I went to try this place out after going to another groomer for years and was kind of nervous but I am GLAD that I did. My dog was looking a little rough before taking her in but Cindy did an amazing job with my ebony. I will definitely be coming back for the rest of my dogs. Thank you so much Cindy!

Absolutely the best location hides this little piece of heaven away but it's a true treasure The woman is so sweet friendly and very speedy and trustworthy you fur baby will look and smell like a brand new fur baby very well groom takes walk ins and will not take your fur in if is over booked but let me tell you she the groomer will do her best to get u in be patient she is worth every second I was so pleased with her customer service her speed time frame I was given the Communication ever time was proper any concerns I had or check in calls answered with the friendlies kind nice and patient you will not regret taking your fur baby to this location oh you will be surprised at how great the prices are depending on what u get but for me I had to tip just had to so worth it thank u for such an amazing experience ❤️

Will never return. Found my baby's interior ear was bloody after returning home. They didn't say a word during pickup. They should have told me what happened & apologized. My poor dog, his facial expression, his eyes were telling me he went through something terrible.

This is THE BEST PLACE EVER first time I ever took my baby rosie here when we first got her she was in bad shape and since we left her with Cindy she looks so much better , when we first got rosie she was all scared and sad and not playful but ever since we got her hair cut here she is more playful and happy ❤️ definitely gonna be my regular spot for rosie !

I had my terrier mix groomed here yesterday. The day before I called multiple local groomers they were the one who got back to me..So worth the value. My pooch looked the best he ever has after seeing the groomer. They did not miss one bit of his hair and gave him a great cut plus he smelled great. He was so upbeat and in a good mood after leaving their salon. Usually he seems disoriented and lost after leaving the groomer so I know he got good vibes from them too. Definitely recommend taking your pooch here .Top of the line professional service for a affordable price. Thank you. 😊

We have been customers of Blues for a while, I understand it is now under new ownership, but there is no reason for the treatment I received today. My husband dropped off our dog and again she raised the price. I called and asked why the increase every time we take him and Cindy the owner went off and asked me to pick up my dog because she's not going to groom him..So disappointed😔😔

D was great. My Princess is a yorkie and she has been bathe but she has never been to a groomer. I thought for sure she wasnt gonna go with D but she did with out a problem. Thank you D for her cute shes beautiful. We will be back for her follow up.

I gave it a 2 because the 2 times I was there they did a good job. No reviews for 6 years? Maybe it is just me but the problem is you can never get anyone to answer a phone and when you do get someone , you can't get an appointment till a week down the road. Is this a business? Hello? No answering machine or service
