Excellent customer service today all around great teamwork but one that truly stuck out was Daphne. Not only was she’s super friendly and super helpful. She knew what she was talking about and was able to guide us in expanding our purchase today. Even though it was not in her department, she still went above and beyond to help us.

This store has good deals on furniture and groceries and many other departments... I was planning to give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but due to some of the product don't have the prices on the shelves or on the product I will give them a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ since they are stocking the store with new products and are doing a store inventory.. as a customer I will like to see the prices posted on the shelves or in the product to make a better decisions on it.

This store is located next to Target. I mistakenly walked into Big Lots thinking it was the other store. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of choices to purchase.

It was my first time in the store and the staff was awesome they asked if you needed help and they greeted me and my daughter when we went in and I liked everything except for the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy and I mean filthy it had dust that's been sitting for months because of how much was there was no toilet paper there was no toilet seat covers. But there was plenty of paper towels.

Horrible horrible horrible experience!They really need to have their stuff organized. The women with the two tone red and black hair lied and was taking down 50% off signs knowing that many of the customers was asking her about it. Big lots IF YOU GUYS are going to have a sale for one day make sure you take the signs down the following day and treat people with respect.

Recently had a great shopping experience at this location. It was a Clean & fully stocked store. Had a pleasant experience with the manager Robert helping me shop for outdoor furniture he was very attentive. Would definitely come back to this location over any other Big Lots

Cashiers are always friendly .....only problem i had one day i was there and the manager or loss pervention was following me and my husband around the store to the point when we made it to checkout they were damn near standing by the front door it was a black guy and tall white guy

They really stepped up since the last time I visited here. The store is not working eyes, clean and they have a lot more variety. I was able to find a lot of food items and condiments are real good bargain compared to the supermarket. We also got a couch here and save hundreds of dollars. last time I came here was a few years ago and everything was all over the place they're doing a good job keeping it up issues remodel the outside maybe a new sign will bring new customers in.

There were no shopping carts! "Everyone stole them!" Is what I was told from the cashier! He didn't know how to work the register either! Gave me a $12 item for $4 dollars less! (The only nice part of the trip!) CHECK YOURSELF SAN BERNADINO BIG LOTS!!! YOU LOOKIN GHETTO!!! 🤷‍♀️

CUSTOMER service Is mind blowing I gestured for help did not verbally ask and an employee came right over answered all my questions make sure the item was available run me up and even offered to help mode in my car very polite two other employees came over and helped load my product into my vehicle I am ecstatic at the customer service not to mention everyone wear masks and where participating in the 6ft apart for everyone's safety (Peter) was most helpful with supplying all the information that he could possibly offer and more great attitude great customer service

This is probably the least customer service oriented big lots I've been too.During the shutdown they are not wearing face masks or anything protective. Also, Priscilla the checker didn't ask me for my rewards number.They are lucky the other Big Lots are holding it down cause otherwise Target, next door would have shut them down.

I called the San Bernardino store on Orangeshow Road, about a bistro set that I saw in their Memorial Day sales ad.I drove to several other stores in the IE but the were all sold out! The sales associates were very helpful when I called and went out of their way toto check their back room. They had one left and were kind enough to hold it for me. I'm happy that I received such friendly help from the sales associate.Thank You Big Lot 👍

Just wanted to leave a glowing review for Clementina working back in the furniture department. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I visited this store on May 22nd this year and purchased a set of bar stools. The store was very clean and they have hand sanitizer and wipes available for customers near the entrance which is greatly appreciated during these difficult times with that pandemic.Once again Clementina was very helpful and even help us load the box with the bar stools into the truck.

I do not know what has happened, but this store has gone down the toilet. I have been in the store several times over the past year and today it was so gross that I ended up leaving the few purchases I had in my hands ready to check out because I couldn't even imagine being in there any longer. The floors are filthy, even my two-year-old kept on pointing out what a mess things were, and there was no enforcement of any sort of covid-19 protocol. I tried to keep my business in San Bernardino since it is my hometown, but I will be going to Big Lots in surrounding cities instead of this happening again. Very disappointing!

They are rearranging their store currently but I mainly go there for the customer service! I live in Lake Elsinore but they are worth the drive. I highly recommend this Big Lots location.
