Tuesday morning 9am. One register open. No self check out. 32 people in checkout line. No bags available, “we are all out,” says the only cashier. “We don’t have a manager that’s why we have such a long line” says another employee. I feel bad for the employees today they seem stressed and overwhelmed.

My experience at the Walmart photo center was disappointing due to subpar customer service. Upon arriving at 10:12, I waited for assistance but was ignored by two employees who walked past me without acknowledgment. Eventually, one of them returned and, after some confusion, attempted to locate my order without success. Another employee, who had also initially ignored me, finally arrived at 10:27 and promptly retrieved my photos without greeting me. Overall, this experience led me to avoid using this particular photo center due to its inadequate customer service.

Do not buy anything that’s locked after 6pm, you’ll be there waiting for up to 30minutesWhen I tried searching for a response one of the employees he literally rolled his eyes at me and told me “I got no key only one person does and she’s in electronics”, to what I answered “ you could have clarified the first time I asked for help so I could have left earlier I understand you guys are short staffed so why keep me waiting“ and he simply shrugged his shoulder with a forced smile 🤦🏽‍♀️

Had a manager threaten me outside the store saying she would ban us from the store so we gonna submit a complaint. For months everyday she parks her jeep and takes up to 3-4 spots. We were leaving the store when we commented on it between ourselves and a lady overheard our conversation, got upset and confronted us on if we had an issue with how she parked and that she was a manager and would get us banned. Unprofessional and extremely rude. This location gets extremely busy and sometimes the parking lots get full, and for months this jeep always parks like this, and for the owner to be a manager and threaten a customer is a bad look

This particular Walmart I went to wow shopping for fresh fruits and I got my grapes there which is cool because Selena’s they grow nothing but fresh produce so everything was fresh there. I’m so grateful I was able to stop in my truck little hood but no one bother me praise God.

I should NOT have to wait countless minutes just to buy 3 items...makes absolutely no sense to close all the self checkout lanes especially on a Friday... very very unprofessional on Wal-Mart's behalf...taking this to corporate.

Moneygram service isn’t working. Lady at the register said I had to remember exactly how much money I’m going to receive and said if I looked to check in my paperwork how much it is, I wouldn’t be able to receive the transfer. She treated me with disrespect for no reason and as far as I know she went against all reasonable and standard policies of MoneyGram.The worst customer experience. Treating their customers like garbage even though I have all the paperwork and proof that I’m me and I even have copy of the transfer documentation from the other side of the transfer. This is the only time I’ve heard that I had to know exactly to a cent how much I’m receiving. As far as I know this is complete violation of MoneyGram policy.Associate’s name is Lydia. Good job Walmart!

I usually shop at the supercenter in Gilroy, so this store was especially disappointing. The grocery section is really small, and selections are limited. Even worse, the prices of my local grocery store beat the Walmart prices. I don't plan on going back to this one.

The friendly staff store was clean, great nil, was greeted by an employee at the door who always had a smile thank you. Self check out helped helped queen persephone check out checker was great had great conversations. Smiled and continue to help queen and assist. U affordable in time of recession. Trash cans are full.outside complex, alot of employees standing around. Employees are feel like they do not want to work for Walmart or want to give Walmart a good name. Every one is too serious if you want customer to welcome back to the store be respectful. I was followed today like I was going to steal or something this is the second incident already being threatened of stealing, very disappointing when I am an honest and pay for all my products groceries with right codes and correct number of bags. I consider Walmart to be a "necessary evil." The store is a mess, employees are not helpful (the person working the fitting rooms didn't have a key, and even after calling for assistance multiple times over 10 minutes, no one came), the produce is not first quality, and I noticed several spoiled items on the refrigerated case. If you can find what you want and it's in purchasable condition, it's likely a very good price. I tend to start at Walmart, get what I can and then go to other stores to complete my shopping. Don't love Walmart but still shop there about twice a month. If you go, Good luck!

I was trying to purchase this huge blow up Arch that they had in the Christmas section, when we approached the worker and ask them to please help us look for it, he said "we dont have it, but hold on let me ask", the whole time I'm thinking he's going to call somebody, or go and actually ask, but no. He played around with a ball that was nearby, helped another customer, and then came back to tell me that they don't sell it and its just for people to take pictures with. By this time I had already pulled it up online and saw that they do in fact carry it, it's not just for pictures, but it's just out of stock for the moment. When I told the worker that they do carry it, he told me that it was not his job to know this information, and that it wasn't even his Department anyways. I was going to complain to the manager but I saw him walking around texting and talking on the phone not caring that the store was a mess, or that us customers needed help. Not once did we get greeted by him out of the many times that we passed by him. This store is going downhill fast!

One thing for everyone to know I was told by an employee NO MORE PRICE MATCHING NOT EVEN FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE. We waited for 30 minutes to get someone to open the medication cabinet. We asked around 4 different employees to call for someone to open it. We also needed some spray paint again we had to go on the hunt for an employee to open the cabinet. We also got an oil change done here and we were sent to auto zone to purchase our own oil due to them not having any synthetic oil and when it was time to pay we had to wait another 15 minutes to get someone to charge us. Plus another 15 minutes for them to go and find a key to unlock a locked box because we where purchasing a battery pack. OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!Picture is of us still waiting no one here.

I don't think Walmart understands self checkouts. At this store, 5 staff members are at self checkouts to 'help' - only 3 of the self checkout tills are working. They'd be better employed at 5 normal checkouts. Also, self checkouts do not allow alcohol to be purchased even though there are 5 staff members there to validate age.

The experience is as any Walmart, the only issue is that this location seems to have an employee at each "self checkout" scanning and bagging for you...I don't see the point of having a self checkout out if you have employees there it's just as slow as going to an actual register.

It was good it's not the greatest but it is good it's a clean store right now that it's winter time and that it's kind of slow.I think management should congratulate some of their workers for a good job well done.Most of these big old stores will congratulate the management for the store doing great.What district managers don't understand is that there's people underneath the management that are actually doing the work and I've known that they are managers that tell their employees to move faster .

this product has been on the shelves since March and every box is labeled Best By Jan 21st 2019.... I showed them somehow, all the expired boxes made it back on the shelves. I always shop here and prices are great but people please pay attention to what you are buying!!!!!!

What does it say about a society when enough people are stealing laundry detergent that it needs to be locked up, and CCTV cameras show your image when you’re in that isle. There is something about this city that is turning people into criminals.On a brighter note, this Walmart has the best organized lines in all of Salinas! They get you in and out fast!
