As far as the store.. I don't have any problems except my last purchase of a 1 lb package of spring mix salad was moldy when I opened it! I tried calling telephone number listed.. it refers you to the website where you don't get help either it's complicated to maneuver. So in essence, to GET HELP by using telephone number which doesn't go to the store, you get a recording that says "to keep prices low go to our website" It's a nightmare.. only gives you certain options to convey a message and trying to write to them didn't work in their web page. I had an issue a few months ago, found this out.. no way to talk with a real person I had to figure out how to email them and very received a very limited response.

FIRST AND LAST TIME AT AN ALDI!! HORRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady was pushing everyone to pay while others were still getting their items!!! This is extremely dangerous and is how many people get their information or products stolen!! The store was also horribly organized and was mainly stocked with junk food and alcohol. Prices were about the same as a regular grocery store. I would not recommend to anyone needing to save money or wanting decent customer service!

Rude cashier girl. I had three items to return ... She was like you're returning ALL THIS STUFF?! DEFINITELY MADE IT CLEAR I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO HER IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. Made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I love the Redlands Aldi's though

I like this store because the food is super fresh. The store is clean. Never crowded. It is a smaller store wich is nice. But wish they had more of a selection of groceries. But all in all I like this store. I'll be coming back.

Favorite grocery store!Great prices. If you like name brands, you won't necessarily like this grocery store because it carries mostly its own brands, but if you like to cook from scratch, you are in the right store with the right prices. Love Aldi!

Today September 24, 2022 I have a very horrible experience with cashier Yolanda, I pick a reusable bag of $0.99 cents but then I change my mine and pick the one of $1.99 because is more big to my surprise she said if you pick the smaller one you have to take that but she was very mean and I say I didn’t use it and the tag is there I want a bigger one and she say again please do not do that and she said more…. Is very sad that someone act like that just because I change my mind. What is the problem with that. I know one costumer is nothing but today is my last day here my store and I love it. But can you imagine being a Mother and a wife to go shopping and have to see Yolandas face there she is a small lady but with the worse attitude I ever see in my life. I have to find another store to shop. And yes there are very mean people but why act like that, very sad. At the end because she was very angry I said ok I’ll take the smallest two bags and I said to the other boy cashier what happened and he didn’t say nothing he ignored everything. I was so sad almost cry my self but I have to put a good face to my kids when I get home. Life is difficult why make it more difficult for another human being be good person Yolanda you always have a very angry and rude face in 5 years going here I always see you very angry. So sad of you being like this.

Honestly a very nice location! It’s in the middle of a strip mall which is slightly inconvenient, but the store is beautiful! Shelves are neat and organized, the aisles are nice and wide, and the prices are nearly displayed. A couple shelves didn’t have prices (specifically for some fruit and I noticed prices were missing near the wine), and there is a wide variety of brands and products to choose from. Never thought I would be so happy to grocery shop!

I have ALDI on my flip app. Which makes it convenient when shopping and I do love the fact that they have a lot of things on sale. And if they're not you can still find good deals there. 😊

Good prices on food. Customer service can be alot better. Staff are not friendly and when your looking for help you have to ask...they need to work on that. Service is the same every time I come to this store.

Who doesn't like Aldi? Loses a star because the fancy electronic shelf tag for what I was buying didn't actually show the price. Otherwise a well stocked store that wasn't very busy.

This Aldi is pretty solid!I can usually count on them to have pretty much everything I need.Store is always clean, well maintained, and they have great customer service.Just make sure you bring a quarter for their grocery carts.

It's a great place to buy grocery and household items. Some of the prices are higher than my budget will allow but there are gems to be found! The baking mixes and frosting are off brand but excellent quality and the prices are excellent as well! I love all the brands they carry and they always have nice weekly specials. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful!

Great prices for quality foods. And they have some unique buys here in their everyday goods aisle. I get lots of great gifts there. There is also a great selection of healthy and vegetarian options that are well priced and actually taste good, too. Bring a quarter for the cart, and your own bags.

I'm not really a big Aldi person, but this was the only grocery store open close to our hotel and we needed to pick stuff up at the start of our road trip.We came in search of PB&J and snacks. We did successfully find PB&J, though there aren't many options. We didn't find any of the snacks we were interested in getting.In general, I prefer to go places with a lot of variety so that I don't have to go to multiple stores. In a pinch, this will do though.

The store is always clean and organized. The employees on floor were running from place to place, and seemed tense and under a time crunch; I didn't want to stop them to ask for help! But we did leave with a bag of spring mix, two large pineapples, and 4 good sized mangos for just under $6, so of course we shall return.

Great low prices, great staff, produce and breads are both amazing! I'm not much of a produce guy but Damn..these prices and the great quality of the products made me walk out with a whole grocery basket for less than 50 dollars. It was cool. Too bad there isn't one of these markets here in residential areas
