I came here Thursday night 09/07/23. I checked out at 9:17pm in line number 5 with cashier # 1003 Emily. I asked for 9 cans of similac milk. She told me she just had 8 cans. I told her that's fine. She ONLY GAVE ME A BOX. The box is only of 6 cans. Still got charged the 8 cans. I didn't notice till I got home. I tried to call that same night, but the line sounded busy. Friday morning, the same thing. Went in around 10:10 am. Spoke with a manager. Didn't get her name. But she got my information and said that the ONLY lady that can check cameras is busy. That she was gonna let her know and let me know once they check cameras. After not hearing anything, I went back around 5:10pm. Spoke with a different manager. She was very kinda. She said that by today, Saturday morning, I would get an answer, and I haven't heard anything yet. I understand they have to check cameras, but they can also ask the cashier she sold the box as it had 8 cans when it just has 6. I have been very patient, but hopefully, somebody more above sees this that actually cares. I need the cans for my daughter. It's ridiculous that it takes that long to check cameras. So anyone can just walk in and steal because the only person who is able to check cameras is not available.

Obviously this store manager doesn't care .This is the dirtiest cardenas market I have ever been to.❌️ Not only is the restroom dirty, but⚠️ The fruits and vegetables are old ,soggy, smelling bad in general around that area .Entire Floors in store are dirty... ,🚫👉hairs inside HOT FOOD AREA‼️You guys need to wear hair net & gloves NO CARTS & If you find one They're dirty. I'm definitely going back in about a month because this is a health concern‼️ . Hopefully by then it's improved 👎

They never smile they look at me weird and they have no personality. Very weird people. Cashier looks miserable and doesn't smile doesn't say have a good day they are robots and they stare me down like I'm stealing. They do that one more time ima go to corporate.

This location is not as bad as the one on Highland and Sterling. However being part of the same company I know it is going to start to go downhill. First off Cardenas is wat overpriced. This location has the lowest variety of items on stock. This was formerly a Rio Ranch which wasn't much better. Being bought by Cardenas I don't see anything improving. I order a half sheet cake with some strawberry filling and it was going to $75-80 forget that. I wound up going to Stater Bros for $50, a half sheet cake with half strawberry and half banana cream filling.

Very nice supermarket. Many fruits, vegetables, bakery, and meat items to choose from at very good prices. Clean, has an active kitchen, a money transfer entity and many more things inside. Will be doing more shopping there in the future.

First off this store has 2 cashiers lines wrap down aisles meanwhile people are walking in walking out with food without paying passing by both cashiers and smiling at security guard on the way out. Everything costs double thanks to these low life's that don't pay for food. While us hard working paying customers (with cash not EBT) get followed all around the store like we're stealing. Why bother? Let's all just walk in fill our carts and walk tf out!????

Formerly called Rio Ranch Market. Although they have adequate the store look cleaner, I have bought presliced cake that was really hard on the bottom side, fruits such as grapes and strawberries that when I got home ended up throwing away a good bit due to rot. They no longer sell certain items and the prices on everything jumped. Rio sold the large box of Cheerios for $2.99 and sometimes two for five. The cost of a single family sized is $5.99. I know that the price of food has gone up but one day the store was Rio and the next Cardenas with the price increase.

Great grocery store. It has a bakery with fresh bread, deli with freshly made juices,great selection of meats at the butcher, and a large selection of made on the spot food plates, they have a seating area to eat there or to go . Recommended.
