My fur babies had long nails; called to see if you needed an appointment for nail trim; they said no; they accept walk-ins😃 (but I would recommend just to call ahead); Nail trim was only $10 . I forgot to get the girl that helped me with my 3 doggos, but she was very kind and sweet with them; also staff were working and the dogs and they seem very gentle to get every little spot. Dogs seemed to trust them. As far for the ladies who worked today; thank you so much we left happy. Def coming back, seemed affordable when you have more than 1 dog 😅Oh and also I’m not sure if she was the owner of the business; she gave us cute little bow and bow ties for my fur babies! And also cute setup for the lil grooming salon, very festive! Loved it! Oh and also guys; they ONLY take cash or Zelle! Have that in mind ( no debit/credit).

Took over a dog in very rough condition. I called and they gave me info on the process. Was able to take my dog same day and the results were AMAZING! I 100 recommend! What I paid I know I would have paid much more elsewhere.

My first time coming here, extremely happy to have seen this business by chance on my way home. I can’t wait to bring them back for their next appts. Very affordable and nice people, the lady who I assume is the owner is very nice and cares a lot about the dogs, another lady who did my dogs grooming she was very sweet and communicative about my dogs behavior 😆. Can’t recommend enough!!! Happy to Support a local business

My first experience with this establishment was decent I took my dog Mylo (German Shepherd) to get groomed Nov.22, 2022. Everything went well they said he did a good job especially it being his first time. Fast forward Mar. 9, 2024 my dog was nervous returning but he worked up the courage to walk in the front door. As he sniffed around the workers began to complain and said ‘it’s almost been 2yrs since they’ve last seen Mylo’. Keeping in mind I called and booked this appointment prior to showing up. They said Mylo had to be evaluated if he could be taken in. A woman came from the back, looked at my dog and said ‘Hello Mylo’ and took a step toward him with a rope leash in hand. Being nervous Mylo barked and she stepped back and said that Saturdays are busy and noisy. There were a lot of smaller dogs and no large breeds. She suggested that I book something during the week and not on the weekends. I let them know I was very upset with their unprofessionalism. I made an appointment, took the time out of my day and was on time just to be told today didn’t work for them. For the start of this interaction I could tell they didn’t want to see my dog by their comments and energy towards him just because of his size. Other dogs were barking and scratching their cages but because they were small you could tell the workers didn’t care. But the one time my dog barked they didn’t want anything to do with him.

My dogs were matted from me being sick and haven’t been able to get them groomed. I called and they got me in the next day. I let them freestyle on what they thought was best for my dogs. I absolutely loveeeee it. Thank you we will be back.

Today I took my pet to get a haircut and as I was waiting to be seen I overheard two of the stylists yelling at a dog. They eventually attended me and were very rude and stand off-ish. Once I picked up my shih tzu I was dissatisfied by his haircut this was probably the WORST haircut my dog has ever received. Once I got home I noticed he was being quite and sad I took a close look at his haircut and noticed he had a red scratch above his left eye. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Terrible customer service, I will definitely NEVER be coming here again.ALSO THEY CANT ACCEPT WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!

We’ve been taking our dog Charlie here for years, and one thing I can say is that we only trust the staff here to take care of our baby. They are really nice and they’ve even watched our baby while we went out of town. A++++ highly recommended

Update: We love Natasha, she was always nice to our dogs from what we could tell, however, our newest dog has a lot of anxiety and they were not able to handle him accordingly. I really like Natasha but her staff specially the old guy is so rude! We had to find another groomer for our dog because they were not patient and because of one time that they couldn't get a hold of my husband they had us on a time constraint to pick up our dog, one incident after so many years of coming here! (smh). My biggest dissapointment is that they knew us for years and still treated us like we were first time customers and most importantly didn't give our dog a chance, after so many years of coming here.We have brought our doggies here to get showered for the last 10+ years. The owner is absolutely amazing and so friendly!

This is the first time taking my beloved Pickles to the groomer. Normally we do it ourselves, but this year we had no time with the holidays. All About Pets Grooming & Daycare exceeded my expectations. My Pickles is beautiful to look at as well as soft to the touch. They even clipped her nails. Very pleasant experience with great customer service. Price was very affordable. Love their work, will bring back again.

My parents & I have been taking out dogs here for YEARS and we just ABSOLUTELY LOVE the staff there!!! They treat our fur babies kind and gentle and always do an AMAZING job grooming each & every one of them. Every time we go to pick them up when they are done they're wagging their tails & are so happy (& not all shaking & looking scared or traumatized as has happened before at other groomers 😠) & they're absolutely gorgeous & all clean cut & nails trimmed perfect & they smell SO good, & they either have a super cute tie or bow around their collar!!❤❤❤ I HIGHLY recommend taking your pets here for grooming, my family & I won't take them any where else but here!!! 👍

Molly our golden retriever got hurt.On Monday we took our dogs to All About Pets, when our pets got home we noticed her eye was drainig, many tears, red eye and she was down and sad. We called All About Pets and they didn't give us any explanation. Like they didn't care.The veterinarian advised was to use saline on the eye o to bring her next morning if she didn't get better.Took Molly 2 days to get better.We never will take our dogs to them again.

This was my first time coming to all about pets grooming I had tried so many groomers, but never found a good one or that met my expectations. Sasha groomed my puppy and she did a phenomenal job he looks so cute. The staff was super friendly including the owner. Not to mention the price, very affordable! I’m impressed and happy with this place and definitely will be back!

I would recommend this place to everyone. They always do an amazing job with our dogs. More than that, the owner is very knowledgeable. She taught us what combs and brushes to use at home. She even told us about her secret weapon conditioner. After my wife was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis this year, she helped find a low maintenance cut for our dogs. That we could keep up at home. Our dogs are always happy to see her and Laura, instead of being afraid. I trust them 100% with my dogs.

We took our long hair Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix to another place who said she was too anxious, they wouldn't touch her. Found "All about Pets" took our lil girl, omg they did an amazing job on her! We couldn't believe how beautiful she looked. We were so excited, she was even happy (she had a double-coat., Too hot for her) We found our new groomers, taking our other 2 short haired Chihuahua mixes as well. Great work, thank you ladies for kind words about what a good girl our lil Osita was. 👍😍🐕

Had my yorkie go in today for a grooming and the groomer named Laura did a fantastic job. She was very kind, gentle and patient with my yorkie even though he can be a handful. He did scratch her up but she got the job done in a safely manner. I highly recommend this place they treat fur babies so good. Will be going back again.

I had called to schedule an appointment for my cat to get groomed,; they don’t groom cat’s even though Google says they do, but whatever lol. Anyways the man on the phone was going to give me a number of a lady who grooms cats. He had a strong accent, so it was difficult for me to understand. I guess I asked him too many times to repeat the phone number, because he hung up on me. I certainly won’t be taking my dogs, or will be recommending to anyone. First impressions are what count; this employee was just plain rude. Not good for business 👎🏼

I have been trying to find a groomer for my Yorkie for 2 years now. I finally found one! The staff was very nice and comforting. My dog always nips at people when they are doing his nails and has to be muzzled. They were so good with him that they did not need to put a muzzle on him. I’m so happy.

I had to groom my fur babies ASAP due to us having to move them from there location at a family members house. I called so many places and couldn’t get them in today but then I called all about pets the were quick to say bring them in we will make it work. I have to say I’m super happy with the results. We didn’t know the dogs had ticks and fleas but they got rid of them and mad Oscar and Ford (my fur babies) super happy it’s like there new dogs. We set up another appointment for next month. Thank you so much for helping us get them in today and doing such an amazing job. ❤️
