I used to absolutely adore this spot. But over the last few years it's become more and more of a nightmare to navigate.First, the parking lot, and entrances are so incredibly difficult to navigate, often leaving traffic stuck in the intersection leading into it.Then, good luck finding a parking spot. The parking lot is chaos, and I can't imagine how many accidents must occur. The line for gas, despite recently changing, still often leads out to the street, blocking traffic.Inside the club you're met with extraordinarily long lines to check out, even in self-check out.The food court, despite making changes to their check-out experience, also seems to always have wildly long lines and waits.With as well as this store must do, it's a shame they haven't considered moving locations to provide a better experience to their customers. Expand their parking lot to double, and consider building out the store to support more customer visits.I will say, the products are wonderful, and the prices and return policy keep me coming back - but I often dread having to head over.Finally, is there anything better than a Costco hotdog combo? I dare say not. It is one of life's greatest joys.

This review is solely for the new chocolate chip cookie sold in the food court. It was absolute perfection and I would buy it again and again. The cookie was crispy on the outside and soft, chewy and chocolatey on the inside, warm all around. I love that they decided to use bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate!

Wow! Its been years since I’ve been, impressive. So many items, great prices, super selection of just about everything! This store has good prices on electronics, lots of clothing, yummy baked goods, fair prices on alcohol, outdoor furniture, and rows and rows of food and household items. I may turn into a SamsClub convert!

I always have a positive experience at the local Costco. The staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with customer service. The store itself is immaculate and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. Plus, of course, the bulk buys and deals are fantastic – it's a real money saver!

This place is great! I haven't had a problem with the staff. There are times when they are out of items, but that is no deal breaker. The problem I have is when items are left out in the aisles, people are not the smartest when shopping here. There is an understanding when you want to look at an item, but there is no need to block the whole aisle to do so. With that in mind, having stock in the aisles makes it much more difficult to shop with ease.

Came here to do some shopping and when it came to checkout, one of the employees (not going to mention his name) was very rude towards my family and I. If you’re going to work in customer service, just be more polite to customers and have mutual respect.

Always a great place to shop. The parking lot was packed but the line for gas was short today. We like drink champagne and Cooks in the magnum is only $7 and change at Costco . Great price (: The price of gas is about 4.00 per Gal. P.S. my 4 legged furry girls love the treats!

Just a terrible shopping experience at this Costco. I pay for a membership, not disrespect. Chantel did not give me the customer service I deserved today and I feel like she went out of her way to be extremely loud, and rude. Also her helper Stevie dumped my items in my cart and let it roll off while we were paying. I suggest you give Chantel more training on how to deal with customers…I WILL be sending an emailto corporate. I called and talked to the manager who says he’ll talk to the two team members involved, but I won’t be returning to this location or suggesting anyone else does.

Zero stars!!!! Their tire center customer service and personnel are terrible. I purchased tires for my Silverado made an appointment to have them installed And was told it would take no more than one hour. It ended up taking two hours. I was outside waiting with a full basket of goods for another hour and a half!!! I understand if it took an additional 15-20 minutes, but 2.5 hours????? Unacceptable.!!!! Last time I purchased tires from Costco.

Good products in bulk. Booze(hard liquor large bottles 1.75L) is always priced lower than grocery stores. The pet food is healthy and less expensive than stores. Free samples are always fun. Batteries are pretty good priced. New deals seen to hit every Friday or Saturday.

As usual, a mess, because it is usually "very crowded or busy. Hence, I try not to shop there during peak business hours. We need one closer but we're inbetween two and there 20+ miles from where we are, Beaumont.

This might have been one of the strangest visits that I have ever had to Costco. I asked one of the younger female floor managers if they had cranberry jalapeno meatballs? She stepped back and said it's not something that they had right now. Then I asked if they had them at another location and she acted like I was bothering her. My wife and I were shocked by her attitude. We didn't really care that they discontinued the item . We were asking very calmly and politely and she acted as if I was keeping her from going home or something( which it was 2:00 P.M. so we assumed not) Attitude is everything.

