No customer service or willingness to help transfer prescriptions. Only way to get pharmacy on phone is to use the medical provider path. Even then they will only put the prescription on hold and you have to can another pharmacy for 30 minutes to try and get a human to fill it. When I shared my concerns about contacting the other location (because I had tried that pharmacy first) the person dismissed me and just kept saying “well I picked up didn’t I?” Horrible customer service.

Pharmacy has absolutely no customer service at all. They ignore any incoming calls. I have been trying for five days to get a status of a refill on a much needed medication. No one answers the phone. Not even up at the general store front area. I have literally been trying for five days. I physically went there and there were close to 20 people in line for the pharmacy so I turned around and walked out. Definitely in need of hiring more employees if not only to answer the phone.

So this pharmacy has an unusual and unbelievably unprofessional approach to handling patients. They ignore them. Literally. On multiple occasions now, when the pharmacy is open, they ignore all calls. I’ve spoken to the employees, and it’s crazy. I had to physically go into the store because I was on hold for 45 minutes. I walk up to the counter and ask if something is wrong with their phones and the answer is an casual, dismissive “we’re not answering the phones. We don’t have enough people”. So literally, people calling. Elderly, unable to come in, sick people confused by prescriptions… and they just let them sit on hold and ignore them. Zero effort to help them or respond. This apparently is policy because it’s happened to me now three times. It’s shocking. This isn’t a clothing store or sandwich shop. People’s health depends on their job…. But instead of trying to do it properly, they just opt for laziness. Unbelievable.

I called in a prescription a week ago, they ran my insurance, never filled the prescription, told me that my insurance had filled my prescription in Arizona, ran it again, and told me my insurance had rejected it. I called my insurance and found out this CVS had already run my insurance and said I had picked it up last week when I called it in, that's why my prescription was rejected. I have no idea why they said it had I had picked it up last week, or in Arizona, or how they managed to mess my prescription up this bad. My insurance company was able to fix it but.....wow. This should never have happened.

To whom it may concern, I have had an overwhelming problem with the breach of HIPPA at my local Redhill CVS. HIPAA Compliance is the process by which covered entities need to protect and secure a patient's healthcare data or Protected Health Information. I am currently 17 and I have been dealing with this issue since I was 14, when I became a customer of the Pharmacy at CVS. As someone with a prescription, I feel uncomfortable with the whole pharmacy line knowing I found the care I received to be less than satisfactory. Even if I didn't mind others' hearing, they simply shoulny be able to hear my personal information. When I went to give my personal information and my personal health information it seemed to be received in a careless and quite frankly annoyed tone. My information was often repeated back to me far too loud for others not to hear. On top of this breach of privacy, I often was told to wait 30-40 minutes even though I had an automatic refill on my prescription every three months and had a scheduled date to pick it up. After the unnecessary wait, my prescription would be yelled out with my name attached, alerting the pharmacy patients of my prescription, which is awkward and quite frankly bad customer service when confidentiality is supposed to be insured. I think a way to avoid this is to create forms to fill out to hand to the pharmacist, so there is no obnoxious reparative talk which disclosed personal information, and to have a number system, so when your prescription is ready they call your number rather than your, what should be, disclosed prescription.

Another covid casualty. Perpetually understaffed with the remaining people not really caring enough to try and do a decent job. The pharmacy has fallen from being professional to mediocre. Huge lines with unfilled prescription and an abundance of excuses. They don't answer to phone and leave prescription management to an automated system that is wrong 100 percent of the time.Like Walgreens, CVS seems willing to commit retail suicide through poor customer service and a staff that could care less. In our small community it would be nice if there was a local pharmacy with a pharmacy staff that was conscientious but those days are over. Like most things in live it is just easier to take business to the internet.

Bad experience.Went to pick up my prescription today, Computer down won't be up for 3 hours or so.Asked about a passport photo, told to wait in line. Waited, told to go sit on the stool. Clerk then proceeded wait on people and called for another clerk . Fine, I thought, she can help me now. The other clerk came and waited on several people. first clerk is still waiting on people too - people who were not even in line while I was. The second clerk left and I am still sitting on the stool. First clerk is still waiting on people. That is not fair. When I complained - she didn't listen. I received no apology or thanks for waiting. She just said that if I called to her again she wouldn't wait on me.There must be better ways to deal with this.

Absolutely the most arrogant and unprofessional service at the pharmacy . I believe the main source of all issues was let go a few weeks ago.It does not seem to matter, as a wait period of 1 to 2hour are standard/ except with a nasty attitude/ I could continue writing on All of my transactions , but it would never end. Stay away from this disaster.

Good convenient location. However the management needs to change. The staff are all super nice though. Pharmacy tends to be understaffed and way behind. Enjoy waiting in line.Update. Things have improved by leaps and bounds since my last review. The pharmacy line moves much quicker and the store has been remodeled. Even though I don’t know where everything is now, it is clear that major improvements have been made. They have gone from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I love the lady pharmacist as she knows me by name. However, it seems only when she is working that I don't have issues. The horrible service isn't their fault in my opinion but still deserve low score for the service as a whole. They try.ALSO, enjoy the ridiculous lines. Your best bet is to hit them up right when they open if at all possible otherwise you'll be waiting forever.Regardless, this CVS sucks, at their best you'll still be waiting 2 hrs to get your stuff. Occasionally 30 minutes but it's rare.Bon Air CVS is far more professional but it's my back up place when I have an issue. They are far more helpful, just not convenient. Especially when they only have what you need in Stock half the time.

Awful. The pharmacy refuses to answer calls. I need to have them send me my meds, so I’ve been calling every day for a week, and every time it’s the same: an endless symphony of grainy classical music interrupted every 30 seconds with automated advertisements meant to antagonize anyone with the nerve to call about their prescription medication. These people are absolutely incompetent.

If you are considering using this location as your pharmacy, don't! Prescriptions sometimes take days to process (I've heard as high as a week and a half). Lines are very long, allocate about an hour if you need to pick up a prescription. Don't bother calling in advance, they won't answer.

If this CVS store has a manager it does not show. The credit and debit card reader on the main cash register has not been working for weeks. Each clerk asks customers to go through this dance of trying cards debit no this credit card that credit card. Ridiculous. After trying to buy 3 items tonight and after having gone through this routine about 7 times in the last few weeks I just left and went to Wallgreens down the street. Got want I wanted. After years of going to this store when it was longs and after about three years of going here as CVS I have had it. The manager is asleep.

The pharmacy department is AWFUL. I called in a prescription that I needed Monday on Friday. I called in Sunday to check on it and they still didn't have it. I called Monday and they had to switch the medication to a generic form, which was fine, but then they still didn't have it 5 hours later. I've heard that they are notoriously slow, and now that I've experienced it first person I will never go back. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.

Terrible, and if you use your phone number expect a load of texts which can only be turned off if you call them and go through phone tree hell. The smell of the carpets is enough to make you sick, and the layout is designed to confuse you and force you to walk through everything. They are going under, run the same as Sears or some of the other crappy and archaic mega stores. Good riddance!

Literally the rudest pharmacist I have ever met. When I questioned her mistake, she told my husband “you know you don’t HAVE to get your prescriptions filled here.” Never going here again unless I absolutely can’t avoid it. And then I will be as rude to them as they are to every customer.

Okay so the CVS it's self is nice, clean, well stocked, and friendly. I like it there. There's a lot of things I can get there that I can't find at, say, Safeway or Walgreens or anywhere nearby.That being said! Their pharmacy is, well it's alright, it's just that they have more work than they can keep on top of. So expect delays, expect waits, expect lines.
