I like the convenience of getting my feed here. The men are always helpful, quick, and kind. The women here don’t have the same respect for the customers unfortunately. I’ll still shop here because the product is what I need but I hope the staff can take this as constructive criticism and improve their customer service skills.

The sales Gentlemen went out of his way to help me with my purchase. He also carried my 35lbs bag of dog food to my truck. The prices are a little high, but it's worth the customer service. Highly recommend this Feed Store.

Worse experience ever! Their cashier over charged me by almost double the amount, had the rudest response when I asked her to confirm the amount! and on top of it refused to confirm! People need to learn manners to treat customers like customers.

It's a nice big place to get food for a vast variety of animals and pets. Including birds, squirrels, dogs, cats, chickens, mice, snakes and humming birds. They sell birds, rats, guinapigs, chickens and more. They also have fly traps and bed bug killer.

I stopped in this morning to buy a bunch of chicken feed to donate to Rescue Roos (rooster rescue in the port of LA) and when the gentleman helping me out heard that I was buying the feed for a rescue, he threw in an extra 25-pound bag of scratch for free. All Pet Feed & Tack on Baseline in San Bernardino has everything, one of the best prices on horse products chicken feed, hay, cat, dog food and meds for dog and cats in the County, they even sell baby chickens and birds. In particular, Redbarn dog food is the best with the 1st 5 ingredients are all meat. No other dog food will have that on the ingredients label.The service is great and always helpful. All the guys there give great service and carry the feed and dog food out to your car. Don't let the rough look of the area, the interior, and the buildings fool you. The parking lot is always full of customers, but you can park out in the back or on the street of Baseline. Go check it out! It's has the best prices and place to shop for your animals! Look for the big white chicken and horse out front of the building.

Here, I can get Primal raw bones and food, meat that my dog really needed.Actual frozen goat’s milk, live birds, bird feed, small animal feed for hamsters and rabbits, frozen raw bones, premium dog treats, and dozens of quality cat and dog kibbles are all sold under one roof. The team here helpfully brings large bags to customers’s vehicles. They know how to take care of customers.

My wife and daughter bought baby chicks at 6 p.m. brought them home while one of them died within a few hours and my daughter was crying on all night I call for an exchange but their manager Jenny will not allow it. That next day I bought 4 at tractor supply and one of them died. They exchanged it and gave me a 30% discount on any item at tractor supply for my troubles the next time i shop they And that's how track supply take care of customer. Never Again going back there or anyone should go through seeing your child and crying all night.

Awesome prices on any lizard and snake feeders you could need. Workers are awesome, all of them are friendly and kind 😊 I've been to a lot of feed stores and this is by far the best one.They have good prices on dog and cat food, and a MASSIVE selection of cat supplies.They also have a cute little kitty running around.Attached cricket prices. NEVER GOING TO PETSMART AGAIN.

Charming little feed store with a huge amount of pet and animal supplies. If you are looking for a classic feed store experience this place is awesome. There's a few other things located on the property including a nice little restaurant that smells fantastic. (We didn't go to the restaurant but will soon) anyway come check out All pet, it's the place with the giant chicken.

I have been coming here for over five years now. I am very loyal to a good and quality business. Overall the experience is good, they have a vast variety of supplies for all types of animals and pets. Plenty of food/feed to choose from, medications, accessories, and toys. If you ask for help, they have a wealth of knowledge in all things related. The only cons are, at times the wait in line could be long. I believe it's the outdated register they have. Also, some prices are a bit higher. Other than that it's a great place and I will continue coming here for my dog food, treats, and medication.