Stopped in for fuel on the way home from Yaamava Casino. No waiting in line. Great price as always. Grabbed a pizza to go for lunch. On our way home in less than 20 minutes !

Always happy with my Costco except by 1pm they ran out of Pinwheel party sandwiches the day before Easter. They should have anticipated being busy and made far more. A bit dissapointed.

I was at the food court with my 88 year old grandpa today and the workers were very rude. He was trying to ask questions and the workers snapped and yelled at him. Telling him to “get out of the way” Especially one named Ariel, but all of them were very unkind. Even others around us waiting for their food were disgusted by the workers actions. I get you’re busy, but snapping at a grandpa who is trying to ask a question..? Absolutely not! Learn some respect and how to do your job better instead of snapping at an elderly guy.

Tracy at the door is always such a welcoming presence. The ladies in customer service were so helpful, polite, and pleasant. Even the ladies providing the food samples were going above and beyond. The food court was wonderful. Overall, it wasa great experience.

Cashier, "Chip" made this an awful experience. Went shopping with my brother, and while waiting in line he went to the bathroom, so I borrowed his card. Now Chip seemed perfectly fine scanning everyone card, but the moment it was my turn, he literally studied my face AND the card, only to pull me aside saying, "Only members can shop here, I'll hold onto the item until the real owner of the card returns." I literally only was purchasing ONE item, Laundry detergent. Now my brother returns after 5 minutes, and we confront Chip only to see that they already RETURNED the item. So we had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for them to get our item again. Absolutely ridiculous, my Ethnicity is Asian, so I don't know if he just racially profiled me or something.

Costco has a bigger variety of food items as well as clothing and they also have a gas station which has top quality gasoline . Parking is not that great because they have more shoppers than Sam's Club.

We were at the food court today ordering a pizza, and when we got to the pickup line to pick up our pizza, the workers were rude. I was with my mother-in-law's husband, who is 88 years old. He was asking them questions, and they all snapped at him, Telling him to get out of the way. I know they are busy, but come on. I have worked in the food business for 18 years, and it upset me how he was treated. This was the Costco in San Bernadino, California.

We Had new tires installed on my wife’s car this evening.first of all you have to pre order the tires and wait over a week to have them delivered to the store. Then you make an appointment for tire installation which takes another 10 days. We showed up this evening for our appointment 15 minutes early per Costco rules, and regulations. And they took over 2 hours to install 4 tires on a car. I know they don’t care because your inside shopping anyways. In addition tires were very dirty with packing and insulation residue they apparently didn’t have 5 minutes to clean them off. An addition the person that finally brought the car around told my wife how much he liked her car instead of saying sorry it took so long. I’ve been a Costco member ever since they were Price club. And have never received this poor of customer service from the Tire center. I’ve always had all my vehicles tires replaced at Costco that 35 year plus string just ended.

We bought gasoline there, yesterday. Just over$4.00 /gallon. Cheaper than everywhere else... But not always. For some reason they won't keep it as low as they could. 🤔 There were lots of samples to try... And the cashier lines, were short. The parking? I have a handicapped placard, and I still had to park 'in the back forty! ' . Mostly because of the time of year, I figure.

Let's face it- Costco is not a fun shopping experience. Much like freeway driving: The throngs of self-serving shoppers who either walk too slowly and/or stop short, impeding the flow of traffic. Yet, for many this is a mecca. Why not use Smart and Final??

Oh Costco!!! How I love to buy ten tons of TP and munch on free samples right before I buy a cheap hotdog and slice of pizza for 25 cents each! Lol! Seriously, every Costco is about the same, right? This locale is a good one. Fantastic roasted chickens and a awesome smelling bakery. And everything else you can get in bulk at Costco! 🤘😼🤘❗️
