow you to try clothing any more and they have a no return policy which screws buyers over specially when alot of their clothing are Asian sizes

This is an interesting place, with lots of stuff. I bought a pair of sandles @ a really good price. I was really surprised when I walked in the door at the amount of discounted products they carry. The dressing room was difficult to locate. I had to ask where it was. If you're looking for good prices and lots of choices look here. The store was very clean inside too.

Love the prices, you find name brand products for just dollars literally, like $1,2,3. entire section of the store !Name brand shoes , clothes & products for the whole family like ,Levis, Vans, Converse, Adidas, Nike, sketchers, bear paws, Uggs, Carhart, Timberland ect.Check it out ! Their prices did go up a bit for the name brand stuff but it's still way cheaper.The only thing is you have to look and if there's something you want GET IT WHILE YOU CAN , it'll probably be gone when you come back !Their inventory changes regularly and when it's gone it's usually gone !Also, they have ...SALE WEEKS !Example , "ALL SHOES, =1/2 OFF"! ... or..."ALL PANTS,=25%"!FYI...NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE!EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE!THERE IS A FITTING ROOM IN THE FRONT !
